Love the color & the in-door instant fill water pitcher is a great addition!! Love that I can have cold, filtered water at an instant!

We recently purchased this refrigerator. Love the middle drawer for snacks. The ice maker is decent, but it does take awhile to dispense. I like the ability to just open the door to grab milk or a commonly used item. Refrigerator is fairly quite.

we only had it about a month but so far we love the look and how big it is inside with all the compartment.

All together the best refrigerator I’ve owned! The shelves adjust easily for a variety of different foods. The middle drawer is handy for frequently used items such as lunch meat and cheeses. The initial door for beverages keeps opening the fridge to a minimum, for milk or juice. Everything is laid out so well. The freezer is designed to make all the food visible and accessible.

After owning it for a few months I completely regret buying this fridge. The shelves aren’t adjustable (neither inside nor on the doors) the bottom shelf requires breaking your fingertips to remove it for cleaning (thx to YouTube since it’s not even in the instruction book how to remove ) …. Actually had to use two screwdrivers to push in two tabs simultaneously while lifting the shelf up. Even when you pull the bottom shelf to get it out , the French doors don’t open enough to extract it easily. See photo I’ve taken with this review . You then have to remove all of the door shelves. Once you finally wrestle it out you can’t get the glass out of the plastic base. So basically if a Turkey leaks all over (like mine did) you’re going to be stuck with dried Turkey blood inside the bottom glass/plastic shelf. There’s no way to separate it to scrub, wash or dry it As if this isn’t bad enough, the ice bin cannot be removed, so if you want to fill your small cooler you better expect to stand there for 8 minutes with a cup while it dispenses from the front to then dump it into your cooler. Lastly, the inside water pitcher leaks when you take it out to pour water into a cup. Have a washcloth or paper towel handy for that cleanup. I wish I could dump this back at Best Buy …. Garbage design. Waste of money.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for these leaking water. I have to admit the day i got mine i had a water issue. But it was my fault. Didnt get a filter put in properly. Had been a great fridge. Really like the water pitch for infusing water. Love the color too.

I love this refrigerator. I always wanted the door in door refrigerator and I love it. My husband is always opening the door for soda several times a day, so this feature is great. I love the infusion pitcher. Great buy. I love it.

It looks so pretty and so far has kept the temperature constant. As others have noted, the ice maker is a little loud when dumping, but keeps the bin full. I am totally satisfied with my purchase.

My first Samsung refrigerator and I love it. Replaced my side by side with this French door style. I am not a fan of stainless steel appliances, but when we found this in Tuscan stainless steel, I immediately said ‘this is mine!’ My gift to me!

This is actually our first smart fridge, and first fridge with water and ice in the front which is awesome. It’s nice and quiet and with it being a smart fridge I can manage it with the SmartThings app. So far so good.

Very happy, we have it for 2 week's and it's working very good. No problems easy to program and use. The delivery gentlemen were very professional, courteous, the followup from Best Buy excellent. Overall very happy.

If you like it in the store, you’ll love it in your kitchen! Beautiful and spacious. I love the water pitcher built in the door with auto fill. We use it every day for most meals at the table. Great innovation!

We have had this refrigerator for almost a month. It is in my opinion the most feature rich on the market. So far we haven’t had any problems with this unit.

I love the refrigerator, but on delivery the french doors didn't line up and a month later it's still not fixed. One of the people Best Buy sent out said it's a common problem with this refrigerator. Very disappointing after spending so much money. Now waiting for the Samsung repair person, but he keeps rescheduling.

We bought this fridge sight unseen for a house we just purchased 2 hrs away. Once we arrived at the home, we were not disappointed !
