I have been looking for a refrigerator for a year. We went for batteries and left with a refrigerator. I needed one with lots of refrigerator space, not much freezer since I have a chest freezer as well. The 'flex' part of this is perfect and there is a lot of space on top with flexible shelves to move around so that it best fits your needs based on what you put in your fridge. The best part is the 'showcase' door. I don't have to open the whole door to get out the things I use the most (milk). I also love that there are not 'drawers' on the bottom, they are doors. Good for keeping young children from opening the doors and just looking in the fridge. Its up pretty high. This is a large fridge, be sure your space is large enough. Only down side is, I am short ( 5') and because its so tall, I can not reach something on the top shelf in the back. I just adjusted the shelves so I can reach.

We love our fridge. The split freezer doors versus the drawer is what sold me on this model. The ice maker does seem to "freeze" up every few months but it's a real easy fix when you search for the fix online. Fingerprint Resistant should be included in the description as ours gets LOTS of smudges on it. I really like the split shelf in the inside too so that we can have taller bottles that don't fit on the shelves. There are a few changes I would make but that would have driven up the cost of the fridge and we were on a budget when finding a new fridge.

Very versatile, efficient and attractive refrigerator. The design features are great: Retracting shelf for tall bottles Showcase door Flexible temp lower right compartment Loads of space. Downsides: The finish DOES show fingerprints! Every minor touch leaves a smudge. Shelf hanging positions have fewer slots, so the highest top shelf is still a large space. Doors do not close tightly without a solid push...so if your previous fridge doors swung closed if you just let go, you will find the doors on this model standing open, or with a light push, get almost closed, but not sealed with a final hard push. Still, very spacious and nice.

LoL. I wanted the one with the screen the price didn't want me. So I got the faceless one instead. It's what's on the inside that counts anyway, right? Lots of space, I like the door feature for quick grabs. Favorite feature.. Lower left door's flex zone. It can be set to fridge or freezer and comes with a small wine rack. Each section has temp options and I dig the power cool setting to freeze stuff faster. Like the unsavory homemade Popsicles my kids concocted and expect to be frozen in 30 seconds. It doesn't btw, but def cuts the typical time substantially. I bought it open box and felt like a million bucks after I saved nearly 2k off the sticker $.

It's pretty to look at but that's about it. With a full household it is not nearly as fingerprint resistant as you would expect. I have to wipe down the doors and handles almost daily. The ice cube maker worked for about 2 weeks then stopped working, hasn't worked since and that was almost 6 months ago. I have resorted to ice cube trays in the lower freezer area. I DO LIKE the optional flex zone. I use it for more refrigerator space. Overall the fridge is a disappointment and I regret buying it. I do not recommend this product.

The fridge is great, but if you have kids it's a neverending battle with their greasy fingerprints. Our 12 year old has no sense of his greasy fingers and they are everywhere. On the bright side, he leaves most of the grease on this fridge so there's less for the front of his jeans and the rest of the house. Everything works great on this fridge. The ONLY thing is that it is making a bit of a gurgly noise in the back that I'm keeping an eye on. I would give five stars if it wasn't for this.

By far the best designed refrigerator we have had so far. Plenty of space and with middle shelf it is easy to place two cookie sheets with hors d'oeuvres or whatever to keep until ready. The flexibility of having a quadrant that is either refrigerator or freezer is a great advantage. It is quiet, the ice maker and water are working perfectly, it is very easy to remove finger marks from the finish, and the "hideaway" door giving access to frequently used items really does save time, as well as energy. I don't think we could have found a better refrigerator for our needs.

We ordered this samsung fridge and despite it being on backorder for a month before we got it, we think it is worth every penny. I like the flex zone a lot. it is nice to be able to create a little fridge at toddler height for the kids to use. the showcase door is a really convenient feature, and we like the foldable/collapsable shelves to help accommodate taller/larger items going into the fridge. the one draw back of this fridge, and all samsungs for that matter is the angle that the water is discharged from the door dispenser makes it a little challenging to fill tall containers.

We just replaced a Kitchen Aid french door refrigerator (only 2-years old and it died) with this Samsung and we are amazed at how much quieter the Samsung is. It's barely noticeable when it's running. The temperature performance is great and is spot-on in both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The flex zone is also a great feature and the it's a lot easier to find things in the freezer than in the usual pull out drawer. The only downside is that it lacks a deli-drawer for meats and cheeses but we are using the flex zone for that and it's working out well so far.

As everyone complains about this fridge, i do have the same 2 complains - Finger prints are easily left on the fridge and it can look very messy as you don't have any handle to pull the doors when opening - Ice maker doesn't make ice as required If you can live with the above issues, would highly recommend it as the performance of the fridge is awesome. Very cool and give the additional benefit of turning your freezer to additional compartment for more storage.

You will really like this fridge for many reasons. It has a lot of large space and two drawers that will accommodate all items if needed the bottom right bonus fridge/freezer is great for on the fly option depending on if you need fridge or freezer space. The showcase door with a pullout drawers helps bring items that are used a lot for quick access. The only two things that we do not like with this fridge is that you lose a lot of door space and the water dispenser angles to the back and has a lot of pressure other than that the great over Fridge

It's a fridge. It keeps my food cold. The water dispenser is finicky and drips a little after use. Too much pressure? I don't know. The showcase door is kinda weird, but useful in it's own way. Overall, its nice to look at and works, so I'm happy. Top tip of the day: The bottom right door seems to be on a fridge setting by default (why not, right?). So, don't put a frozen turkey in there after you plug the thing in, then check back like a few hours later. Unless you want to cook a turkey for dinner.

5 doors option is great - Flex option to 1/4th section to convert freezer vs fridge is good. Metal cooling plate on the back and front is good....... overall we find big space with various options. Caution: This is a huge unit -- while bringing the unit, make sure the delivery person brings whole unit as one piece..... for convenience if they open the doors -- they cannot put it back together and make everything once the unit is inside.

Bought this refrigerator since it was basically the only one that was big enough for our kitchen space and the only one that didn't have a red dot sticker meaning it was on back order due to the tax tariff garbage. Only downfall there is, is that there's no space for a deli meat and cheese section. I do like the fact that it has a flex zone, that I give. Also like how there's no handles sticking out, makes it look clean, but... one issue that they should've thought about was the chrome area where you open the doors from. Geez, those get so dirty with finger prints and constantly have to clean that area. That's really the only downfall which is acceptable. I am not a stainless steel fan at all, I prefer stainless black but we bought a new house that already had stainless steel appliances. Well this refrigerator is more of a brushed stainless steel and looks a lot better than your regular stainless steel. Glad I went with my kids choice since they helped me find a new refrigerator since we were limited on selection. Definitely a good buy.

This 4 door refrigerator is everything we hoped it would be. It is loaded with features and offers great flexibility. The bottom right can be a fridge or freezer and we use the showcase door a lot. A lot of reviews complain about the ice maker noise but we do not hear it at all. No complaints so far after a month. The only drawback is the height...I had to trim an inch off my upper cabinet in order to make it fit.

We are really appreciating this new refrigerator and all of its features. We particularly like the option of converting the bottom right quad to a refrigerator if needed. We also like the design of the entire refrigerator as there are so many space to store things. The "showcase" door in top right quad is such a great feature as well. We can store items like Milk & Butter that we use often and not have to open entire fridge to get to it.

One of my best purchases from Best Buy. Friendly sales staff George and the manager. Very efficient delivery guys. Refrigerator came on time, was installed, took away old one and they were gone in less than half an hour. Its working great, very quiet and good looking, no handle sticking out, luxury of converting one section into either freezer or refrigerator. Love the feature of showcase door.

I have a family of five and we always have a stocked fridge, but the amount of food I would normally buy for my old refrigerator which was also a side-by-side but not as many cubic feet, I fits so much more food and it doesn’t look as full as my old refrigerator. It’s like the bottomless pit freezer I still have not filled it completely up. I do recommend this I just wish the icemaker would chip the ice faster but i’ve never seen a fridge that chip ice fast so I’m not complaining ! My favorite part is the front door partial opening to grab condiments and such are use it all the time ! But I will never do carry out again I wish we had it delivered we got so many dings and dents in it because it was so big we had to take the door off the molding around the door and our railing Banister to get it into our kitchen so that was a really depressing after spending so much money to get banged up

This is our second four door Samsung refrigerator. We loved our first one. This one, since it has the wide french doors has lots more space. The look is smooth and elegant. Love that the door handles are flush with the fridge. The showcase door is so handy. The flex zone allows you to adjust according to what you need at a particular time. The inside space is well thought out. Very happy.

Just love this refrigerator. It is so very quiet. The flex zone will come in handy when I have more items for the frig. Right now it is a freezer. Didn't think that I would like the door in the door but have found that instead of trying to find items hidden behind others in the conventional door they can be found easily by just opening the second door.
