Great refrigerator product, just loved the cool features i.e. twin cooling plus, wi-fi and bixby enabled especially the intelligent voice assitant bixby voice 2.0 and I can just answer any of my phone calls using the family hub and also stay connected and add notes to the family hub from my mobile phone. The imporant thing is the stainless steel helps maintaining the consistent temperature throughout the refrigerator. Nice look and feel.

Love this fridge. Having Pictures of the grandkids, schedule, weather, and other apps that start the day.

The family Hub board is my wife's favorite. She enjoys posting family photos. And being able to play music while in the kitchen.

Chester and his Best Buy Geeks arrived on the allotted time and brought with them the beautiful Samsung fridge I had bought. They are nicest Geeks I ever met. Professional, kind, experts, patient, I really enjoyed their company. If this is the service norm in Best Buy, I would continue to joyfully buy there and recommend you do too. The service in store (Spring Meadow, Toledo, OH) was also excellent. There I was attended to by two wonderful guys, both called Jason. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Worked perfectly with good WiFi connection. Ample inside space is also a plus.

Met our expectations, however the shelves are not adjustable and you can’t fit larger size pots or containers with food.

14 months now from the purchased date, all of our family members endorses this as a very good buy. Amazing performance, managing the daily needs and also the frozen space. Pull out doors for freezer is convenient and also the center pull out door is easy to access even for kids at the age of five. Plus the samsung hub is a very good added advantage, speaker gives amazing quality, me and my spouse always listen to the music while cooking.

This refrigerator is everything we imagined and we love it! We were contemplating purchasing the Samsung family hub refrigerator that only had the one pull out freezer to save a few dollars but finally came to the conclusion we just had to have the one with the second pull out drawer to store beverages and such. It also just looked better aesthetically. It looks awesome in our new home and functions wonderfully!
