Its pretty impressive. We use it to play music and videos, and it has recipe suggestions. Its a smart fridge so it takes pictures of whats inside and sends it to your phone Great to use if your at the grocery store, and cant remember what your out of. It has a 10 yr warranty on the compressor.

The capacity is very good with multiple adjustments for shelving. Interior lighting is also very good. It’s quiet and the only noise you hear is the ice maker infrequently. Have not yet had a lot of time to fiddle with the family hub feature but does seem really neat. The sleek design adds just the right touch to my kitchen as well.

We shopped for months and compared many different brands. We finally went with this Samsung and we love it. We got it on sale and on a weekend with no sales tax on energy efficient appliances. We haven’t had the chance to fully explore all of the Hub‘s features but so far it’s been neat to play with. So far so good!

The refrigerator is great! The only complaint is that the “View Inside” option is not working and so far the Geek Squad guys could not help us at all. Hopefully they will contact Samsung to fix this problem.

Very pleased with the refrigerator so far. Everything seems to work as advertised. The Family Hub is an impressive affition, though making the initial wifi connection took awhile. Experienced the same issue with the Samsung range.

We're very happy with the family hub refrigerator so far. Originally we thought we wouldn't need the big screen but now we can't go back! Inventory was so tough when our fridge broke but we lucked out to find one of these before the holidays.

This was an open box item, basically new. Wife loved it at first sight. Bought it and my little girls have lots of fun with BIXBY. they help mom in the kitchen with cooking while listening to music, leave messages when I go, and comeback from work! Just perfect....

Hands down the best fridge on the market. Setting up was so easy and you’ll never forget to buy anything at the grocery store ever again. The camera angles inside the fridge is just one of many perks this fridge provides. Can never go back to a normal fridge again!

I have only had the refrigerator for about a month. So far I haven't had any problems with it... and hopefully never will. The people at the Best Buy store that I purchased the refrigerator were the best people to work with. I made a simple purchase very complicated and they were very patient with me...

Love this fridge and everyone is shocked by having the built in display. We had a banana in the back of the fridge we forgot was there. The fridge sent us a message that the Bama was going bad. Checked the fridge and sure enough we had a banana is the very back. Amazing

My wife loves this refrigerator. It holds a ton of stuff and for the most part is easily cleaned. Only drawback I have is that to take out the crisper drawers and clean the glass is pretty hard to get out, but can be done.

Format Samsung refrigerator. Couple years ago heard nothing good about them. I did my research and learned they corrected the problems. I gave it a chance and brought this one. And I'm in love with it. I'm still learning it but the features are remarkable. It's a must. !

the handle on the 4th door keeps coming off in my hand. Various adjustments dont work. Calling Best Buy Geek Squad is hard. Fist could get number that worked to get a human. Samsung IMPOSSIBLE to reach. The display programming is very difficult to sort out. Operators manual is written poorly. The shelf options on right side are such that there is a terrific waste of usuable space. Temperature control and consistency is good. Better than the LG it replaced. Vertical handles are not exactly aligned, but at least they stay on. Honestly, with my last phone purchase debacle, im not sure whether to blame Best Buy or Samsung. Overall, new refrigerator is better than the LG side by side it replaced as to usabke space and consistentcy of temp. But thats about it.

It is beautiful and elegant. I want to monitor it's longevity. If this fridge lasts long, I'll update my stars. I'll give this fridge 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) Why did Samsung remove the pitcher in this expensive Fridge? It was a nice feature I thought was in the Tuscan Family hub. It was not. 2) I need to monitor it's longevity. Also, Samsung needs to hire a better team to fix issues with the apps; they are full of bugs, preventing a smooth flow.

Love this fridge! Works great, and looks amazing. I love being able to get rid of all the clutter on the old fridge and be able to have all our appointments, kids chore lists, grocery list, etc... all right on the digital screen. Works perfectly.

I've always wanted a refrigerator like this. When I found it at Bestbuy and at the price it was sold for, I knew it was fate! This samsung refrigerator has just about everything you need in a refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator. I been wanting one for a while and i finally have it. Its hasnt disappointe me yet. Special thanks to my sales guy for taking the time out with me while i was so undecided.

Buying the 'Samsung - Family Hub 27.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Fingerprint Resistant Refrigerator - Stainless steel' was a great choice. It was easy to set up and having various cooling compartments makes it very cool

The Family Hub is a great feature but the shelving inside is annoying. There is very little room for large drinks. We can only keep a few large items inside of the refrigerator and the shelves cannot be moved.
