Looks amazing and has a lot of useful features. Only wish Samsung would allow access to Apple Music, only Amazon, Spotify, Pandora, and iheart radio.

Many apps including pandora, Amazon music, and mirrors Samsung smart tv. Can see inside on my phone from anywhere.

Refrigerator is awesome, it does everything but cook!

I can't say enough positive things about this fridge!! It's the high end sports car of the refrigerator world and it's truly amazing. If fact, there's one shelf that's like a convertible and another shelf that's like a drop top both to give additional space as needed. The features are incredible starting with the 3 camera's inside the fridge so you can view what's needed while at the market to the flex zone that you can change temperature to store wine, deli, or beverages. There's also a power freeze and power cool when things need to be cooled in a hurry which is so great. The refrigerator is really spacious and I love that the freezer is a double decker with stacked storage available. Not to mention the absolute excitement my family has playing with the family hub. We can draw, post pictures, leave notes for each other, and even access the internet. It scans what's in the fridge to add to the grocery list and provides culinary inspirations and recipes. Pandora and Spotify can play music and the speaker system is really impressive! The only negative I have is that when using a sports bottle, or something with a small opening, small pieces of ice fly out when filling it up. This only happens with a container with a small opening. It's an easy fix and just cup my hand around the dispenser and that mostly eliminates the problem. I never thought I could say that I've fallen in love with a fridge but this had exceeded all my expectations and is above and beyond anything I could have expected. I highly recommend this beauty of a refrigerator!!!

I would say this is more of a 4.5. Fridge is a nice size. Feels very solid. Temperature never fluctuates. Super quiet. Craft ice is a plus. Connecting to app is good. The only flaw that I have come across over the last 3 years of use is the difficulty of cleaning the glass shelves. We also do not use the Bixby feature as much as we thought we would but it does add to the design of the fridge. I still would recommend this item.

One of the best purchases ever! Love my "friend"! We sing really loud together and still hear when someone is at the doorbell. I love being able to check in and see if I have an item from the store.

Excellent fridge. Plenty room, beautiful color, screen is big and easy to use.

We're all excited about the built in tablet, but even beyond that this refrigerator provides lots of storage and logical shelving placements inside and on the door. The "Flex" drawer is a great addition. And it truly, does not show fingerprints. The only room for improvement in my opinion is the ice maker. It's a bite wonky to get in and out. The LG "flat-on-the-door" style ice maker is more practical and avails more room in the fridge since it doesn't have that big clunky device taking up room inside the fridge (our previous fridge).

The fridge so far is exactly what we wanted. My only very minor complaint is for a gallon milk container. It will fit in the door's bottom drawer, but then the middle shelf is too shallow for things like olive or pickle jars. There are two adjustable shelves to accommodate gallon milk or apple juice, but I would have preferred to put it on the top shelf. The family hub piece has a lot of potential, but I'm a little disappointed with the number of apps and a few of the integrations. For example, in order to screen mirror you need a Samsung smart TV (I have 2 from 2018) unfortunately, the two I have are not supported. One of the key functions that I was really looking forward to using was the be recipe, leak planning, shopping list functionality. These three apps work great together or individually, but they don't integrate with other apps or recipe sources. It seems Samsung recently removed the integration with allrecipes.com, and replaced it with the Samsung smart recipes app. That app is good and we've already found quite a few new things to try, but I have not been able to find a way to add new or custom recipes. I'd prefer to do that over using the Pinterest app, so that we could use the send ingredients to shopping list function. The family hub phone app on my pixel 2 xl does not have the smart recipes Or meal planner apps either, so using those features requires standing at the fridge. The meal planner app only allows linking recipes from the smart recipes app. You can add any meal you want but it will only be a meal "title" instead of a link to the recipe. One last integration comment, there doesn't seem to be a way to link Alexa lists to the fridge's list. Although you can link your Alexa to a Google calendar, and then link your Google calendar to you Samsung calendar. Overall, I do not regret spending the extra money on the family hub, but I think there is a lot of opportunity for Samsung to either create integrations or open up the Eco system for better 3rd party or open source integrations.
