The first thing I would like to comment on is how QUIET this refrigerator is. My home is an open floor plan with no walls separating the kitchen from the living area. In complete silence, you can barely hear it running. If there is any noise from people conversing, the tv on, or radio on, you cannot hear it at all. I really enjoy the Flex-zone metal cooling drawer with a variable temperature control. I keep my deli meats, bacon and fresh meats that i am going to cook within a few days at the desired cold temperatures. I also find that I have plenty of refrigerator storage space. The freezer, with its bins AND sliding drawer, is also large and convenient. If there is one weak item, it is the ice maker. It is rather slow in dispensing ice. But then, I think that is a complaint of most refrigerators. It is better than my previous 6 year old refrigerator, however. The refrigerator is only a month old so I cannot comment on repair issues except to say, there are none at this point. I would buy this Samsung 4-door refrigerator again.

The middle drawer is one of the reasons we purchased this unit. You can access your frequently used items easily.

We love this fridge! We were not sure if we needed the middle drawer when we were trying to make a decision. It is our favorite feature!! The door in door is great and this fridge is very quiet. Best Buy delivery was awesome and they got this monster in the house without a scratch. We are very pleased we chose Best Buy.

The fridge is great, except for the ice make not working after the 2nd week of purchasing it.

This refrigerator is the first one I have purchased in 22 years and I love it. It is spacious, lights are bright but not annoying, it keeps a constant temperature and looks great. The only thing I would like improved is the ice maker-although the ice machine makes good ice - it is slow coming out.

Really lv my refrigerator. It's very spacious. Like the middle drawer for drinks and snacks for grandchildren. It was a little hard to flip top shelf and get ice bend open. Other than that 5 stars. Hope to enjoy a long time. Customer Service in the store (Peachtree City)Ga. Was Superior made shopping a breeze.

Like many others we are having issues with the ice maker. It constantly frosts up and causes the ice to get stuck before dropping into the ice tray. Picture attached. Geek Squad has been out multiple times and I actually have them scheduled again. At one point they said the next time the came out they would replace the fridge as they have more money in repairs than what we paid for it. When I contacted them for the next visit, they said Samsung was just going to keep throwing money, time and parts at it. Not that I had faith that replacement would work any better. They have replace everything connected to the ice maker at least twice. Nothing helps. It seems to work for a few weeks after they replace parts, but I feel that is just because they have cleared it from having ice build up. If I take the ice tray out and use a hair drier to clean all the ice up about once a month it works great. But should I have to do this monthly? I don't think so. Never had to do this with any other ice maker we have owned.

I wanted a refrigerator with French-doors, a flexible zone drawer, and a showcase door and this combined it all. Loving it!

Great product, this is my second Samsung Fridge and I like the look. The nice black stainless looks amazing.

We bought our refrigerator about a month ago. Our family loves the new refrigerator. I knew we would really utilize the pull out snack drawer, but I am surprised how much we use the food showcase door. My husband really wanted this upgrade and I did not think we needed it. I am happy he insisted. Great product and looks great in my new updated kitchen with my concrete counter tops.

The Samsung Refrigerator I bought is very nice. I like the door-in-door feature to reach drinks easier. My only complaint is that after getting ice out of the dispenser, water drips out. So when I return to get more ice, I have to clean up the tray below the dispenser.

I had a Samsung before this and never had a problem with it, so I went back and got this Black stainless French Door Refrigerator..My wife loves her milk cold and this one with metal cooling is perfect, on the door crushed ice is great and quick access for snakes for the grandkids is great and the drawer is at their level. I like that I can open a door without opening the whole refrigerator. I would highly recommend this product to anyone

Really nice Fridge, value ok and a great space and nice view

Only wish my old one died sooner! This one is like a dream. We didnt get the see through door but opening it is super convenient compared to opening 1/2 the fridge. Love the tiered freezer. No more digging for pizzas. Oh and the drink drawer is genius. Oh and the power cool is great for chilling large amounts of food quickly like meat sauce for a trip. It’s come in handy for chilling ice cream that’s become a bit soft from travel time.

This refrigerator is great! I love the French doors and the drawer is perfect to access lunch meat and eggs without having to open the doors. And you can pull out the ice drawer if you need ice for a cooler. It doesn't have a lot of ice but I almost didn't get this fridge because we often need ice for coolers but I learned you can pull out the ice drawer so it's perfect!

I love this refrigerator!!! It is very roomy inside, a lot more space than i was expecting, and it looks beautiful! I would recommend getting the warranty though, the first one I received had issues with the compressor and made an awful loud noise, best buy was great and got me a brand new one out and replace it in just a few days.

We've only had our refrigerator for about 3 weeks, but so far we love everything about it. My husband loves that the freezer is on the bottom since that was his major complaint about our last fridge and what prompted this purchase. The freezer is roomy and the drawer pulls forward all the way making it easy to see and reach everything. And he loves how well lit it is and the layout makes it easy to find things. You don't have stuff 'getting lost and going to waste' like in our previous one. My favorite features are the half door that lets me access the milk and a few other frequently used item without opening the whole refrigerator plus I love the cooler drawer where I can keep a whole case of pop, all of my cheeses, deli meats, etc. and again, I can open that without opening up the whole unit. We are a couple with grown children, but we do a lot of entertaining and enjoy cooking so we have no problem keeping it full and utilizing all of the wonderful features. Because of the ample size, it would also make a great refrigerator for a family. And we both love the look of the black stainless steel. We bought a product recommended by the manufacturer to help with keeping it clean, but so far, it's been easy and doesn't show fingerprints as much as I'd feared. I also like the easy open handles that have some give and flexibility. I think anyone would be very happy to have this refrigerator.

Size Matters When you look for a refrigerator, the first thing to look out for is physical size. Make sure your new fridge fits in the existing opening. There's nothing like having the thing delivered only to return it because "You got the wrong size!" Ours was 69" in height - measured from the floor to the top of fridge (without the hinge cover). It fit right in! Cubic Feet - What's in the inside You'll need to find out what size your old refrigerator was so that your new one will at least accommodate what you had in the older one. Our new fridge was 2 cubic feet larger than the older one. Features We liked the French Doors - the two doors on top of the fridge that open from the center. The right door has a handle release that lets you open the outer door or open the whole door. Opening the outer door lets you get to the compartment that stores milk, bottled water and other dairy things like butter or cream. On the left French door is the ice mechanism for the ice maker. This ice maker took up space, but not as much as other ice makers in competitor refrigerators. The ice maker worked fine. This model has a water and ice dispenser that is on the outside of the door - If you like cold, filtered water this is a must-have. Some refrigerators have the water dispenser on the inside - We prefer it on the outside. The middle drawer is lined with metal as opposed to plastic - it cools better than its plastic counterpart. I liked the two metal bars inside of it that act like compartment separators. They are perpendicular to each other with a plastic holder that keeps them held together. You can move the holder around to size your compartments. The bottom drawer is where the freezer is. This is fairly large and holds plenty of frozen foods. There is also an auxiliary drawer to hold other things like breads or frozen vegetables so you can get to them easily; it's also great for freezing that beer mug for your next cold one! We also like the LED lights that really brighten up the inside of the fridge. It beats the old single appliance light bulb. Summary The fridge is silver in color and reflects light like a mirror. You can almost see yourself. The refrigerator is easy to set up. Freezer is at 0 degrees; fridge is set to 37 degrees. You never have to mess with it. Our fridge is 28 cubic feet - plenty of space for our needs. This fridge can be pricey, so look for holiday discounts before you buy.
