    I love this refrigerator. We are still learning how the touch panel works. I have loved Samsung products for many years and this is no exception. Great product.

    Fridge was delivered and set up yesterday. Very impressed with all the features and look. Still getting to know the smart hub and all the screen features.

    We are now on our second refrigerator. The first one had multiple issues such as the ice maker quit Working, the software had issues with Bixby , The doors were uneven, this model has no night light that you can turn on where the water n ice dispenser is except when its in use. Samsung was nice enough to replace this refrigerator but we are still having software issues.

    The product is very useful and perfect for a big family. One of my favorite features is seeing the recipes, as well as having access to videos while you can cook.

    After having my new refrigerator for a month, I love everything about it with the exception of one thing - The ice maker takes an extremely long time to dispense the ice when you push the button.

    Deliverered Product on-time. Best Buy Price Matched their price which is good. Installation person was in hurry and didn't explain the product. Overall Bestbuy Sales is good but the delivery needs improvements.

    It really brings out my Kitchen. So easy to use. I love that you can customize it and make it your own on the screen. If you have doubts stop it. Just buy it and you will love everything about it.

    Rob in the boardman Ohio store was awesome to work with! Very knowledgeable and helped fix a bad situation. I will never buy another appliance from anywhere before I go there.

    You can text, see inside your fridge when grocery shopping, my kids love the drawing board and it teaches new words everyday. It is sooo amazing!!! Loving it!

    Love my fridge! My husband bought it for me on Mother’s Day! It’s definitely worth it and these fridge speakers are pretty loud too. Water and ice works great too.

    Have only had this for a little over 1 week but so far we love it. It's nice to look up recipes or play music on the hub. Only thing is it will not pair with our Samsung TV which is probably 40' away.

    However we noticed quite a few scratches on the one door about a week after delivery. Other than that, it works great! Keeps food cold better than prior appliance. Glad i made the switch!

    Great refrigerator. Smart app. is an awesome feature. Use the middle draw, for drinks this way the whole refrig doesnt have to be opened each time for a drink. Drinks are really cold as well.

    Had the refrigerator for 10 months now, I have had 2 major issues. In the initial install the fridge would shot my breaker and had to get an electrician to make a modification. now my ice maker is broken. Called Samsung and repair rep did not fix the issue. Now I am still trying to get it fixed.

    So I have had my Samsung fridge for about 15 months. My fridge stopped working in November and all food went bad. Also keep getting error code 41. Not under warranty. Had a tech come out140.00 to tell me the mother board and main screen need to be replaced and it’s possible there could be more wrong like wiring. I am still paying on this 3000.00 refrigerator and it is out of warranty. If I could send back and get my money back I would. I Will never buy Samsung again with all their problems and I will make it known to everyone. It’s gonna cost a lot more to fix. Samsung you should be ashamed of yourselves for making products that don’t last more than a year and then charge to fix. Unhappy consumer as of today 1/25 I have been told that this unrepairable. Now I have no refridgerator.

    Picked the refrigerator because of the two drawers

    I am not technology savvy so am having trouble getting my calendar and pictures from my computer loaded - I have a Apple - Other than that I like the refrigerator and everything else about it.
