Love our fridge but had to wait on a drawer due to ours was damaged but it was replaced and fixed.,

I just got my refrigerator installed today. Already so awesome. Everything works great! Best Buy installers were awesome! Easily and carefully removed the old one and same with new one coming in. Its so roomy and I thought my last one was. Love the little added features like the inside water pitcher. It got cold temperatures right away. Love the deli tray being in its own drawer. Love Everything so far.

The refrigerator looks great and is designed with so many great features. We love it.

I love this refrigerator! When shopping for a fridge for our home in OR, I was debating between this model and one that did not have the water pitcher and food showcase door. I’m so glad that I chose this one. I love putting lemons in the pitcher to infuse, and it fills automatically. (Do NOT put the pitcher in the dishwasher) My family actually uses the quick reach door a lot. I love the flex drawer and bottom freezer drawer. I loved this model so much that I just purchased this for our home in FL. The only downside that I have noticed is that the ice maker does not make as much ice as our old model. But, you can put a canister in the bottom freezer to dump ice so you can have extra on hand for larger gatherings.

I love the connivence of the extra door and second drawer. Was amazed how deep the freezer was.

We love the look and storage capacity. There was a problem however after we had the refrigerator for several months when the ice cube maker froze up and we couldn't get the ice cube tray out. A water tube at the back of the unit was letting water flow out and the water froze under the tray in the compartment. We had to use muscle and a hair dryer to free up the tray. We had warranty service on the unit and he replaced components in the back of the ice maker. The repairman said that happens when you put an ice maker in the refrigerator. No problem since then but I am always aware that it could reoccur. Recommended with the above caveat. Be aware.

My wife loves it. Store any large item without using excessive space. Features make life easy!

This whole order was a mess. First the person who took our order, Alex, asked if we needed to purchase a water hook up line for it, we said no we had that and all we needed was basic installation. He failed to mentioned that without purchasing the kit, the unit would only be dropped off and not installed despite us mentioning we wanted installation. When it was delivered I was at work while a family member accepted the delivery and told me they would not install it. I was shocked and immediately called and was told I would have to leave work and go to the store and add installation! So they couldn't correct their employees error, I would have too. So now my husband and I on that same day went to Best Buy and spoke with Jenny, When we told her we were not informed about it, she claimed her partner "took a lot of notes" and he put down we only wanted drop off. Which was complete bull! Never ever did we say drop off only we clearly asked for "basic installation" which at the point Alex could have said oh for that you need to purchase "blah blah blah" and it would have been fine. However Jenny not only made us feel like she believed we were lying, she never apologized for the inconvenience and if anything she seem annoyed that we were upset. Here is the next fun part, she told us, they could not just send a tech to go and installed the already dropped off unit, instead they would have to do a return and exchange plus installation. So they would pick up the perfectly good unit, bring a new one and install that one! That's unnecessarily complicated but fine whatever. We said ok. Now just as she was about to process this new/revised order, she informed us our order was still in "transit" so to come back tomorrow.... This was annoying, again we had to go to the store to solve an error they made. No one was trying to help us or accommodate us. The next day we went again, the previous (jenny) girl was on her break. They tried to process my order and again it was still in transit. Now they tell me they're going to call the delivery company and ask them to change the status, I mean should they not have done that yesterday!? They told me they would call me and they could do it over the phone! They could have saved me a trip and told me that the day prior. They called me the same day and took my order, I was asked to confirm the billing info for my card and name on the card. Perfect I was set or so I thought. Delivery day number 2, is the day my husband and I were moving into to our new place, where the first fridge was delivered. So while we were moving in, I get a call from the delivery driver telling me he was at my BILLING ADDRESS instead of the shipping address. For some odd reason Jenny changed the shipping address that was on the ORIGINAL order! Yes I should have checked the confirmation email but come one why the hell did she change the address! Now I call again, and guess what the order is in transit so I have to wait till end of day once the unit is return to the warehouse to reschedule! We're already a week out of the original delivery date. Now this is where it gets really confusing. I called the same day at night now and they tell me its still in transit call back tomorrow. I get an email that Sunday telling me to reschedule my appointment, I schedule it for Wednesday, that being the soonest convenient day. I realized the address is still wrong so I call back the same night, my order is still in transit and therefor I cant change the address, at this point I'm talking to someone who actually freaking cares, he says hes going to get it to his supervisor who will call me sometime tomorrow (Monday). The next day (day 2 now) nobody calls me, I call in the afternoon, she tells me the same thing order is stuck and she sees multiple notes on the order, she tells me to call back tomorrow because she wont be there to call me. Again day 3 (Tuesday) I call back and guess what I get transfer from department to department and no one can help me !! I'm telling them they're going to deliver it to the wrong address, because guess what they also cant cancel it! They tell me I'll get a call that same day, I do I explained the entire situation, I'm on the phone with him for 2-3 hours, he cancels my order but because its late and they're going to close he said he will call me on Wednesday to get it rescheduled. Day 4 (Wednesday) he actually calls me back!! I want to say his name was Christen, he was freaking helpful! We get it schedule for Monday 3/23/20, address is finally correct and everything is fine. Friday night I believe, we receive an email from Best Buy letting us not due to the coronavirus in home installation for larger appliances would be cancelled starting Monday 3/23/20. After all this, they could not install my unit!! OMG its a dam joke honestly. My original delivery date was on March 7, 2020. On March 21, 2020 we cancelled the order. GEEK SQUAD WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!, Considering you can buy this very same unit from a bunch of other places who also price match, I'd say take your money elsewhere they're not worth it. As an Elite Member (literally means nothing) I can promise you their service is horrible. I will never purchase large appliances from them again, neither will my family and extended family along with our friends.

Spacious refrigerator. I love the middle drawer with separate temperature. Good for wine, deli meats, etc. Folding shelves come in handy for those 2 liter bottles or gallons of milk.

Love this refrigerator. This is my first french door product and I would purchase again. With the 2 drawers, I have lots of room for all my food items. The temperature keeps everything nice and cold. Installation was done quick and professionally.

The stainless black is beautiful in my kitchen. We love the extra drawer it holds a lot.

Love everything about refrigerator but the ice maker does not have a guard so when you get ice it will fall to floor also ice machine needs to be defrosted regularly or will clog.

Love the size the look and the fact that it has an alarm if you forget to close the door

Nice fridge for price. Like the metal cooling panels, seems to hold temp well.

Having so many issues with this fridge. The water dispenser area does not have a catch tray so its all calcified, the auto fill pitcher would only fill half way, and the spout on it would leak, now it wont auto fill. Very frustrating.

Excellent refrigerator; works great, nice look, keeps everything in the correct temperature.

Oh yeah yeah I bought this one for years ago but I have to change the filter but other than that is everything keep the food separate them I like the fridge that you can put meat separate in those two side of the freezer’s
