I have been amazed at the size of this refrigerator on the inside. I have plenty of space for everything. I like being able to open the right side door when getting something to drink without going inside the entire frige. The temperature remains constant and I really like the filtered water. I've only had it for a couple weeks but, so far, it met all expectations.

Refillable pitcher is great, lots of room in fridge. Do wish there was a little more room for taller items.

Easy to assemble, this refrigerator has been amazing to own. It was simple to connect to wifi via the Smartthings app to get real-time notification of the state of the appliance and to control temp settings. A very real upgrade from the pedestrian refrigerator we previously owned. The auto-filling pitcher is one reason we got this model and it has served us well.

Just love this huge Refrigerator it has so much room at such a great price and I would highly recommend this Refrigerator to everyone to buy at Best Buy for this great price

Absolutely love this fridge! The black stainless looks so nice in my kitchen and the shelves can be configured in different heights to best fit your families needs. I picked this one over others as I wanted a separate cheese/snack drawer, ice maker, and water pitcher. Would definitely recommend.

I did not fully research this refrigerator and bought it in a hurry because I needed a new frig ASAP. I thought it had two freezer drawers but it only has one freezer drawer and a refrigerator drawer that can be adjusted to be cooler than the upper compartment but not low enough to freeze. Now that I am used to using it, I am okay with the refrigerator drawer. I also did not appreciate that the upper right door had a door within a door when I bought this and once I figured it out, I thought it was an unnecessary additional upgrade that increased the price, but now that I have used it on a regular basis, I do like being able to access certain items, such as a milk carton or bottle of wine, without accessing the full refrigerator compartment. What I do love about this frig is the auto-refill pitcher inside the left door! Was using the infuser chamber a lot at first to add lemon or lime to the water, but it got to be too much bother to have to frequently clean the chamber and pitcher and it is easier just to add a slice of lime to a glass of water poured from the pitcher and not maintain such a frequent cleaning routine. Overall I am happy with this frig and I like the size and the black stainless steel look, but would not buy this particular model with these peculiar "bells and whistles" again.

Very happy with the look and features (especially the water container that refills AUTOMATICALLY!) The flex zone divider that's adjustable is nice to keep items from rolling around. Samsung app will tell you when fridge has been left open and also lets you change the temperature. A few Cons- 1) the Flex Zone "freezer" setting is NOT an actual freezer temperature so it's not usable for hard freezing 2) This ,I believe , is a big one. The shelves in the fridge part are not very adjustable in terms of alot of different heights. The left side only stays in one spot . The right side has only 1 different height you can use. Really weird considering it looks like there are spots where other models may have that option.

This is an amazing fridge and has so much room. I didn't want to spend the extra money for this fridge but it was worth every penny!

My MIL also owns a Samsung fridge and has had numerous issues with her ice maker freezing up and not working. Despite her issues, we went ahead and purchased a Samsung fridge since 3 of use lots of ice daily I figured it wouldn't have time to freeze up. WRONG! We left for 7 days for the holidays and came home to the ice maker aking a grinding noise when attempting to dispense cubed ice. It was delivered and installed by BB less than 3 months ago. $2800 refrigerator now not working properly. Crushed ice doesn't come out crushed but will at lease come out. I have been unable to remove the ice bucket/maker from the unit so I can't even attempt to resolve the issue on my own. It appears to be frozen in place, no frost is on the outside of the box at all but I've worked on this for an hour without being able to get the box loose. I've attempted to turn the ice maker off and the option is not available. I contacted BB support and was offered two options..... they can send someone to diagnose for $100 or contact Samsung. Off to Samsung I go! Wish me luck.

Excellent product, beautiful design and a lot of functionalities that have proven to work effectively so far. The ice has worked very well, you can select different temperatures for the fridge, freezer and flex zone areas, food is always fresh and the pitcher is a great add in and works very well when you sue, make sure that you close it well.

Great products and very easy to use. Highly recommended.

Amazing fridge so much room adjustable shelves!! I can fit so much wasn’t sure about the drawer but love it for kid snacks!! And the water pitcher in the door is awesome!!

Love my fridge! This is great for a big family or a family that cooks/entertains a lot. Lots of space! Took us a few months to find our groove with all the different options for spacing but its great! Best water filter ever! We do not even buy bottled water anymore! Ice is great too! Only con: Ice dispenser take a few seconds to disperse.

I’m pleased with all the features of this refrigerator, except the ice dispenser. The ice is dispensed very slowly, so if you have multiple containers it takes forever.

So happy with this purchase. It has so much room without taking up too much space. It keeps drinks nice and cool and delivers perfectly cold water. If I had to find something to complain about it would be that the ice dispenser is a little slow, but honestly isn't a big deal to me. Compared to other prices, it is worth every penny!

I am really enjoying the added space this appliance provide. I wish the crushed ice was more crushed and not smaller cubes

This product is awesome. The space is great to store a lot of things into it. I love how the door separates the condiments from everything else.
