nice fridge except finger prints are horrible and doesn't make enough ice

This Fridge was perfect for my family, since I already had an upright freezer, I used 3 sections for cooling and 1 section for freezing. It was too tall for my kitchen space so I took the small kitchen cabinets out, no one could reach those anyway, and it looks great in it's new space. They were not able to install had to pay someone else to do it, but they did not issue a refund.

Difficult to organize the refrigerator with common things like milk, juice, etc. Worst ice maker ever! Freezes up, produces very low volume and ice runs out with just a few guests. If you use much ice, you'll need another supply. This if NOT a fingerprint resistant refrigerator. Actually, fingerprints are extremely visible. Simply not worth the money. Would not buy this again. Very disappointed.

We were moving to this fridge from a 13 year old side by side. We really like the use of space for our family of 4 and are impressed with the quiet operations and LED interior lighting. Some have been concerned with the velocity or capacity of the ice maker. We haven’t noticed any difference. Friend of ours also have this same fridge and recommended it after having had it for over a year.

Make sure the fridge will fit. Had to remove the doors to get it into the house. At this time the Samsung App that the fridge communicates with only lists what the temperature is set at, you can enable the power cool features, warn you if the door has been left open and disable the ice maker. The flex zone is nice but could be better if you could actually set the temperature like the fridge and freezer sections, not select 4 preset temperature options in which the warmest is 41 degrees than the next option is 30 degrees and the last option is set it to the temperature of the freezer.

Roomy with excellent temperature control. I love the Flex feature using it when family came to visit. Put all my meat in the Flex on Chill setting and everything was good beyond the sell by date. Love the door in a door feature. We keep all our frequently used items, such as tea, milk, and of course wine :-). We've only had the fridge for 1 month so haven’t encountered any issues but at this point we are very satisfied with this purchase!

So much space. I feel like I’m not buying enough groceries. Cooling feature is awesome. Flex zone is better

Great refrigerator, pretty roomy and well organized inside. Like the fact that you can change from refrigerator to the freezer there is the weakest points are icemaker, external surface( Fingerprints stay forever as soon as you touch it) . Extra door for the drinks I’m not very useful

Great Frig. The flex freezer/frig section is nice. So much room for everything.

My new Samsung 4-door Flex replaces a Whirlpool side by side, and i couldn't be happier. It's beautiful, quiet, easy to organize and keep clean. The flex compartment that can be either a refrigerator or freezer is awesome. I debated whether or not to spend extra for the showcase compartment, and am glad I decided to go for it. It's very handy for grabbing a quick drink or snack. I have no complaints. Every time I see my new refrigerator, I want to hug it.

I love how the space in this refrigerator is so customizable. I subtracted a star because there is only enough ice for one pitcher of tea then I have to wait for the next day for ice. I also received a fridge that leaves fingerprints all over it but I ordered a print free fridge. The one I got definitely is not print free!

Love the flexibility of the 4 door. Right now, we need more fridge space then freezer space so we are utilizing 3 of the 4 areas for fridge and just one space as the freezer. My 7 year old loves the fact that she has her own fridge where she places her snack goodies. The showcase door is nice and we use that everyday for drinks. The ice and water dispenser is working smoothly, too. Great buy!

Within the time we’ve owned this refrigerator the ice maker has had so many issues mainly with freezing over making it useless. Samsung is extremely difficult to work with but eventually replaced it at no cost, only took 6+ months of inquiries. Overall not a bad fridge except the ice maker issues. This is probably the last Samsung major appliance I will purchase based on the customer service / support my wife and I experienced. Storage is good but if you need a lot of freezer space plan on buying a separate freezer. The bottom compartments are slightly small requiring you to get creative with storage but manageable. Fingers crossed this one lasts for a while... I should have learned My lesson from my first Samsung refrigerator, oh well.

Super roomy and love the door that can be used as a freezer or extra refrigerator space.

We have only had the fridge for a month now and things are working well. The option to have one side of the freezer be another fridge is a nice feature when having a party. The only down side to the fridge is that it is rather big and sticks out from the counter a little further than we had expected. The other thing is that the fridge is very load.

So far I love it, it is a beautiful design!!!! Works great, it has enough space.

We are loving this fridge so far! Love the flex zone! Runs quietly. The only true negative I have is that it claims to be fingerprint resistant and it is definitely NOT. It has fingerprints all over it daily. We keep a cloth on top just for wiping off fingerprints. If they just had not made that claim in the description of the fridge it might not have seemed to be a big deal.

Very happy with this. The flex door took a little getting used to as I tended to open the whole door - but it didn't take long to realize which door I was opening. The ice maker is perfect for making soft ice and the flexibility to make the other bottom side either a refrigerator or a freezer is super great! Huge room for all your food items. Very happy with this style.

I was skeptical of the French door referigerator but I love this one! The showcase door is fun but I don’t know that it’s worth the extra money. The grandkids like it because they have decided the bottom referigerator door is “their referigerator”. Great fridge with a lot of features. Don’t put milk in the door - it doesn’t keep as long there. Use that for condiments and juice instead.

Great fridge. Like the ice and water in the door where a lot of others are not. The four doors work out great with the option of having the added fridge space. Mainly use that for meats and cheeses. The preset temperatures for the flex space are fine not sure what the 40 degree setting would be used for. Have noticed it gets finger prints pretty easily on the front around the doors. Also like the recessed handles.
