Great refrigerator with lots of room and extras. Loved the family hub and it was vrry easy to hook up

I love that I can post family pictures on the family hub without having Tom attach them with magnets. I enjoy how easy it is to keep the fridge clean. The most neat feature of this fridge is that I can see what’s inside of it. Even when I’m at the grocery store and forgot to my shopping list I can always take a peak with me SmartThings app. Just an amazing, easy to use fridge. Absolutely worth it

Finally my garage fridge went out and I could order a new one!!! Trust me, I have been waiting to upgrade but my refrigerators were holding up :/ . For the longest time I was actually looking at the other manufacture with the see through door, but I changed my mind a few months before I needed a replacement to this one. The Family Hub is great! It allows you to add food that is contained in your unit with expiration dates. This is a great asset when you need to clean out your fridge, just look at the app (either on your phone or the fridge screen) and see what has expired (or expiring soon). You can even watch TV on this thing! I like that I can check out what is inside the fridge from my phone anywhere - this is really just a cool function. I haven't found a reason to have to see inside my fridge but it makes for a great conversation :) Shelves are convertible so you can accommodate taller objects when needed with out pulling out a shelf. I highly recommend this unit if you are in the market for fridge

This fridge was an online purchase to replace an LG that had broken down after 10+ years. I get the feeling that I may have hesitated in buying this item if I had taken a looked at it in person. Samsung has had a few design glitches over a few of its products over the years, and this is one of it. Most reviews do give it high points for the family hub screen, but be aware, it's not a supersized Android tablet. You cannot install Google Apps, and it does not have Google Play either. Pros -- pretty much everything, yes, the screen too! This fridge has lots of storage, which is a great plus. Cons -- You will find some of the storage space is unusable, depending on your specific needs. Worst of the flaws -- there's simply no storage space for 2 gallon-sized milk containers on the doors. This feature is default in all the refrigerators we've owned for the past 25+ years. Inexplicably, it's missing in this refrigerator. Having said all of that, allow me to say that the one person whose opinion really matters - my wife - loves this refrigerator completely.

So far I am really enjoying my new fridge. I am not tech savy at all but am able to use and enjoy the family hub. I have teenage kids and they help me to learn how to use the features. I am short and have to go on by tippy toes to reach items in the back on the top shelves but that is not problem. One thing I have noticed as all large appliances have noises is, it makes a clunk when the fridge is kicking on. Sometimes quiet loud. I have not called service yet but may after the holidays to question it. The ice does come out kind of frosty and makes a bit of a mess coming out. The little bits that don't fully come out melt into the ice area after. This is also no ice/water tray there but it hasn't been enough residual to drip down onto the floor. I enjoy the flex drawer much more than I thought I would. Also my first time with a pull out freezer and enjoy things not falling out onto my toes. I bought the black stainless steal and it is sleek and beautiful. I would buy this again!

Recently purchased, because after 20 yrs old fridge went kaput... We love it. We have plenty of room with this size . We hooked it up to WiFi and enjoy our music well we prepare dinner. Prior to purchasing I read some old reviews regarding ice maker leaking. We followed the instructions from installation techs, and have had no problems... Looks like Samsung fixed that issue...

I only gave 4 because Bixby needs some work. That needs improvements in firmware updates and I would like to sync more calendar interfaces except hotmail or gmail, but the way it looks, cools, and handles is incredible! Space is good in frig. The 27 inches help for sure, glad I did more than the 24. It takes a couple of days to get to ideal temperatures. I did the the quick freeze to assist but it still took a little time. You can put most items back in after about 12 hrs, I would keep things in deep freezer until then. My kids love the drawing interface and it helps remind them of what they need each day. Overall a great family frig. Important! When u buy, choose that you don’t have water line even if you do because it needs their metal line not plastic

We bought this fridge almost 2 months ago. And I’ve waited to review it. The first one came and was installed, but the water dispenser leaked. I called customer service and they said they would bring out a replacement in a week. Replacement came, same issue. Water dispenser leaked. About a drip every ten minutes. I called again and was told “that’s normal”. That seems odd. You pay thousand for a fridge and it drips water for the first 10 days? So we waited, it DID stop dripping after about ten days. But that’s ridiculous. Then fridge is beautiful. The smart hub is a novelty. It’s already worn off- but it’s still nice to use to display a recipe or see my Ring doorbell. But probably not worth the extra money. The storage is terrible. It doesn’t matter for us- we are a large family and have a second fridge in the garage. But if this was our only fridge, the layout is awkward. Large juices, wine bottles, gallon sized drinks have VERY little space. All those jars you used to put in the door (salad dressings, jams, sauces, etc) now have hardly anywhere to go. Here’s my biggest complain. Cleaning. My kids spilled a drink on the bottom shelf. Most fridges this is an easy fix. You slide the shelf out, clean the glass and return. Nope. The bottom shed is attached to the water dispenser. So first you have to detach that. THEN, you have to maneuver the shelf to get it out. In order to get it out, you have to remove the door bins- because the shelf is too wide to get out. It took some maneuver, and some patience to accomplish this. If you’re in doubt- check out the videos on YouTube. It’s no easy feat. That being said- it’s a nice fridge. But if I were doing it again- I’d opt for another mode

The best fridge I ever had so far. Big storage compartments and ease of opening and closing because there are 4 doors Best of all, I love the family hub, so convenient and useful to let other family members informed of daily activities

The fridge is amazing. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very easy to organize and setup. Thsi family hub is like having a phone built into the frdige. If you can do it on your phone yoy can do it to rhe fridge. The speakers are pretty good as well.

This was an open box item and it had a small ding on the front bottom door but it wasn’t a big deal for me. It’s great I like it and is very spacious, really enjoy the neat touch screen and listening to YouTube while in the kitchen cooking

This fridge is great I love all the features it has. I love the screen it comes with you can connect to it thru the smart things app via your home and use many functions. I also love the size of this fridge it has plenty of room.

Love this fridge. Ive had it for 2 years and it works great. My only complaint is removing the shelves for cleaning is tricky and required me to watch a youtube video. Other than that, my family is really enjoying it.

I was looking for a replacement for my 20-year-old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. I wanted a "smart" refrigerator, so my selections were narrowed down a bit. I chose this Samsung, and I couldn't be more pleased. First, the Tuscan Stainless Steel finish is beautiful and it goes well with my kitchen cabinets. Both the refrigerator section and the freezer offer plenty of storage space, and I love the flexible shelves that quickly allow me to store tall items. The Family Hub screen is fun (and helpful) and it's great for keeping grocery lists and reminders. Perhaps the feature I love the most though is the middle flex drawer. You can adjust the temperature for that drawer, depending upon what you intend to put in it. I'm using it for dairy-related products. It's so convenient, I can't imagine owning a fridge without a drawer like that. Overall, it's a great refrigerator.

Spectacular space inside. Internet great for pic and video. Water and ice dispenser very helpful. The 2 drawers help out to separate frozen food that way it doesn't waste energy. The fingerprint resistant it great, you don't have to worry about hand marks

It’s really big than we expected. Lots of room of inside and enjoying 4 doors and camera inside. Touch screen monitor, all of us at home likes it so much. It helps us putting notes before bed and for cooking. Pictures is awesome too!
