Before buying this, I read online reviews and compare options. I was looking for large storage and some flexible options. I was not sure initially but ordered anyway to see my chances. Installation: Bestbuy installation team did a great job. They were quick to remove old unit and install new one. You should measure door size and location for fridge to compare if fits or not. Installation team removes the door to fit it so check those sizes. Overall: Right bottom unit is flexible. You can set to freezer, chill, or regular. Freezer has also option to set the temperature. I set the freezer to -18c, inside top level to 1C and flexible section to chill. After initial setup, I left it empty and set to super freeze option. It reached to that temperature within 2-3hrs. I also cycle water before our usage. You should do that otherwise it tastes terrible. We normally shop on weekends and after filling with so many items, it kept the temperature without any issues. You don't hear any noice. Previous one was Kitchen Aid was crazy loud because of fan issues and crazy circuit panel. We are now so happy with this purchase. Mobile app: I did not try mobile app and don't think will need that. Shells look like easy to clean. Inside is very spacious for you to fill your items. One nice feature is right top door has preview screen so your kids can grab drinks without opening door fully. Metal panel at the right door and top section's back panel looks nice. I guess it helps to cool down quickly. Water/Ice: It is very fast to fill one cup of water. We did not have issue with ice machine so far. It has crush and cube option. It does not have option to select for auto fill. You have to press it and wait. Freezer: It has large shells and you can put pizza in there as well. Magnets: side panel can be used to stick your magnets etc

The refrigerator has a number of great features that we love such as the showcase door and flex zone which allows you to use it as a freezer or refrigerator. The storage bins in general have good capacity except for the left side door bins which are too small. The size of this refrigerator is very good for a family of 4. I recommend it.

My wife and i love our new fridge. The control panel functions well, the compressor is whisper quiet. the flex zone is a added bonus feature and can add space when needed. Our favorite feature is the showcase door, we use it on the daily basis. Overall excellent purchase no regrets. money well spent

I like this Refrigerator with door in door and the flex option door and door in door. The only thing that we didn't liked from Best Buy customer support is the fridge came with a big dent on one the side when delivered. BB customer support is yet to take care of this. I am not satisfied with the way this was handled by BB customer care. Pros 1. Love the flex zone option. Al most all the other Refrigerator brands does not have the flex zone with this ranges like from Fridge to the freezer. They come with soft freeze draws or doors. But I love this option. 2. Door in door option saves energy by putting the most used items in the doors. Cons 1. ice maker occupies the space. 2. There are not much storage drawers in the fridge section as oppose to the side by side fridge types. Other than that it looks good.

This refrigerator replaces a pretty nice Amana stainless steel unit we had for 16 years but suddenly died, RIP. I liked not only the high tech look of this Samsung but it also has a digital compressor with a 10-year warranty. It also has 3 evaporators and 3 fans in order to accomodate the Flex Zone feature which is very handy when you have changing needs for refrigerator and freezer room. This unit also has metal cooling zones that aid in keeping the temperature cold and the door on the right upper side has an Inner Case and a Show Case that lets you access often used items by opening just the front part of the door where you can also slide the shelves forward. To top it all off the black stainless color has a smudge resistant coating so it aids in keeping it clean as well as looking beautiful ($100 option). I got a great deal so I am very happy with this purchase. How often do you get a chance to upgrade your kitchen so nicely, right? If you’re looking for a high end regular size (not counter depth) refrigerator, you can’t go wrong with this Samsung!

This fridge is awesome. Have had zero problems. Settings are easy to use and has lots of adjustable shelves to get maximum use of space. Realky like the Showcase door for grabbing the milk jug as opposed to opening the whole door. And the ooen door alarm has been surprisingly helpful.

We purchased last July. This is a great product the two things that could be better is the Ice Maker needs to be reset about every 4 to 6 months. I I wish we purchased the black stainless so the finger prints do not show as much. Other than that we love our purchase.

Very impressive design with the 4 door feature that the one compartment can be additional freezer space. The interior is quite spacious and very modern. The dual water/ice controls are so convenient instead of having to push a button from water to ice. Only a month old but very pleased so far.

The design is fabulous. Love the option of using the right hand side of the freezer as a refigerator. The showcase door is a plus. It is helpful to be able to flip up half of the shelf to put tall items in the fridge. Totally thrilled with this refridgerator.

I love the size and the drawers and the set up and flex zone plus the showcase door. I don't love that it says it's fingerprint resistant and that is plain out untrue. As soon as it was delivered and the plastic taken off, it has had fingerprints on it. Two adults use this fridge and all you see on the handles and around the hands are smudges and prints. Also, I have to agree there is an issue with the ice maker. It 'spits' and you need a wide rim glass to cover it all. I don't like that I can't reach in and grab ice cubes so I have to get ice into a cup separately with every fill of my water bottle. I would still buy this fridge though. The size and set up are wonderful.

Great refrigerator the showcase door allows you to grab cold drinks or things you use a lot without having to open to whole big door and let the cool air out of the refrigerator. The fourth door section has four different setting which allows you to use it as a drink chiller, a standard refrigerator, a meat locker, or a standard freezer. The only down size is the freezer only compartment is small and even if you use the fourth door a freezer you still have two small freezers. Not a problem for me since I don't have a lot of frozen stuff so using the fourth door as a refrigerator makes this refrigerator seem HUGE! And with the bottom freezer your not always having to bend over to get things out of the refigerator

Really good refrigerator. Plenty of space for both freezer and fridge sections. Flex zone section is very useful for when you need extra freezer space. The interface is simple and intuitive, easy to figure out without reading the manual. Overall, excellent high quality product.

This fridge has lots of space and many features. The clean black stainless blends nice with our remaining stainless and black appliances. Also the flex zone fridge/freezer compartment is nice to have for those weekends your college friends show up and you need extra Bud Light™ storage.

Versatile and quite! I love the flex zone feature and the kids like the show case door for drinks. Space design inside makes it easy to organize and see clearly to the back of the refrigerator. Lots of door storage space top and bottom.

We absolutely love the amount space in the top fridge. It fits anything from large pizza boxes to several gallons of milk. Not super fond of ice maker. Its just okay.

The features are very good. 4-door looks pretty. With Flex door you can change the space for freezer and refrigerator whenever necessary. Shelf door is very handy to pick up drinks and Milk without opening the main door. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

Beautiful fridge/freezer. The black stainless steel is very low maintenance and well worth the extra $$ ! I was sold/told this unit had an optional fridge or freezer quadrant and could be set to your preference. Not the case. It has 4 preset zones and can't be adjusted. I wanted an extra fridge space and none of the settings allow for the desired 37* fridge temp. They start at freezer temp, soft freeze 23*, chill/meat 30*, and cool 41* (bacteria producing temp for food!) so 30* too cold and 41* very bad for food. Called Samsung and they cannot or will not be able to adjust. Writing a letter to see if anything can be done because other Samsung fridges allow you to actually set temp yourself. Will see what happens. Very disappointing, considering this was the ultimate reason I bought this particular fridge. Absolutely happy with everything else.

Extremely happy with this product so far. The flex zone is great for beverages and can fit 22oz bottles. There is plenty of room in all compartments. The showcase door makes for easy access to frequently used items. overall I am glad I spent the extra money to get this model.

I wanted. A French door refrigerator but was worried about the pull out freezer doors because I have a fixed island that is close to the refrigerator. The 4 door are great and I don't have to worry about hitting the island when opening the doors. The instructions with the refrigerator are poor. I had to go back to the store to learn how to adjust the shelves. There's no meat drawer. No butter keeper. I do like the flexibility of being able to use the bottom right section of the freezer as either freezer or refrigerator. The black stainless steel shows dust and some fingerprints. I love the inside LED lighting. You can see everything. I like the display panel showing the temperature of all compartments.
