Extremely pleased with our new Samsung side-by-side refrigerator with large capacity. Excellent amount of space in both refrigerator part and freezer. Having the ice machine in the door frees up a lot more space in the freezer. Would highly recommend the ice maker in the door. Also, we had Best Buy deliver and setup for us...hands down the best service we received when installing a major appliance in our home. The whole experience from the time we walked in the door at Best Buy in Rogers, AR to the time we had the appliance installed by their delivery service was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend anyone looking for a major appliance that they make the purchase through Best Buy in Rogers, AR. Salesperson and Service department go above and beyond to help you with your purchase and make sure everything is working correctly once installed. Will purchase all future appliances for my home with Best Buy due to their customer service and products they have available.

I recently moved into a house that had the original appliances from 1997! I finally gave in and bought a new refrigerator. I’m loving this Samsung refrigerator! It’s very nice looking and extremely roomy! The digital readout for the temperature is a nice touch. Please note that it is a large refrigerator. They had to take the doors off of it in order to have it fit through my doorway into the kitchen, But everything was reassembled fine. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!

The refrigerator is nice, inside and out. The functions inside are perfect for our family. Ice machine is such a plus. Freezer is perfect, because we're not packing it with tons of stuff and not knowing what too cook. Perfect size fridege. Easy to clean and kind of easy to replace filter

So this thing takes up a good amount of space and you really need.to make sure you measure all doorways and everything correctly. Had to take 3 doors off to get her to her new home. But she comes packed and wrapped to prevent scratches, the water line was a simple hookup and following the directions included we had her up and running in no time. Digital controls for freezer and fridge Temps is awesome. It cools the filtered water so you need less ice when drinking it. And about the ice, we thought the amount it can store may be an issue bit once the ice maker is up and working 100% we haven't had any low ice issues at all. And this thing has so much room! The second fridge we keep in garage to hold frozen foods is basically not even needed anymore.

I ordered this fridge on Feb 4th 2022 and it was on backorder, so I had to wait until April 4th for delivery. The delivery process was really smooth, got an email the day before and a call 30 min out. The delivery guys were great, fast and efficient, they had to take off my front door to get this beauty in, but that was no problem for them. They set it up explain the features and we were all set, this fridge is much larger than our last and it is simply beautiful, I love everything about it. It runs really quiet and that was surprising with how big it is, no problems with ice being slow to be made as others have stated, it fills up quickly. The only cons are, I wish there were a light in the water section outside of fridge and a smaller bin inside the fridge for butter or cheese.

Refrigerator was delivery on time . Delivery was outstanding by delivery company. They took care of everything. Overall it was a great buy. This model has more space than others . Love the space and the sleek look. Do not like how small the ice bin is. Crazy small. Considering the ridiculous amount of space inside the fridge and freezer they capsule have made the ice bin bigger. Also I believe the freezer is too cold. I can’t make it warmer than plus 5 degrees. Anyway I love the space. Holds full sheet pans

So far I love this refrigerator, it holds much more stuff than my old one, plus I love that it has door shelves that hold one gallon milk jugs. The ice maker in the door frees up more room to put items in the freezer. There are 4 people in my house and we have yet to run out of ice, so some on here complained about running out, they must be ice freaks or something lol. I also like that it has hidden door handles, looks great! The temp control on it also pretty cool. All in all I love this fridge, it's actually the first new fridge I have ever bought.

We just remodeled our kitchen and got a few new appliances. We chose this one because I prefer the side by side freezer/fridge layout and because we are going with black stainless steel appliances. There is a lot of room in this refrigerator. I like the temperature control and the easy access for the water filter. It seems that it will be easy to clean and so far does a great job of keeping the right temperature. The only reason to give it a 4 instead of 5 stars for me is that there was no deli/cheese drawer in the middle or up top, only two drawers at the bottom. Also, you cannot adjust any of the shelves in the fridge section and only one in the freezer side. Obviously by adding plastic baskets to create better storage you can work with these things but they would have been nice. There also is no light on the ice/water dispenser which was also a change for me. Not a deal breaker but something to adjust to.

had my old refrigerator for 15 yrs it was here when i move in house it was old and rusted out so i went online to find a new one looked and looked then i finally found a good deal on Bestbuy so i order it it came nice new lots of room ice and water so i got a 3yr warranty it sill looks good and iam still loving it thank u Best buy victor

I like the way this fits my spot better - black chrome hides prints better - price was right - just a bit smaller than the LG French Cafe door frig. But I can deal with the side by side - the LG had replace a side by side & actually was just a bit too large for the spot
