What a great idea to enable switching between refrigerator and freezer depending on how much and what you are storing. I've alternated a few times already and now feel I can't live without this feature. Unit is very nice looking. I get compliments all the time - especially the showcase door option. Best Buy gave a very competitive price.

New design side buy side refrigerator. Instead of 1 large basket at the bottom, this refrigerator has shelves on both sides. Much easier to find things. Interior refrigerator space is great opens with 4 doors. Bottom sides are freezer. Best thing is you can change the right side of freezer to a refrigerator if you need more space

Flex zone option is an excellent feature this refrigerator offers that others did not. Only negative is that the door shelves are not adjustable for height and the shelves are very limited on the left side door around the ice maker for storage of items.

This is a pretty neat refrigerator with various possibilities. You can remove various parts or re-work them so that what you need to fit will fit. It is taller than most refrigerators, so make sure you measure your space before you have it delivered. We had to modify the space at the last minute.

This is a great refrigerator. When researching the unit I didn't come across the fact that it has wifi and can be controlled from your phone. This feature adds an ability to adjust the temperature when away from home. I love the showcase door that allows quick access to commonly used items like condiments or half and half. Super quiet running.

Almost 2 months old and we really like this fridge, so far. The ability to have only one small freezer and 3 fridge spaces is exactly what we were looking for, although we still need to take time and play with temperature of the 3rd space so our veggies there can last longer. The easy access to most used items without having to open the fridge itself is awesome. It does not fit a gallon of milk, but it is ok since we tend to use more lactose free milk in cartons. Right now, we have 3 cartons of 1 litter and a small carton of orange juice. The 2 spaces above are mostly for yogurts or shorter items. When you open the double doors, it feels so spacious and the lighting is perfect. The water tastes great and we love the easy access to the water filter. Some door trays are tight for condiments but there are plenty of them. Now, the doors...they are so hard to keep clean. I wipe this fridge all day long. You touch and it shows every fingerprint. Not perfect fridge but real good!

We bought this refrigerator to replace one that had died after four years. I love the flex zone, it's also nice not to have a freezer drawer, much easier to get things in and out of. The on door water is very cold, and the ice doesn't seem like it melts at all in the collection bin like my old fridge would. All in all a great buy.

We wanted the fridge with the electronic goodies to it but unfortunately it was on back order with no definite date in sight. This fridge is roomy and versatile. I think for the price it should have included the cameras in it even though we didn't get the one with the touch pad on the front.

We really enjoy this refrigerator. The flex zone and showcase features makes this the perfect choice. We have a deep freeze so the ability to set just the bottom left section to freezer works perfectly. 90% of what we use out of the refrigerator can be kept in the door, we rarely have to open the main part of the refrigerator.

This fridge has a ton of space which is perfect for a larger family like ours. The other feature that I like a lot is the flex zone, which can be used as a fridge or freezer. We chose not to buy the touchscreen option because it would have taken some shelve width behind the screen.

Love the look and option of the split freezer. I use the bottom right for wine, pop and beer. I have a full freeze in my attached garage so I dont need much freezer space in the house. I do not like the chrome due to fingerprints. But love the black stainless look.

We purchased this refrigerator for the flexible section, as we ALWAYS find ourselves needing extra cold space (and we have 2 chest freezers just a few steps away in the garage). We have not regretted that decision. The meat setting is wonderful for keeping cold cuts and cheese fresher longer (and I can forget to divide my jumbo packs of chicken for a couple of days with no repercussions). We had a little difficulty with the ice maker initially, but the customer service from Samsung was the best I’ve ever experienced with appliances! I do wish there was an “ice plus” capability to encourage increased ice production for a short period, as the reservoir is quite small and often runs out with our family of 6. I did connect the fridge to our Samsung home unit for a while, but found there wasn’t really any benefit.

The 2 main reasons we bought this refrigerator were the showcase door and the variable settings on the lower right side compartment. Absolutely love the convenience of being able to switch how we use that. Have plenty of room in the main fridge section and the bins in the showcase door hold a lot of items.

Best Buy delivered this item after I moved in to my new house. The delivery professionals did a great job getting this huge thing inside our house. They had to remove the door to get this in. Once installed it looked great. Tons of space, absolutely no noise. Am happy with this purchase.

I really enjoy this refrigerator over others due to the side by side freezer with shelves. One side can be adjusted for additional refrigerator space as well. The shelves allow for better, more organized space for items with groceries not getting lost in the bottom of similar units.

we did a lot of research before purchasing this refrigerator. after one month, we could not have been happier with this purchase. the refrigerator looks great and the performance is as advertised. the flex zone is very easy to configure and comes in handy when hosting guests as it quickly chill the beverages of choice.

Good Product. But icebreaker broke within one year. As I have Geek Squad, it was covered and got it replaced. Would suggest to add Geek Squad protection, if you are buying this refrigerator.

This is a great fridge we absolutely love the way it looks and we love the flex zone if you’re up against the fence on this fridge don’t be get it it’s great!
