I was looking to go for the one with the HUB. Im glad i didn't. It was must cheaper and it sounds like the HUB gives people problems. Its amazing. The bottom right is our "refreshment compartment" if we need to make the wine cold fast or make the mountains blue, we change the temp and it quickly does the job. I love the 4 doors. My puppies love to nap around it for some reason, and when i need to get to my food, i don't need to bother them. Overall its a great Frig. had it for a month now, no problems. I got it on sale, but i would definitly pay the full price for it.

An elegant fridge. Love the extra refrigerator space in the flex zone. It does hold fingerprints from messy hands and requires wipe down every few days.

The Showcase door is easy to use and very practical, doesn’t seem to take any space away from inside yet holds gallon size containers and frequently used condiments. Water/ ice dispenser blends nicely into outside door but inside behind dispenser has a very narrow space, wide enough to hold packaged bacon. Flexible shelf configuration inside for height and depth. Wine attachment is movable and removable. Two sliding draws very practical. Interior lighting is brilliant. Water filter easy to get to.

This fridge is awesome. It has a flex zone and the four doors make it so convenient to put everything in the perfect spot.

This refrigerator checked all boxes for our family. We use the flex zone for our kid’s snacks and drinks. They can quickly get what they need without opening all the doors looking for something to eat. It makes plenty of ice and has plenty of space to organize food without things looking cramped. We don’t use a lot of freezer space, but having the ability to adjust the temperature in the flex zone is a plus. The feature we liked the most, was the lack of door handles; it gives it a clean look. We got this product on sale, but it is worth the money even at full price.

It’s good that I didn’t purchase the counter depth but standard depth . With the standard depth itself I feel I am restricted with space , if you shop mostly at wholesale clubs like me . Couple of things to notice the refrigerator support Samsung smart things and has wifi support , but the process to connect is awful. Nothing much other than door open close forgot to close, filter change . Less space on the right door . Catch a lot of fingerprint

The space inside is very useful in every single shelf. The Flex Zone is very convenient for an extra space to save your food. I definitely recommend it.

We decided to give SamSung a try and possibly found a versatile fridge with all the features we needed. 1) Showcase door is very convenient and innovative with the slide out trays and ease of access to our drinks. 2)Flex French doors gives us the option to have two bottom freezers or three fridge doors. 3) Digital readout on the door is clear and visible. The audible door alarm is also handy if you left any of the doors cracked-open, 4)Ice maker and cold water feature is very easy to operate.

This is the epitome of a well designed refrigerator! We eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and have a deep freezer as well, so I love that this one can change based on our needs. The bottom left section is always a freezer, and then if I need more freezer space I can make the bottom right section freeze as well. Our 9 year old loves the Show Case feature on the right top door and we do too since he can get juice or milk without having to open the full door. It holds a lot of big items and has so many options for moving shelves and trays to accommodate oversized items.

Our last Samsung refrigerator lasted less than five years and even Samsung couldn't find anyone to fix it. After much hassling with Samsung, they replaced it. This one has many nice features, but is a little smaller than the one that failed. The amount of storage space in the doors is definitely smaller. I really like the four door set up and that the bottom right section can be a refrigerator or a freezer. Over all I would give it high marks, if it lasts.

The temperature control has been excellent. I placed wireless thermometers in the freezer and refrigerator compartments and temps have been very consistent. The jury is still out about the ice maker. It seems to work well, but the ice is very cloudy and dispenses broken cubes. Perhaps this will correct in time. The overall design is very well thought out. The cost of water filters is way too expensive ($50.00).

While searching for a freezer, my husband and I came upon this refrigerator on display. I loved the French doors and the flexibility of having either the lower right-hand side as a refrigerator or an extra freezer. I have three disappointing negative feelings about this refrigerator. The first is I find the small shelves on the doors as kind of a waste. Part of the shelf is only an inch or so large. Yes, it would hold string cheese or something like that, but otherwise it's a waste. I get frustrated trying to gauge whether my condiment bottles will or will not fit on those shelves. The other disappointment is the icemaker. The salesman told me it had the fastest icemaker of all refrigerators out. Well, I can tell you it may make ice fast, but the dispensing is not anywhere near fast. There is definitely a 2 to 3 second delay for ice to dispense. I no longer even try to get the crushed ice - which I always used on my prior refrigerator - just due to the time it takes to get. Third, get ready to wipe/polish the outside a lot. Seems like I am always wiping off fingerprints and splash marks from the ice/water dispenser. Yes, it is roomy inside. Yes, there is versatility. It does a great job at cooling and freezing. Maybe the 3 issues that I have others would not be bothered by.

This purchase has exceeded my expectation. I like the modern look and clean lines. It is very spacious and I enjoy the flex zone feature.

This refrigerator is the first that has satisfied us in regards to the ice maker and water dispenser but it is so much more. We like the quiet running and the great lighting in all parts of it. We also like the flex part as we use three doors for the fridge part and one door for the freezer. The freezer section is plenty big for us and we do have a second fridge in the garage if needed. The only disadvantage is not being able to store large frozen pizzas but we don't get them anyways! All in all, we love this addition.

great fridge with plenty of bells and whistles but has the worst ice machine i have ever used on any fridge. we ended up buying a separate ice maker to put on the counter since its so bad. Enjoy the flex door becoming more fridge space but the ice maker and the shelving could be better

I love this refrigerator!We went through a lot to get this refrigerator as the space we had for it was too small. It has been worth it so far. I love the cavernous space. It provides the right amount of space with the fourth door converted to refrigeration. I had to figure out where to store taller items as the majority of the shelf space is less than a foot tall. The door works well for most bigger items. The showcase door is a handy feature that I didn’t think I would use as much as I do.

We really liked this 4 door fridge. It has lot of storage and the nice feature is the flex zone. we do not use the freezer much, so able to use the flex zone as regular fridge is a huge bonus. The only knock on this particular model series would be the height. It is 72 inches high at door hinges and 34 inches deep. so it will come out quite a bit from the cabinet. You might need to trim some part if your cabinet is deep enough to cover the hinge areas. Apart from that one issue, its a super design and excellent buy.

I really love the way the Samsung showcase looks in my kitchen! We couldn’t decide between this or the family hub. We went with this one to save money and we really liked the door in door feature! Only two things I don’t like is finger prints so easy and the ice maker is on the small side. Other than that it’s a really well built fridge no issues so far and we get complements on it every time ppl see it.

First off, make sure your openings through which you will route this to your kitchen are wide enough. Once in and installed, this refrigerator has all the bells and whistles. We really love everything about this machine. Everything works great! The ice machine is a little slow and small, but when we have parties, we always buy ice and have a spare chest around for guest. That is the only “shortcoming”, if you can call it that, there is with this Samsung 4 door refrigerator.
