Well I’d love to say this is the best fridge we have ever bought but I won’t be saying such things in this review. Although the fridge is large, sleek and spacious with some convenient features such as a middle drawer with custom temperature settings and a cool pitcher for access to quick water…it doesn’t quite fit the needs we expected this fridge to have. First off, we’ve been experiencing water leaking from somewhere in the ice machine section causing the ice bucket to freeze in place. When frozen over, the ice won’t dispense ice or water. Even the little pitcher of water it comes with won’t fill up. I have to pull the ice bucket out with some force, chisel the frozen ice out and use a blow dryer to get the rest of the mechanics unfrozen so it’ll work…for a short time before I have to do it all over again. The other headache is the shelving units. Sure you can adjust the shelves to accommodate your products but the problem is the shelves don’t go high enough for taller products because there’s a bar under the shelve that causes products to fall over or not sit right such as coffee creamer bottles, juice bottles, syrup bottles and so on. I know what you may be thinking…1st world problems, am I right? Even so, in my opinion the price of this fridge isn’t quite worth the headache you’ll get when having to call in for repairs or the inability to store taller products. I mean, isn’t this fridge supposedly made by a massive tech company who makes superior products but too massive that it can’t seem to get the simplest things like a fridge right? It’s a fridge not Jeff Bezos space rocket! First chance I get I’m going with something else. Maybe I’ll just throw in the Samsung fridge as a “bonus” when I go to sell my house one day because as sure as the sky is blue I won’t be taking it with me.

We really like this new frig. The only thing I would wish for is a wider door so two gallons of milk would fit. Lots of room...the real test will be at Thanksgiving when I will need more space. Love the color and the fingerprint-resistant surface. Easy to clean inside and out.

Big fridge, this thing is huge. Tons of room, love the snack drawer. Would recommend to anyone who wants an upgrade.

We shopped at the best available retail store to purchase this major appliance. 3 months after delivery the ice maker froze up, we called Samsung, they advised us to defrost an reset. we did, 4 months later it repeated, the same problem, we defrosted again and reset ice maker. 4 months it did the same thing and started to leak and freeze ice maker again, this time restricting the refrigerator door from closing, due to the expanding ice. I contacted Samsung, hours on the phone, holding for them, documented all deliver and purchase papers to them, they scheduled an appointment with their authorized agent out to repair the problem..1 day before the scheduled appointment they canceled the call and appointment and told us we are on our own as they do not have a authorized service company in Nevada.. Our Warranty is now null and void due to their inability to send a authorized repair company in Nevada..(really?) very convenient for them to turn their backs to us. pretty clever those foreign crooks.. Best Buy beware, you are supporting them and deceiving your American Customers... maybe you should consider selling American Products, without Fake Warranties .. that are not backed here in the United States. at Samsung`s discretion. they did leave us out, literally, out in the Cold...

I do really like this refrigerator. I like the different sections to try and help organize. I love the water jug that comes with it. We use the middle section a lot more then I thought we would. The only issue I have with the fridge is the ice maker. You have to make sure that when you use the ice maker that you time it right. Some of the ice gets stuck up top in the fridge (and you don't realize it especially my kids) the ice will melt and leaks everywhere! We have had a few puddles on the floor because of this. Also the ice cubes are more like crushed cubes.

I've wanted this refrigerator for 2 years and am thrilled to have finally gotten it. Settings are difficult and confusing to use (all that tap several times, hold 3 seconds, tap again, etc.), but the refrigerator works great now that I stumbled, literally, on good settings. I only reduced ease of use because of the setting controls.

This is a great unit with lots of features. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that its ability to accommodate tall bottles is limited. It tries to mitigate this by having a half shelf that can fold up out of the way on the top left, but then you lose that half shelf space. The other option is to slide back half of the right middle shelf and put tall bottles on the bottom shelf. But then it's difficult to reach behind the tall bottles to the back of the middle shelf. It would have been better if the TOP right shelf slid back, so maybe that is something that Samsung will look into for the future. All that aside, we love the 4th/deli drawer. The freezer is ample. The in-door water/ice dispenser is convenient and reliable. The WiFi connection works fine, but so far has been of limited benefit. Overall, I would recommend this unit.

Love my new Samsung fridge. Lots more space than the 33 inch wide one we had before our kitchen update.

The first refrigerator I received, the Freezer would not go below 56°. I had to order another one and I had to wait two weeks for it. However, the new refrigerator seems to work fine and so far the freezer is working though it did take over 24 hours for it to reach the desired temperature of 0°

Love this fridge so far, it was worth the wait, wishing we would have gotten all appliances to match.

Its only been a month but I am liking this refrigerator Its stylish and the fingerprint free finish is a plus. Working well Like the chilled water in the built in pitcher Lots of.space and deli area is great for keep3our beverage chilled

This fridge is the most beautiful appliance I have ever owned. WOW it is also so well designed. Samsung hit it out of the park on this one. SO MUCH space inside. You will love it. I searched for almost a year and so glad I decided on this one.

I wanted a 4 door refrigerator with a large capacity with water and ice through the door. I have had this for a month and I have no complaints. I love the right door having the ability to open just the face to reach in and grab things off the shelves in the door. I love that this special door is metal and not glass like some others have. I just worry that the glass would make those shelves not as cold (as some reviews have noted on those). I do hear the ice maker from time to time when it dumps ice into the bin, but that is to be expected from automatic ice makers in my opinion. I think this has a wi-fi option to notify you if the door is left open, but I have not tried that out. Overall I think it is spacious, beautiful, and worth the sale price I paid for it.

We loved it. We purchased one before and loved it so much we needed to buy a replacement because it kept breaking. we still got the same one because we loved it so much. This one is an upgraded version with a insused pitcher that goes on the inside of the door, however it does have less space than the original one we had so that was the downside to it.

The refrigerator is very appealing to the eye. I love that my kids fingers don’t leave marks all over it. This model is very spacious and the built in water pitcher has been a hit for my family.

It is advertised that the finish is fingerprint resistant. Our 18 month old granddaughter has proven this statement to be false! The pitcher on the door leaks as you pour water into a glas very badly. Upon calling service to get a replacement, the Samsung tech barely spoke english and took 45 minutes for her to finally understand what my issue was. Overall we love the frig. The door compartments seem as though they will hold a lot, but fill up fast! The best feature is the center drawer. The only thing that would make the drawer better is if it had adjustable walls instead of the metal bars. Small yogurts tend to roll and get stuck.
