The Samsung Flex Zone refrigerator is modern looking and a great performer. You can choose to either double the freezer space or increase the refrigerator area by a third. Great feature.

Thè flex zone feature works great allowing us to segregate our daughters items who still lives with us. We use it as a dorm refrigerator, keeping her items in that separate area while using the rest for us.

Couldn’t be happier with his fridge. Choose it for its size but mostly for its looks. Having no handles that extend past doors is great. The flex zone bottom compartment will come in very handy. Temps within fridge and freezer are very consistent.

Love this refrigerator and even more the staff from Pacific Sales at Best Buy. This refrigerator is very roomy and so much more comfortable than those bottom freezer drawers. I am so glad I decided to switch back to the traditional side by side doors. No regrets

The black stainless steel looks amazing. The configuration allows for much more usable space inside. The freezer shelves slide out and the flex zone adds usable freezer/soft freezer/fridge area. Much more room than my 32 cf LG. Very impressed so far.

Love the fridge raider, the size is great the only thing I don’t like it somebody fingerprints on the stainless steel. It’s a lot bulkier than a normal fridge raider so we had to remove the doors off to get it in the house

So I've only had this refrigerator for a while but I do look it. The only drawback is that there is no place to stand a glass under the water dispenser since it doesn't come with any sort of plate to keep the glass steady.

The refrigerator is quite large. Had to take doors off to get in the apartment. However I could not figure out how to take off the top right door due to water line connection. Upon putting doors back I had problems with door alarm going off. I adjusted and it solved the problem except that the freezer is saying 66 degrees though it is not 66 degrees. It must have something to do with door alignment but I have not had time to fix it. I also have not set up water line for water dispenser and ice machine. Will do soon. Hopefully it'll be smooth. Overall a very large and convenient to use fridge. I think the left hand fridge door shelves could have been designed better but I paid $1,700 with tax and protection plan for a $4,000 fridge so it was a good deal overall.

I loved this refrigerator. It has built in flex zone which can be used as freezer or regular refrigerator. Racks in freezer makes it easy to find the stuff. Only con I can think of is, I wish there is waste/extra water collector at water dispenser.

this fridge has plenty of space for me and the metal cooling makes a great difference. it was a little loud after being installed, but that only lasted for a day, now it is very quiet.

I love the refrigerator all the features. It does however advertise that it is fingerprint resistant but it isnt. I have to wipe it down everyday! Also it took over a month fir it to be delivered

Loving our new Samsung Flex with Showcase door. thought we'd never use the Showcase door, wound up loving it. didn't think about Best Buy for fridge at first, but referred by friends and have totally enjoyed the attention to detail.

With a family who uses a refrigerator all the time, it is spacious and functional. The freezer tops all of the French door freezers due to the shelving for organizing your food. It doesn’t need to be stacked on top of each other.

My only complaint is that it is noisy when the ice maker tries to connect. I don't have it connected yet so it tries to go there. Love the organization of this fridge.

We really, really love this refrigerator and the ability to flex from frig to freezer. Lots of room and the wine rack is a nice little extra. It's a bit noisy (like our last Samsung) or I would have given 5 stars.

we purchased these as open item. Be aware that the top of this fridge is a few cm taller than normal. so we had to shave our cabinets to fit this in. love the flexibility of being able to use the 3rd section as either the freezer or a fridge.

I am happy with all of the features of this refrigerator. After having a side by side, I am thrilled with the space of the french doors. And instead of deep drawers to rummage through, which is hard for me with back problems, the french doors for the freezer open to drawers that pull out. I needed extra freezer space, so that's how I use the flex side on the bottom, but it's nice to be able to use it for refrigerator space if I choose. I didn't think I'd use the exterior door very much, but instead I find I love it and use it all the time, without having to open up the whole fridge. And the even temperature means no more frozen items when they get pushed to the back!

It has only been a couple of weeks but this refrigerator has worked well in our kitchen. Make sure to measure where it goes as it just barely fit the opening. Quiet and lots of room.

Delivery took longer than expected, due to Covid, but went smoothly. Set up was pretty quick. The feature I love most is the bottom section that can be used for freezer or cooling!

Sometimes, you worry that really stylish appliances don't work very well, they just look good. This fridge works well and looks fantastic. The upper two doors give access to the main fridge compartment with it's drawers and multi-adjustable shelves. The lower left door is the surprisingly spacious freezer. The lower right to the optional freezer/chiller/fridge (you select the temperature from the front panel). The doors have recessed handles - which makes cleaning fingerprints off the front easy and takes up less space in the kitchen. One tiny complaint - the doors do not auto-shut, so they have to be pushed closed. An alarm sounds if a door is left open for around 30 seconds for those who forget to shut them properly. The internal LED lighting is nice too. Now to see how long this beauty lasts.
