It's working good right now have to see if it whole up this replaced one I had that didn't work out so good

Great fit in our new home, convenient access to all areas and plenty of storage space for a family of 5. One of my favorite purchases so far.

We love this fridge. However, the shelf placements make it awkward to put anything tall on them. The limited door shelfs was a huge issue for us for our condiments. They have one very narrow one and you either have to use it or loose it all together. Same with the right side. Its either two mid size ones or one stupidly open space one. There should be more adjustable shelf options on the sides. Also my water doesnt refill over half the time, you have to take it out and out it back in and shut the door like 10 times until you hear it kick on. But there is a lot to love about this fridge also. The inside drawer inside the fridge is amazing and so convenient.

Great refrigerator for a bachelor. Shelving is for small to medium height containers. Lots of space, but you must remember that it is a compact.

I have really liked this refrigerator, it is however very large when it was actually in our kitchen. But it cools well and has lots of room and space inside.

Did my research on the item and it has met and exceeded my expectations, plenty of room and the flex drawers makes storage for extra item easy..

I would leave inside this fridge if I could! Stunning design! Looks like every single detail was really carefully chosen on this product. Simply love it!

We bought this refrigerator on 11/04/2020. It was great until a couple of weeks ago when the freezer began to not freeze any more. We opened a warranty ticket with Samsung on 04/23/2020, and they sent a tech out on 04/27/2020. They concluded that it was a bad control board, ordered a replacement, and returned yesterday, 04/30/2020, to replace it. After replacing it, our water system quit working. The pitcher no longer auto fills, and the front panel does not dispense water. They came back today, 05/01/2020, and have now determined that the replacement board was bad, and they believe there is a compressor/ sealed system refrigerant issue. We are scheduled for our 4th tech visit next Thursday, 05/07/2020. We will have been without a freezer and flex zone for two weeks come this Wednesday. If they can not get it fixed on Thursday, I want to start the refund process. It is a very sleek and appealing refrigerator, but it is like a hot chick with a STD. My best advice is go with LG!! Our last fridge was LG, and we only had to replace it because the doors were falling off after years of young childrens' abuse.

We are really enjoying our new Refrigerator - Really like the extra drawer that allows us to get the items we use most without having to open the large doors - I think it keeps things colder. Freezer has lots a space since ice maker is in the door. We like that too. Installers were great. Had limited space and they got everything in place. They were very careful in the tight doorway.

The only issue so far is the ice isn't frozen solid and is wet and clusters together

I love my frige. Its kind of bigger than I expected but its perfect.. so everything works fine. I'll check back in 6 months and give an update.

I wanted to wait a few months before I wrote a review but I really love this refrigerator. Fingerprint free is a huge bonus and the showcase door as well. Love the flex drawer as well that you can set at a different temp. Huge improvement over my previous fridge. Thank you, Samsung!

Love the fridge. I like how you can just open one side of the fridge door without having to open the whole thing! Storage is great! Lots of space to store

We love the self filling water pitcher. And the extra pull out fridge draw is fantastic. The freezer has a lot of organized room.

Lots of space in this refrigerator, but had a difficult time with the foldable shelves.

This refrigerator was a great end of the deal. Also received two separate rebates from our local electric company. We researched and found the deal at Best Buy to be the best, especially considering the sale and rebates. My wife had her heart set on this particular unit due to the auto-filling pitcher and the "food-showcase" door. I believe those two features bumped up the cost by a few hundred dollars. In the end- not worth it for us. We don't really utilize either feature. So consider if those features are important to you My biggest issue is that we tend to store several tall drinks (milk, orange juice, soda, etc) and we don't have enough room. The shelves to slide and fold into various positions, which is a big plus! However, with older children, everybody has their own stuff and space can be tricky. For our first new refrigerator in 15 years, we're pretty happy overall!

Love the way it looks and all the space it has. My favorite feature is the built in water pitcher with auto refill, No more needing to wait for it to fill. Only problem is with the ice maker. It started only dispensing crushed ice.

This is a great refrigerator with different section for different items. We’ve only had it for several weeks and loving it.
