The meat/deli drawer however makes up for the lack of such an option in the side by side. The freezer on this thing is HUGE! The quick access door is great for frequently used sauces/condiments/milk. I find the ice maker sub par, but sufficient. The ability to connect this fridge via WiFi is super cool to monitor with the smart things app. Overall a GREAT buy as we bought during the Labor Day sale.

You are able to change the temperature in some of the drawers and the built-in water filter has been awesome! Plenty of space everywhere in this refrigerator!

Big Fridge

Took 3 delivery dates to finally get it.It's big and tall .We have 10' ceilings so I reinstalled overhead cabinet 6" higher. The guys had to take both doors and drawers off to get thru 32" kitchen door.After a couple days I had to re-level it due to my soft vinyl flooring. Could not get the front legs to adjust so used a shim for now. Love the water pitcher but it leaks when you pour I have to have geek squad come out for those issues but otherwise awesome Fridge.

Easy to handle and the water kraft in side is amazing. But when they delivered my fridge and new stove. They dented my fridge it’s on the side of the wall so you can’t see it. I tried to call but because of covid. I couldn’t get any response left a few message but no would return my call, very frustrating.

It’s very spacious. Had one issue with ice dispenser. Would not dispense ice and had to be reset. All in all very happy with purchase.

Delivery was on time and quick and efficient. Love this refrigerator, it has great storage capacity and the flex zone has turned out to be very helpful ! I was apprehensive to switch from a French door refrigerator to this one but an very happy with our purchase.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a really nice fridge, but the storage space is really awkward, Almost nothing fits on the door with the ice maker, so you can’t put stuff like ketchup, mayo, hot sauce, etc. The door that opens up is cool, but unnecessary, because it’s awkward to take anything out from there too, same with the freezer, over all I would buy something with more space than looks.

Love the middle drawer for kids snaks

This gives my young kids the ability to grab there own snacks without help. I love the double freezer doors that we can place frozen pizza and big frozen pizza boxes. Finally I love that I can still place my kids pictures outside the frig

THE ONLY THING I AM UNSURE OF IS THE WATER PITCHER INSIDE. IT DOESN'T AUTO FILL WHILE THAT BUTTON IS SELECTED. I READ ITS POSSIBLY BECAUSE CONDENSATION ON SIDES.

Fridge Filter Failed in 3 weeks.

After calling Samsung they informed me that the filter was bad and that I would need to go buy a replacement. They were extremely rude and didn't care at all that the fridge had stopped functioning properly within 3 weeks. In addition the door hinge has never operated properly or smoothly.

We recommend that you replace the water filter every six months for better quality water. The refrigerator's water filter light will let you know when those six months are up and should be reset after changing the filter. The hinges should be properly installed for the door to work smoothly. We will surely notate your feedback about this matter for better products in the future.
