Controls are a mystery to operate but default settings were fine. The shelves could be spaced more conveniently for tall bottles. The skin is very thin and already has some dents in bottom drawer front from kids shutting with their feet. I didn't think iI would like the drawer system but it actually works very well for segregating leftovers and frozen selections.

Purchased In September/2019 within 5 months ice maker went out and only thing I dont like is when ice is being produced is very loud. For an expensive Fridge it shouldn't have these issues. Not a happy Customer for having it for a short time' I believe I need to get a certain amount reduce on my financing. Would like to be contacted if not' I'm going to make a major complaint and file a suit..

Overall very happy with this fridge, we really don't use the water pitcher or the quick open door as much but it's nice to have I suppose. Capacity is nice and can cram a lot in it!

We took a couple days to make up our mind on this fridge, and we are very pleased with the decision made. Met and exceeded our expectations with the multiple features this unit has to offer, the only down fall we could find is that it does weigh a bit more than others of the same category. If you have the force to move it we’ll go ahead you won’t be disappointed

We gave it a 4 star because we received it on a Saturday and it said it takes 24 hours for the freezer to get to working temp. It took almost 48 hours. I almost called best but to come get it. It is working fine as of right now. We're loving it so far.

We didn’t realize it was not stainless on the sides. The salesman told us the flex drawer could be used as a freezer, which I hope someone corrected him on by now. Not a huge deal as the freezer is a good size. Works great and installation was quick and easy. The Best Buy installers were knowledgeable. I would recommend this fridge.

The product seems to fine, so far. Was not enamored with the delivery service. Left a lot to be desired. All they wanted to do is drop it and leave. Really that I should hook up the water line for ice maker and dispenser. Were going to move the old fridge to the cellar. Had to remove doors to make that happen. Complained about that, didn't have enough time to complete that move. Someone would come the next day to move and "rebuild" the old unit. That never happened. To thi day it never happened.

We got this as as replacement for the same model 5 yrs ago. This unit corrects two issues with the old one. On the old one the center draw had its controls on the top of the draw and moisture can penetrate the switch and corrode it (had to replace it 3 times). The new one moves all the controls inside the right door (better design). Also so far the ice maker works fine (on the old one it failed 3 times). All in all they have fixed the design deficiencies of the previous design. The only weird change is that they don't include the door bin on the freezer. I am ordering an one from an older model as they say it will fit.

The Fridge looks great and stays at the temp we set it to at all times.

This is a very smart piece which is very appealing to eyes and enhances looks of your kitchen. The installation was a breeze with geek squad and the interiors are very roomy with ease of use.

Amazing refrigerator, many components. Alot of space.

The refrigerator is awesome, there are definitely more pros than cons, it works well and is easily paired with the smart things app, and the auto filling water pitcher is awesome. Only cons are the water pitcher leaks somewhat when you pour strangely it doesnt happen all the time just on occasion, it maybe due to how the runner seals when you put in together, the only other thing I'd be aware of is the middle drawer, the lock mechanism ismt strong enough to hold against a dozen or so soda cans, itll eventually make it's way one way or the other even when with the slightest jolt from opening or closing
