Very pleased with our purchase of the Samsung refrigerator with Samsung family hub. It keeps is organized, is a helpful tool for communicating with family members, and adds some fun to our meal planning.

I am amazed how much space is inside of my new refrigerator compared to my previous Whirlpool refrigerator. I love the whiteboard to leave messages and listening to music.

Fridge works great. Wifi connection never waivers. Good adjustability for shelves inside. Love the middle (cold cut and kid juicebox) drawer. Freezer is a good size and holds everything we need it to for a family of four!

Breaker kept tripping but it was not the fridge’s fault. Just something to keep in mind if you’ve had your home built recently and they’ve installed the new sensitive breakers. Great experience with the delivery people, they were awesome. Very careful and helpful

I've always been completely satisfied with Samsung products and I look forward to this product being the same.The window screen with all the options for calendar, special notes and things is exciting. I can't wait to experience the different options.

Its a nice fridge but the ice maker is lacking. Its extremely slow and ice cubes are small and soft. Would like the option to be able to remove unused apps and add different apps. Freezer is great lots of room!

Great fridge. The interior camera & family center tablet in the door seem excessive, but sure fun to play with. Love the spaciousness & ability to change shelf layout to accommodate taller items.

This is an spacious, high quality appliance. The screening is so nice , you can see the interior without opening the fridge. The middle for is so convenient for the most needed items

Was wanting a French door refrigerator forever but the prices were out of my range. I bought this with packages incentives and have loved this fridge from day one.

This appliance is amazing. It has some may great features the technology is outstanding I’m very happy with this product. It’s worth every penny it’s the most expensive appliance I’ve ever purchased.

Really cool features but poorly placed ice machine. Takes up the 1/4 of the top space...and makes shelf flimsy as well. We are returning it for a different model.

You have to be a tech, just a little bit in order to understand this refrigerator, other than that, works great, the water, the icemaker. I need a refrigerator after 18 years this was a great Purchase

This fridge is the best! The refrigerator and kitchen is already the center of the home and this just kicks it up a notch. Love the look love the functionality love it all. I’d buy another one in a heartbeat.

My favorite feature is the flex draw. I put frequently used items there. Love the ability to my own photos. Crazy thing is; I have the latest Samsung phone ( Note 10+5G) but couldn't use the family hub app second to incompatibility. App update a few days ago fixed it. The other issue I have is there isnt a freezer door been. It doesnt come with the fridge. You have to buy it separately. For such an expensive fridge this unacceptable.

So far we love this fridge. We have updated our pictures and can leave notes to the family. Plenty of space in the refrigerator I’m not too happy about the fridge because how I have to lay my Groceries but overall still a great fridge

So far it's been a great fridge. Love the color,so we bought a complete matching set. We ordered this set in May. With plandemic and all that fun stuff we got the fridge in January. I think it was worth it

I just want to thank Best Buy team at Crabtree valley Raleigh for helping me with picking out the best refrigerator for my new house , I love it and I really enjoy it every day, easy to use and amazing space I can fit so much food.

I was out of town when I received my refrigerator. But when I got home I couldn’t keep my hands off. It was such a good investment . But I don’t know if it is all the way finger resistant though

Only had it a couple weeks but so far, we love it. Tons of room, keeps food at temperatures and the smart hub is definitely entertaining the family. This has made the social distancing more bearable for our family.
