I love everything about this fridge. Looks good. Easy operation and there's tons of space.

This fridge provides plenty of space. Love the flex zone

First, lets cover the "Pros". It's a beautiful appliance, sleek, nice LED readouts for temperatures, settings etc., like the fact that it's smart and web connected, love the interior bright white LED lights. I also really like the flexible use lower right section. We mainly use it as more refrigeration than we do freezer, but it's nice to have (we have three other refrigerators, so freezer storage isn't a problem, for us at least). HOWEVER (now for the "Cons") This unit definitely isn't "Fingerprint Resistant"! The chrome handle accents are constantly being wiped down, daily in fact, as are all the doors (we have the Stainless Steel finish). To be honest, I'd say it attracts fingerprints!!! Second big con is that the righthand upper door doesn't shut by itself. It's a real pain in the rear! You always have to push the door closed. Now, the deal breaker... And why I could NEVER recommend this unit to anyone else. This unit has the Ice Maker From Hell!!! EVERY time you push the dispensing lever a stream of water flows out from the mouth of the dispenser! There is a several seconds delay (as an interior door/flap opens) and then it finally starts to dispense ice. And it seems to take forever to produce crushed ice. It rattles and rumbles on and on producing a trickle of crushed ice, and sounds like it's about to self destruct. I'd say it takes three times longer or more to produce crushed ice than my previous fridge. But the worst part of the Ice Maker is that it constantly stops working! It doesn't seem to know when the ice container is full, then makes more ice, which freezes into a clump, then it jams up and wont produce any more ice. Every week I have to chip the frozen ice cubes out of the tray area, and chip ice of the inside of the ice maker. Which really sucks! I've called Best Buy Geek Squad and they are sending a Tech out to see it. So, bottom line... This should be a five star unit, but the ice maker sours the whole deal. Avoid it like the plague!

We love the space and the flex zone in our new Samsung 4-door refrigerator.

We bought this fridge 6 weeks ago. All we can say is, Perfect. The Flex Zone option is really a great idea, especially in this time. Having additional freezing capacity is a plus. Storage is easy, the Ice Maker is able to sustain our usage, the water dispenser is really providing cold water from the first drop. We love it.

I love all the room in this frig! Presently we use the bottom right as a refrigerator, instead of a freezer for small grandkids to use. Enjoy the flexibility it offers. The “magic door” makes items used often so accessible. It took a while to get used to the Ice and water press bars together. This is a great refrigerator for a family!

The flex zone in this fridge is really nice. Lots of space

let me Strat with how big this fridge is! It's huge! It's super versatile since you can change the temperature from fridge to freezer on the bottom right section. The black is super sleek! And as an added bonus, you can actually stick magnets to the front of this fridge, unlike most others. Highly recommend!

The ice maker is awkward with the water and ice over each other. Makes pushing to get the ice difficult without pushing the water as well. Ice holder is small so it is not great if you have many ice users. I have no other issues. Works like a dream and beautiful.

We love our new frig. The showcase is used by our son a lot to get out just what he needs, and we love the flex door. This replaced our 10-year old Samsung that stopped working unexpectedly. Other than they delay in getting the product (due to Covid delays in supply chain) everything has been great.

Roomy, nice lay out. Sleek doors with hidden handles looks clean and is very functional. The feature of switching the drawers between soft freeze and hard freeze is very helpful depending on your intended use. The touch panel is a nice feature as well. I especially like the door that allows a peak at items in the door without opening the fridge all the way.

Love this refrigerator! The five doors, yes, actually five, are very practical. The quick view door lets you grab things you use frequently. The two main doors help save energy. The flex door can add refrigerator space or expand the freezer. It is well designed. The ice and water in the door, well, we all love ice and water in the door that tastes good!

The refer is very spacious. We use 2 doors for refer storage, one door for deli and cold drink storage, and on door as a freezer. The freezer has made good use of the space and we can store a lot of food in it. I would give a five star but the stainless coating is inferior to our earlier stainless steel refer.

We received a replacement fridge for our large 29 cu. ft. LG. We like the flex space for either freezer or refrigerated space. But it is difficult to fit items in this fridge properly. The upper left door, bottom tray has absolutely no use. It is difficult all the way around to try to determine where to place groceries and the flex space is needed for refrigerated space. I don't know who designed the area for your water filter, but what a waste of space. We need more drawers. In addition the front of the refrigerator is magnetic... great! However, it scratches easily. The catch tray under the water dispenser is sure to get water in it which flies everywhere when you open the door. It is a nice looking frig and we like that it doesn't have the handles but there are many storage related issues with this refrigerator.

This refridgerator is great! The flexzone is perfect for that extra freezer space when you need it or just the right size for a kids snacky mini fridge. Highly recommended, stays real cool with the metal cooling surfaces. If you are looking for a good fridge with lots of "flex" this is the one. Go with the black stainless steel, no finger prints.

Nice looking and very Quiet for a unit this size. I like the four doors.

I bought as an open box item. It is a great refrigerator. The third flexible compartment is really useful. You can use it as a fridge or freezer. The unit has a lot of space and accomodate a lot of stuff in it. It is very easy to clean. Very quiet. The only bad thing about; it is very easy to smudge. Otherwise, it looks great. The controls are very easy to manage.

I was looking for a 4 door refrigerator and fell in love this this model on the sales floor. As a professional baker, I need shelf depth and the ability to remove top shelves for stacked cakes. The 27.8 cu ft was the perfect size. I especially love the flex zone option in the 4th section because I can change the temperature as I need refrigerator or freezer space!
