So glad we found this model, works great for us and we love the features. The freezer section is divided into 2 sections and one of the sections can be set to refrigerator temp or freezer temp - love this feature - love the refrigerator.

We went to the store to lay eyes on it and touch it - but bought it online.The folks who delivered it, brought it in and ensured that it was up & working prior to leaving. With that said, this is a BIG appliance - they had to take our front door off its hinges to get it in! This fridge has the freezer section that can be a refrigerator and/or a freezer - SO awesome!

With the flex zone, you can lower or raise temps in the bottom section to make it a fridge or freezer as needed. I have only had the product for 2 weeks (ordered on May 21, delivered on June 12th due to other work in my home), but so far so good.

Also told to call plumber because water line to fridge not working. Wrong! Just needed more time to circulate. No call from Best Buy to replace doors. Had to go to store to complain about added plumber cost. No one returned my calls!
