And after careful consideration this was the refrigerator we chose. We have owned it for nearly a year and am now writing the review because I am always skeptical of the new owner reviews . I love the large open doors. The lights are a big plus you can see every thing in the fridge clearly . The right side slide away shelf for large stand up items is also a plus but I can fit large casseroles in the and then cook them the next day. This is a chefs dream. If you have a freezer in another part of the house then you can very easily use the third freezer space below for more fridge space especially when holidays are near. The only draw back is when the doors are closed and you are a tidy person ..you see all the finger prints so you have to keep it wiped down all the time to keep it looking clean and shiny

the access to products by using the showcase door, rather than opening the entire door to lose the cold air is nice. Also the flexibility of having 2 freezers at the bottom or leaving one side a refrigerator is nice since do not keep a lot of frozen foods we only need 1 part for the freezer.

This was a replacement for a Whirlpool we bought in March that failed. I wasn't sure how I'd like the showcase door or having the four doors after having the large whirlpool French door. I have to say I love it! The ability to have the option for the 3rd door as fridgerator or freezer sold us!

The space on this product it's amazing. I also love the fact that you can convert the freezer (bottom section) into a fridge. Just in case you're in need of more storage space. It comes very handy, especially when you buy a lot of vegetables, like I do , and you don't have to worry about space.

This refrigerator is everything we wanted and more. We absolutely love having the flex zone, as we often have more items for the refrigerator than the freezer and love the shill option for when hosting parties! The showcase shelf is also fantastically efficient. Highly recommend this fridge!

Had the Samsung refrigerator about 7 months now and thought I'd write a review about my experience with it so far. First off, if you get the stainless black finish, know that it's the stainless steel with a plasticy material over it to give it that dark grey color. With that, dont scratch it! Don't rub against it! Don't wash it with anything but a wet micro fiber towel, or it will scratch! I have the whole Samsung kitchen suite in this color, and they all scratch up very easy. Performance wise, the refrigerator operates ok. We have the flex zone as a freezer since the one side doesn't hold that much itself. The showcase door is ok, but I probably open the whole door as much to get foods inside that door as much as I do opening the showcase door. I'd save the money next time and not get that feature. The side with the ice cube/water dispenser holds very little in the door shelves due to the dispenser in the door. We switched from the smaller, counter depth fridge to the larger one due to the limited depth in the smaller one. Even then, it's not much of an increase in size. It's adequate. It does make a bit of noise as other reviews mention. You get used to it after a while, but still will get a good clunk once and a while from the ice maker. Temperature seems to hold true, so that's good.

We originally bought the counter depth version of this fridge, but the amount of inside storage was lacking, so we upsized. The outside of the fridge has a plastic film overlay that gives it it's color. This scratches very easily, so caution if that's something you worry about. It is magnetic, unlike stainless, but then again, moving magnets about on the front will scratch it greatly. Put the magnets on the sides, no film there. As for operating, again the interior space is very nice, but would like the door shelves to have more spacing options. There is an odd hum/whine that comes from the fridge when doors are closed. Sounds like a compressor or a fan. Shuts off when you open a door. Not loud, but noticeable.

Do not believe the hype about this fridge being fingerprint resistant. It is actually the opposite! It's a fingerprint magnet. The shelves could have been organized far better. The top left door has "pockets," but they are practically useless. Unless you have a few miniature bottles of sauce, you can forget about ever being able to use the pockets. The ice maker is behaving itself. This fridge is good for two people. If you have a large family, look elsewhere. I bought this during the July 4 sale, so it was $900 cheaper than the current $3300 price tag. I would not have bought this fridge at the current price.

Been wanting to get a refrigerator for quite some time finally broke down and bought one. The one we had was small and things kept on falling out of it. Been looking at this model for quite some time so I decide to get it. Nice roomy it's good to have

This fridge is perfect for my family. With our 3 young kids able to get snacks from the flex zone and having plenty of space for everything else works great for us. The freezer is small but we have a large freezer in our garage, so we planned to just have frozen snacks inside.

The configuration of this fridge is ideal for me. The options and layout work well in my kitchen. It has plenty of space and the water dispenser is much faster than my old fridge. It's fairly quiet too. Just make sure it's not in demo mode when it's delivered/setup.

The delivery and installation was great with Best Buy. The features are easy to use for the different generations in the family, the storage capacity is wonderful & the showcase feature is very convenient. The kids seem to easily leave fingerprints all over the doors though.

I spent 2 weeks researching refrigerators on line and in various stores. I decided on this model because of its modern styling and features such as the flex zone, large space, and compartmentalized layout to separate various types of foods, especially in the freezer area.

4-Door refrigerator, a perfect for a family like us. It has a flex zone which gives us more space for fridge. Upper area is very spacious. Monthly payment option by Best Buy made it easy for us to buy it.

I'm impressed with this fridge. It's big, quiet, and the showcase makes it easy to grab drinks or other often used items without warming up the entire fridge. I like having the option to change one compartment to a freezer or fridge, although I haven't switched it yet.

This is a great machine. Great quality. Great space. Samsung has thought of everything. I can't recommend it enough. It is way better than my sister's SubZero even she thinks so! Plus our salesperson at Best Buy was super helpful. Great decision!

Spacious, plenty of shelves, and looks great as a centerpiece for the kitchen. One complaint is the shelves bend a bit under weight and I’m hesitant to put a lot of items on it. So far though I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Great stainless steel appearance. Great features. Plenty of space I freezer. Icemaker makes small quantity of ice cubes given the size of refrigerator. Love the showcase feature for easy access and storage. Energy saver via com-ed. Quiet motor.

Love the flexibility of the "flex" zone - Love the convenience of the easy access door. Great features and good looking - the flat front with the handles built in are good because nothing sticks out to hit when you walk past. It was a great choice for us.
