Good looking Fridge with a lot of functions. Great large touch screen full of fun apps. Fridge is great quality however there are some drawbacks. For starters it is called Family Hub and it is Not actually a hub that works with other SmartThings devices. Due to ice maker on the left side left Door is basically not usable at all as you can not place anything in the small shells. Also I don't know what Samsung was thinking but the light on water dispenser is a joke and not helpful at all at night. This area also doesn't have any drain that holds excess water so it makes a lot of mess. Inside the fridge there is decent amount of space however if you have more than 3 tall items like milk or juices there will be no place to put it even when you move adjustable shelf back. It does have great sounding speakers, it integrates great with Ring video doorbell. It has 3 cameras inside however no camera is in middle drawer or in the freezer and they look very blurry when viewed on the phone. It is a lot of money for good product but certain features lack so therefore 4 stars.

For the most part, i like this refrigerator, but i just recently came across some major design flaws. The bottom glass shelf, that both fruit/vegetable drawers are attached to, can not be removed for cleaning. Not only can this shelf not be removed for cleaning, but the glass does not come out either. This wouldn't be so bad, but the shelf actually has a space between the glass and the shelf, as though the glass can be removed, but there are tabs in place to prevent this. Therefore, if any liquid spills on this shelf, the liquid gets trapped underneath the glass... there is no way to lift the glass to clean out the liquid. Why this refrigerator was made like this is beyond me. I have never seen anything like this before... My second issue with the design, are the storage shelves in the doors. The ones on the left door, with the ice maker, are too narrow to hold wide jars, like mayonnaise, yet the spacing isn't high enough for thin taller bottles like salad dressing. On the right door, the spacing is also weird, so it's hard to place large jugs like gallon milk cartons, on the bottom shelf... the middle and top shelves have to be raised so high, to accommodate larger cartons, that it only allows smaller jars, like relish, to fit into the upper 2 shelves. There's nowhere to actually store eggs, unless you purchase a holder for it... and nowhere to store butter, unless again, you buy a special butter storage container. The design of this refrigerator isn't the most practical.

We love our new fridge! Plenty of space. The flex drawer is a great extra space to have. The family hub has helped us stay connected even when one of us is out of town! We did alot of shopping around, and we are so happy with this purchase. We both do have Samsung phones so I'm not sure how the connectivity would be iOS via family hub. We love having the ability to add pictures and have them in a slideshow for a screen saver. So many good memories to see while just going to the fridge. (The pic I added was before we did any customization.)

This fridge is awesome. Lets start with the finish. Tuscan is the best of the 3 color options. The finish is great. Fingerprints are not that common. I have kids and the screen does get used a lot so you will need to clean frequently. You can listen to music, watch videos, plan your meals all on the hub. Kids enjoy painting. This can also hook up to your Ring so you can be alerted when someone is at the door. There is also an app that allows you to add your product expiration dates so you can remember when something has expired. There are cameras on the inside to allow you to see inside your fridge if you ever need it. Lots of space on the inside.

Love everything about this fridge!! Very spacious and the many different compartments make it easy to keep everything organized.

Had the Family Hub 27.7 Cu Ft 4 door in Black Stainless delivered this week. The install was great and the frig looks remarkable. The features are well though out and the Hub is really a great tool. Features you wouldn't think you would use? Well in just a couple of days I have to ask why I didn't have this before! The fresh food section is ample, with the Flex drawer, it frees up space that would have been taken up in a less compact area of the fresh food area. I replaced this frig from another 28 Cu Ft model and due to the layout we have much more useable space. Recommend the frig it may be a few bucks more, but in my opinion well worth it for all of the additional features.

This refrigerator is beautiful! It seems to keep the food cold/frozen as it should. Kinda complicated so We have not been able to figure out all of the family hub features but the whole thing is pretty cool. I’m looking forward to using the grocery list and food apps. My only disappointments are that it is smaller inside than the LG one that I almost bought. The chunky ice maker takes up a lot of room inside the fridge and on the inside door. Leaving the inside door space virtually useless for condiments. Bad use of space. There isn’t really any shelving option for taller bottles without giving up the foldable shelf. Ok- Samsung most family’s have a gallon of milk and juice to store. They have left us wanting more in this area. I love the freezer area and the extra drawer and cool zones are great for beverages and yogurts! As an entertainment unit it gets 4.5 stars, as a refrigerator it gets 3 for bad uses of space and lack of storage. So I gave it 4 stars. If you don’t care about electronics - go with the LG that has storage for milk and juice built in the door and the ice maker completely hidden and not taking up space.

Great fridge, touch screen is cool, haven’t fully set it up but it controls my samsung washer and dryer and air dresser right from the screen. You can mirror your samsung tv to to fridge. Automatically detects what foods you have and adds them to a shopping list when it senses they’re no longer inside the fridge. Calendar, memo’s, drawing board, recipes, grocery list, controls smart items in your house, Amazon alexa built in, web browser, music, weather, news, kitchen timer, much more. Totally worth buying, I’ve only had mine a couple weeks so far but it’s amazing, you won’t be disappointed.

We love high tech gadgets and when we needed to replace our refridgerator, we knew this was the one. We love the mirroring of our favorite programs and now no longer need to pause it just continue watching on this and not skip a beat. We have our Ring doorbell connected to this as well and can answer and talk directly from the kitchen. Amazing and love this. SAMSUNG IS OUR GOTO.

So far, we are delighted with this fridge. It's spacious, practical (4 doors & specialized drawers) and totally connected. It does help that most of our other appliances are also Samsung and connected on the My Smart Things app. The option to use the screen as a true "family hub" to check on our calendars, post family pictures, etc. and, the ability to check inside the fridge while doing grocery shopping, are our favorite ones.

The refridgerator is everything and more! Spacious, functional and the hub definitely take it to a whole new level. The one annoying thing though it the left door refuses to stay open. I see quite a number of people have reported that experience and there seems to be a fix for it, so will give it a try and see. Other than that, so far so good!!

We love the refrigerator but we have few issues. The ice maker is loud when dumping ice, the water drips after filling up a glass, and the door doesn't fit a gallon size of milk properly. We have only had the refrigerator a few weeks so we'll update our review if needed.

Great refrigerator we upgraded from the same style but not a smart refrigerator. This one they seem to have made a bunch of upgraded temps are more consistent, easier to clean surface and little things like the water dispenser now shoot down straight instead of back towards the fridge where it used to sometimes cause misfire, on the fridge aspect it’s great! The tech side I was hesitant that I’d use it much but things such as using it for a speaker while cooking and having my phone tied to it or listening to built in apps like Spotify are awesome. I can make my meal plans for the week and post on it so the family knows “what’s for dinner?” Leave notes on the whiteboard, easily check the time and weather, control my Samsung smart TVs like turn my kids off when it’s dinner time etc etc and so much more it’s really become a handy piece of kitchen tech, and I get a ton of compliments from it because it looks really good!

This fridge looks amazing in my kitchen! I love all the cool features that it has to offer! It also has a lot of space on the inside . We love the second drawer it is a pretty good size also. The tablet on the door gives you the options to upload pictures . The only negative thing is that you are not able to down load any new apps to the tablet. But we love this new fridge.

I bought this refrigerator as an open box deal and when the refrigerator was delivered, it was very dirty and look like an admin in someone’s cafeteria at the store. I had to call Samsung to come fix the icemaker because it was broke. Also, the delivery people messed up the doors on the refrigerator and they are uneven, and we still don’t know how to clean one of the shelves inside the refrigerator because it has sticky stuff and we are free to remove the shelf because we may break it

We love this fridge. To be able to see what is inside when you are at the grocery store is a huge plus . Still learning this and what you can do but so far its pretty user friendly. Functional and innovative ! We have a slideshow of photos we love that plays when the fridge door is closed. Basically a screensaver . This fridge is huge compared to the last one and the french doors make it a plus. No more bending down to get items out of a fridge . We dont use the freezer much and prefer fresh items but the freezer sections ( 2) are a plus too. Lots of room!

I got this for our family. Great space and lot of options. Smart touch screen adds to the fun. Kids enjoy it.

Iv been eyeing this product for last few years and finally when it went on sale we couldn’t resist! I absolutely love love love it! Still learning all it’s capable of and how to mirror my new 70” Samsung Tv but otherwise I’d strong recommend this one over the smaller vs unless you don’t have space

Great product functions well and looks great. A few mintues to set up and very interactive. Service, support and delivery by Best Buy above and beyond great. Samsung + Best Buy with Geek Squad = Awesome! Pics are with the Smart Things app and a Samsung phone including camera view. 3 sA1

This refrigerator has so much space for lots of food. The family hub is so much fun to design and play with. We are very happy with this purchase.
