Great refrigerator. This is our first 4 door refrigerator.We love flex feature to convert freezer into cooler and vice versa. Great space . Perfect for my house.

Fridge works great, love the French door freezer and the showcase door. Looks really nice in the black stainless color too.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The showcase door is really nice to have, and my favorite part is the flex section that can be used under four different settings!

We really liked the layout and adaptability of this refrigerator. The flex zone is a very nice feature. Unfortunately, two years and one month after purchasing this refrigerator it stopped working completely. We had purchased the Geek squad extended warranty after reading reviews and seeing that almost all modern refrigerators have reliability problems. It is now almost 4 weeks and our refrigerator is still not repaired and we are looking at over a week more before parts will arrive. Hopefully they will be the right parts this time. To be fair, a one week delay was due our being out of town for a preplanned trip, however if Best Buy had been able to get someone to come out within the first two days we would not have had to wait that extra week. Very disappointed with the warranty service.

This refrigerator/freezer is so versatile in meeting my family's needs. I love the "Food Show-Case" door in the right front which allows easy access for items such as milk and other items. The bottom right section can be either a fridge or freezer at the press of a button on the control panel - how ingenious! Need more fridge or freezer space? touch the button and there it you have it! The ice maker / water dispenser is huge - allowing my kids to place big glasses in the dispenser area. Overall a great product!

It is only been a month and love it. The motor is very quite and ample of space for family of 6. Love the flex zone that can convert into freezer or regular fridge.

overall, this is a pretty nice refrigerator, but not cheap. I like the french door style, but this is weird in a couple of ways: 1 the left top door is lost to the ice maker, 2 there is no dairy spot for butter and stuff ... not sure i like it overall. I do recommend as "buy it", but you need to imagine where you are going to put stuff and decide for your self if it will work for you. Beautiful and rock solid

Love being able to change from refrigerator to freezer according to our needs. Being able to slide back shelving has been wonderful as well.

This unit is beautiful the four doors work for me. Love having the option of using one door as a fridge or freezer. Love the built in wine rack too

This refrigerator has a large capacity and the flex area is very useful and can be set to 4 different temperatures. We use the showcase door every day.

I had ordered the refrigerator 3 months in advance. Unfortunately, on the first 2 visits, the refrigerator was received with a crack large enough to cause a leak. I had to refuse the delivery. The third time, it was delivered to my old address in a different state. The fourth delivery was correct. The refrigerator arrived in pristine condition. No dents or scratches. I absolutely love it. 3 Stars only for the not so great service.

Holds lots of food. Love the showcase door for getting milk or orange juice. Haven't used flexible zone as a refrigerator, but nice to have choice as freezer.

So far this refrigerator is awesome. We love the flex feature allowing us to choose the right side of the freezer to also be used as a refrigerator. Took a while to get used to adjustable shelves as our old fridge was 36 years old and still had the old wire shelving. Hopefully this one will last as long! Though to be honest it probably won't as most of the newer products are not that well built. We have not had the ice maker hooked up yet as our old fridge did not have that option. Waiting till spring to do that. So far the fridge is working well and looks great!

I love the option of converting one of the bottom compartment from a freezer area to a fridge area. The metal inside keeps items cool and at right temp.

We love our new fridge with the black stainless steel. After 18 years with stainless, decided on new color & couldn't be happier! Fridge is larger than last one with lots of space & love the flex zone. We use one zone as freezer as don't really keep much frozen food. It's nice to have flexibility when we do need more freezer space. I've always wanted French door style & this has met our needs. Veggies remain crisp & last for days. Awesome fridge! Tablet not needed at our house we have too many gadgets as it is!

It’s pretty and functional. Lots of space. The ice maker is very slim and you don’t loose shelf space. Love the flex door.

I wish the Ice Maker in the fridge is smaller and have an option to vend room temperature water instead of ice cold water.

Love the layout of the refrigerator and it holds alot. I do not like the ice maker because it is sluggish and runs out quikly

It's very roomy and love the flex space to expand freezer space if needed. The water/ice dispenser works really well - a real surprise.
