Attractive and slim looking on the outside but spacious and practical on the inside. Going from a side by side to French door-four door takes some getting used to, items in a different place and we’re still experimenting. The Showcase door is easy to use and very practical, doesn’t seem to take any space away from inside yet holds gallon size containers and frequently used condiments. Water/ ice dispenser blends nicely into outside door but inside behind dispenser has a very narrow space, wide enough to hold packaged bacon. Flexible shelf configuration inside for height and depth. Wine attachment is movable and removable. Two sliding draws very practical. Interior lighting is brilliant. Water filter easy to get to. Flex compartment is very “cool” idea. Two deep pull out drawers are extremely practical not only for food separation but for bulky items like frozen turkeys. Freezer top shelves good for holding box items like frozen pizza. Even though this is not rated as a counter depth refrigerator, the sleek design and no handles allowed placement of this 28 cu ft fridge in a space that held a 24 cu ft counter depth fridge. Very happy with choice. Have to add that our Best Buy sales person, Albert, was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining features and benefits of appliances.

Modern design, great looking. The food showcase is a great feature we like. Water and ice dispenser are working great so far. We are happy that we choose the deeper version, so we can use our old storage container. Noise level is great too. We hoped to switch the freezer down left into a cooler as well for veggies but it’s not adjustable this way. The Fingerprint Resistant doesn’t work in the area where you really open the doors. That’s the only downside so far, that’s why four stars.

There is a lot of space for food but it does take some organizational skills to get used to the shelves and how to best use them. One of the disappointing features is the is door storage. The top right door has plenty of room however the top left and bottom right both have very thin door trays that leave very few options for storage of jams jellies and salsas. I think it would have been okay to give up a little more inside space to allow more room for some door storage so I don’t have to dig for pickles We have not had any problems with cooling simply problems figuring out which setting works best for how we will use the bottom right space. In my opinion it would be best provide an actual numerical setting to get the coolness you want We replaced our 25yr old fridge and we had the ability to adjust the food storage drawers and that is not the case with this unit I have seen several people complaining about their ice maker/dispenser and we have not had any problems yet in the 2.5 months we have had this model

If I could give a rating of 4.5 I would do that, only taking off .5 for the ice-maker. The ice-maker is the only negative about this fridge, it doesn't produce enough for me, my husband and our dog. Its run out of ice on us a few times. Next, this fridge is beautiful and 100% practical and functional. The drawers in the freezer are great, there is so much more room compared to bottom freezers that just have an open space. Also everything is kept super cold in the fridge. Let's not forget the showcase door, LOVE IT! It's a hit with everyone that comes to visit. The showcase door is not just fancy, it's practical and holds plenty of drinks. You won't be disappointed with this refrigerator, I highly recommend it!

Loved the look of this refrigerator, but the icemaker is TRASH. For me a functional icemaker is a must. Since six months after purchase I have had to have the icemaker serviced and several components replaced 4-5 times. The icemaker freezes solid and won't make ice at all or leaks water from melting ice inside and through the dispenser. BEST BUY won't replace unit even with a extended warranty because they consider the icemaker cosmetic and not under warranty. BUYER BEWARE Ice makers don't work well in the refrigerator and save your money on a extended warranty that considers your icemaker cosmetic. Today Samsung replaced all icemaker components, hopefully this will be the end of my nightmare.

My family could not be happier with this fridge. It is so spacious and it is intelligently designed. The freezer section has pull out drawers with ample space as well. The features that are advertised work! The door on the left opens to reveal the shelves in the door without opening the entire door. The freezer can be enlarged with a conversion compartment, lower Right. Haven’t need to use it yet. Beautiful functional refrigerator/freezer

Love it! Kids (6 & 9)use the flex zone as their own personal fridge and this allows them to get and return drinks and food on their own. Helps out tons with them packing their own lunches in the morning. Easy to reconfigure shelves to your liking and can notice a huge difference in cooling technology. Freezer is more gentle on ice cream and other frozen goods and veggies keep longer. Only complaint is it really isn't all that fingerprint proof. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone.

Sophisticated, elegant, beautiful, amazing. Beautiful aesthetics. The shelves, doors, and even the freezer are adjustable. Even our neighbors were sold on it and are buying it for their new house. We are glad that we selected Samsung and bought it from bestbuy. Even though we didn't go for a counter depth but it fits in so nice. Got the best possible discount and great support.

I love the fact that this refrigerator has four doors with the versatility of being able to use the bottom right section as a freezer OR a fridge. For now, I am using it as extra refrigerator space. The stainless steel is very nice and while the chrome needs a daily touchup to get rid of fingerprints, the unit looks nice and clean and sleek. Love it.

We purchased this refrigerator in an attempt to update our Kitchen. This was part of a two-appliance package. We were attracted to this unit by the French door design for both the refrigerator and freezer. It has a unique look and a unique function in the freezer unit. One side of the freezer can actually be adjusted to perform as a refrigerator or a freezer, depending upon the needs of the purchaser. The unit has functioned as hoped and my wife and I are very satisfied.

Love this appliance. It is a great addition to our kitchen and the flexibility is perfect. My only complaint is that the fingerprint-free coating is not. My sons hand prints are everywhere. The stainless appliances look great but require a lot of extra care.

Love, love, love this refrigerator. It has so much more space than my old refrigerator( only 5 years old) that was the same size. The freezer has tons of room and is so easy to organize. I would definitely recommend getting this refrigerator.

I love this refrigerator it is so convenient to be able to have the bottom-right door as a freezer or refrigerator. The showcase door is very convenient to use for things you need to get into all the time without opening the full door.

I really like the insides and functionality of this fridge. But the surface/doors are made of terrible material. First, the claim it's fingerprint resident is untrue: it's a fingerprint magnet!!! But second, and a much worse problem, is that it scratches and dents very easily. See pictures. This is after less than a month's use, and being very gentle, using special towel that doesn't leave scratches, checking every night, yeah I've been obsessed about keeping it up. But if there are so many scratches now, I can't imagine what will happen in years of use...

This refrigerator is nice, big and pretty and I like that it does not have a drawer on the bottom. However the doors on top don’t close easily, in fact the bar that’s attached to the left door that’s meant to keep them closed, pushes the door away unless you intentionally close it hard. So often when I think I’ve pushed the door hard closing it as I’m walking out of the kitchen, I’ll start hearing the beeping of the door alarm saying that the door is open... Also I like whole ice cubes, not crushed, but it still spits out small broken pieces, annoying! Careful the front dents easily, and there are always finger prints on it. Magnets don’t stick to the front of the refrigerator, only the sides, so you have to keep it shinny & clean. Not so easy to do, when you’re always touching it to open & close it.

Beautiful and excellent product. I love Samsung appliance.

My only concern is when we get power outages @ home we have to reset the temperature again

Great Refrigerator there is one big issue. The icebox keeps over freezing. Samsung knows that this is a issue and has been using the same product for years. They won't fix the problem. I will be buying an LG 4 door next time I need a new refrigerator.

It's a very nice fridge, though we don't like that the doors don't go back further when open. We received a damaged one, and went through alot of hassle with numerous calls to reach an acceptable resolution.

we have bought this refrigerator for the new home and its been a great machine and have a lot of wonderful features and would definitely recommend it. The best buy team are of good help during the the selection order and delivery process/
