I am so happy now my new refrigerator is working good we finally have a refrigerator that is working fine and the icemaker is not leaking, we are over joyed thanks so much to the rep who finally took the time to see that I had enough tech come out and trying to fix that lemon of a refrigerator that your company made me keep far too long and I was taking too much time out of my life to get fixed when it should have been replaced over a few years ago, so again thanks to the last representative that took his time to help fix the problem.

Enjoy the auto fill water pitcher. Love the door that allows access to frequently used items without open the fridge to room temp. Getting good use of the separate crisper drawer.

But, for the price it should have shelves and door bins that are adjustable. The Flex drawer is very convenient, as is the Food Showcase door. I neglected to check prior to purchase if the shelves could be moved to other positions, though, and they cannot, other than one option that creates a space that is too low for most items. The door bins cannot be adjusted at all, and the movable wire divider on them is pretty useless. The built-in pitcher on the door is more useful than we thought it would be. The ice maker produces a good amount of ice, much better than our old fridge. The capacity of the door bins on the side with the ice maker is better than our old fridge, but neither door will fit two 1-gallon jugs, which was another disappointment. The wifi app connectivity doesn't do much, but it will alert you if the door is left open, which could be handy. Was very disappointed that the fridge dropped in price by over $500 just after the 15 day price match guarantee, so we could not get the reduced price. The salesman did not inform us that they would match the price if it dropped at Best Buy within 15 days of purchase, either, or we would have kept a close eye on sales. Unfortunately, we were not in a position to wait for a sale at the time we bought it.

We have had this fridge for just a month now but love everything about it. always a fresh pitcher of water and the extra middle drawer is so convenient to keep your bottled water or soft drinks in.

Great refrigerator. Several of the shelves are adjustable. One flips up and 1 slides down for taller items. I love the Food Showcase so the items we use alot are kept there. The separate drawer for other items used frequently is large and temperature adjustable. I personally love the refillable water pitcher. I drink lots of water and the infuser lets me put lemon and limes in it. Always have fresh filtered cold water with lemon and limes in it.

This fridge is great. My mother loves it. Originallt she wanted to go for a higher end one but chose this in the end. We feel it has better usage of space than some of the higher end fridges.

Nobody likes buying a new refrigerator -- they cost a fortune, but this one is a real keeper. We had great service at Best Buy, great delivery/installers, and a beautiful, sparkling new refrigerator that keeps everything at the proper temperature, offers up ice and water, as well as a pitcher of cool water at the touch of a finger, and it has lots of room. We are very, very happy with this appliance.

This is an amazing refrigerator. I especially like the food showcase door, which enables access to drinks, etc, without opening the whole door. However, I am disappointed with the ice maker. It is slow, has weird ice cubes, and not well thought-out. Seems like old tech ice maker in modern refrigerator.

I purchased this refrigerator last July (2019). The first issue we had was the seal at the top if the quick fill pitcher leaked. We called Samsung and had a replacement sent to us. Next, the ice maker stopped working in August. I discovered the drain at the back of the ice maker froze-up and water pooled in the ice compartment. I defrosted the ice maker with a hair dryer. We experienced this issue again in January 2020. Once again, defrost with the hair dryer. We called Samsung and the repair person replaced all of the ice maker components and the circuit board. Last week the I discovered the ice maker was frozen again! We contacted Samsung and requested a repair again! Contacted the repair company to schedule an appointment only to be told Samsung cancelled the ticket. Called Samsung and they said they cancelled the ticket because they thought it was a duplicate from before...Yes it it the same issue that was not resolved. The engineering on this is horrible! DO NOT Purchase this refrigerator!!!!!! I want my money back and will never purchase Samsung again!

This fridge has good space and goes well with the rest of our appliances. I like the pitcher inside because you have have lemon water and other things readily available and cold

Always purchasing LG for the look and feature’s but.constantly breaking Dow and loose at lot of food. I’m replaced my 6 years old refrigerator that broke for the 3rd time and was very expensive to repair. Went to Best Buy checking the LG’S turnaround and saw the most beautiful refrigerator in display opened and There it was beautiful inside to great features delicate I really love the water jar I’m using every day I’m glad I took a chance when I read the reviews about the water feature have already for a month no issues I’m very happy love it purchased the Black chrome really recommend Best customer service excellent

Elegant, solid feeling, lots of shelf space, integrated auto-fill water pitcher, quickly makes ice, door within a door for quick access to milk, butter and frequently used items, meat and cheese drawers can open WITHOUT having to open the other fridge door, separate drawer for drinks, cheese, meats with adjustable temps and plenty of space still for the freezer! Like my title says, we REALLY like this fridge!!

We love it so far! The installation was done quickly and on time. This refrigerator/freezer certainly has a lot of space.

Great looking fridge with so much space, one draw back and that is when changing the filter. You have to roll out the fridge to turn off the water supply, otherwise water leaks out.

This is a fantastic fridge. Everything works great and I know multiple people that have it. There's a little hiccup with the water dispenser but Samsung is fixing it under warranty.

The refrigerator is spacious, has lots of shelf room and a descent size freezer. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is that the ice maker leaks water into the ice dispenser flapper which ends up draining into the external dispensing area. Otherwise, great buy.

Love my new fridge! It’s easy to clean & looks good. Spacious compartments with options for accommodating all items of various sizes. Has many special features which are handy & useful.

Excellent Quality, nice Storage Capacity, modern design

If you haven't purchased a new Fridge in say 10-12 years - you may want to take a look at this model from Samsung. Great layout - flexible with the mid drawer and the ease of the split upper door for commonly accessed items - milk drinks etc.. make this a great option. The built-in water jug on the inside left door has become the house favorite "thing" for this refrigerator. Not 5 star as these new units are expensive and no long lasting warranty for anything new these days.
