This refrigerator model has many great qualities. Black stainless appearance blends in real well in kitchen. Separate compartments provide options to fit our needs. Especially the freezer and flex options.

Had an LG model that cost 3500. It was 1 and a half years old. Had extended warrenty. Compressor went bad. LG determined it was irreparable. Then they were done with me. From now on it's Samsung products!

I'm very happy with that big Samsung in black because it's so easy and confortable to use great thanks for the excellent service

It was goodworking and it was also better. It is awesome.

The ice maker has constant problems. It freezes over and stops producing ice at least once a week and you have to pull the tray out and scrape and bend your hand awkwardly to try to reach the backed up ice from the clog. It is so frustrating to spend so much on a refrigerator and half the time I want ice, nothing comes out and I have to spend 15 minutes every time to "fix" it.

Back Story: My spouse and I are building a house and we need appliances but to cut costs we decided to purchase an open box fridge that had a few cosmetic defects. We thought it's a fridge, we can put magnets on the minor defects and anyways it's what's on the inside that counts. The BB sales rep , David, assured us it would work like new. Little did we know that frame of mind would haunt us. (Fridge purchased on January 5th) Fast forward to March 6th. We finally connect the fridge and wait the 24 hrs as instructed from the manual for it to cool. March 7th Fridge is registering 79 degrees farenheit and freezer reading 80 farenheit. Call Samsung support, Shakira answers the phone (her real name and she was amazing to speak with) instructs me to unplug for 5 min and plug in and wait two hours. Nada. I schedule a Samsung warranty care and the Tech arrived today March 12th. He opens it up and states that the sealed system has a leak. He has to call Samsung have another tech come out and fixed the sealed system because it appeared some other yahoo had previously worked on the system and the fridge was not up to par.

I bought an OPEN BOX. When i looked it in the store it has couple of dents on the door and i marked it on their at the type of buying but when they delivered a saw more dents on the sides and some more additional scratches on the door. I was pretty disappointed. I called Best Buy but they asked to contact another team regarding. I gave me an option of returning and get another one but i have to pay the difference amount. I was in hurry to buy a refrigerator and i made a mistake and now i am not in a position to return as well due to my need - i am just stuck. When the refrigerator was in store i was unable to see on the sides because it was stored in-between other refrigerators. At the time of delivery i mentioned that it was delivered with more dents and scratches on the delivery slip as well.

I found damage to the surface of the product after the installation was over and the engineer had gone.

Owned just under 1 month. This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen. It really stands out with the Black Stainless. The 4 door flex option is completely worth it. We use the flex department for beverages and snacks for our kid. The showcase door is perfect for condiments, butter and other quick access items. The upper fridge area is very spacious with plenty of options to place things. It took about 1 week for the water dispenser temperature to get cool enough, but it's been perfect since then. (we set the Freezer to -1F vs the factory 0F). The internal shiny handles do attract fingerprints. But we keep a micro fiber towel in a drawer nearby. Highly recommend this, if you have the space. It's pretty large. The delivery guys had to remove our front door to get it in the house.

Very nice looking but expensive , but we are happy with it. it gets very dirty with hand prints and hard to keep clean, specially when you have a family of four or more.. a lot of space , and the option of turning the bottom right box into a cooler or freezer. since it has two compressors,,,or three.?? it makes noise at night , more than normal thought.

First: This refrigerator is BIG, so it is best to make sure you have the dimensions and make sure it will fit in your home. This is a very spacious refrigerator. We have a chest freezer and a standup freezer so we wanted something with more refrigerator space, and this fit the bill. I cannot say enough good things about the FlexZone. We use it as a refrigerator, but it is very versatile. The unit is fairly quiet, although the ice drops will make you wonder what is going on at first as they are fairly loud, but not so much that they are annoying; just a bit startling until you get used to it. I love the wine rack accessory. It's a really nice touch; so if you are a wine person, you will love it. We are also very much enjoying the Showcase door. All in all, it's fabulous. I will say this: When we received the unit, the two right doors were lightly scuffed, and one of the bins had a broken grommet. BB replaced it all quickly. The service for the work was stellar. The serviceman was very polite and very professional. He even called a week later to make sure that I received the replacement bin that had the broken grommet (he did not get it on his order, but BB shipped it directly to me). Fantastic sales experience, fantastic service experience, fantastic product. Really enjoying it.

This refrigerator is the best one that I have ever bought. All of the features of this fridge are useful. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The fridge comes with three spacious shelves, and two drawers. The drawers are both wide and deep enough to fit more groceries. The glass shelves can hold heavier objects with no problems. The fridge features metal cooling which ensures that all of the groceries will be the same temperature. The fridge comes with a Flexzone that you can quickly change from a fridge to freezer. I am easily able to look at the temperature of the fridge, freezer, and Flexzone. The showcase door is highly accessible for using every day items such as milk and salad dressing. The storage units on all four doors can hold many jars and other items. The ice machine can simply be turned off with the press of a button. The ice an be changed from cubed to crushed, or vice versa, within seconds. The finish of this refrigerator appears flawless, and I am happy to have it in my home. It has just the right amount of futuristic and modern characteristics that make the fridge truly unique to the consumer. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a refrigerator.

I don’t know why I’m being asked again, but I already wrote a review for this refrigerator. In any case, so far it has not disappointed. Lots of room, stylish, nice digital display, and the flex zone and showcase door are awesome features! Digital compressor with a 10-year warranty, 3 evaporators & 3 separate fans make this a fine unit for our 4-person household.

This fridge is head and shoulders better than my last fridge in fit, finish, and function. It swallowed the contents of my overstuffed 22.5 cu ft. fridge and still only looked half full. I only used half of the bottom as the freezer, and it still holds as much in the 2 drawers/shelf while keeping it easier to access than the single drawer freezer it replaced. I use the flex zone for fruits/veggies and things for the kids to grab. I set it to the middle chill setting, so it's a little colder than a fridge, but not really cold enough to freeze. It seems to be keeping produce fresh for longer than a normal fridge crisper drawer. The fridge looks bright, clean and modern, inside and out. The recessed door handles allow a larger fridge without intruding into the kitchen anymore than my old fridge. The showcase door holds a ton of bottles, cans, and jugs and feels very sturdy. I also like that you don't have to push a button to switch between water and ice in the door.

Chose this fridge because of it’s design. Lots of “traffic” in a tight area so not having handles stick out was nice. Like the flex zone and show case features. Lots of room in fridge. It is a little louder than my last fridge that’s why the 4 star rating

Great Fridge. Quite, energy efficient. Lots of space with ability to configure shelves to allow for tall items. The flex zone is great especially during parties when you may need to keep food items cool before serving or when you need that extra space for left overs.

I'm a childcare provider working from home! Among other things my job entails feeding 9 children several times a day. My refrigerator is in constant use! My husband and I prowled the internet to find out what other reviewers had to say and spoke with others who had recently purchased a Samsung refrigerator. The sales associates at Best Buy were very helpful, courteous and very patient when we couldn't make up our minds. We came back to the store several times and asked a ton of questions. We gave this refrigerator purchase a great deal of thought and research. We originally wanted to purchase the Chef's Collection refrigerator by Samsung in part because it was much bigger and had a better lay out but couldn't rationalize the $6K price tag! We decided on the Samsung Flex 4 door because it fit our needs better than anything else we saw. It was delivered on time by very professional delivery people who took the time to answer our questions. The refrigerator itself is beautiful and took a little getting used to. The layout is different from our 20 year old Whirlpool. If you are considering this refrigerator, keep in mind it shows a ton of fingerprints (stainless steel) and requires a stainless steel cleaner and microfiber cloth to prevent scratching the surface (tip from the delivery man). It also has much smaller ice cubes (that melt faster) than our old Whirlpool. I do not like the smaller containers on the left side door, I think Samsung could have done a better job there. I have yet to reach Samsung to find out how to register it in case of a recall but I love the fact that the water filter is not on the ground and I can change it easily without my husbands assistance! I love the fact that I can set the temperature and flex one of the freezers when I need to. I also like the fact that the ice is enclosed so people can't reach into the ice bin for ice! (I know, teenagers!) This was a major purchase for us and I think we made the right choice.

Very roomy and versatile fridge. Two freezer bays. One can be set to a freezer or fridge temperature. Wine rack and sod acan rack inside and shelves can be moved around for taller objects. BEWARE the door hinges on top make this taller than specs!
