Great fridge for the price. Great storage. Looks compact from the outside but surprisingly very spacious.

We tried an LG which was a mistake. The ice maker was a disaster! So we went back to Samsung. Glad we did! Love the auto fill water pitcher inside the refrigerator. Everything is so cold that I actually had to turn both fridge and freezer areas up several degrees. So far everything is working great! The mid drawer holds a lot of foods that are our go to foods. The door in door is nice to keep the cold inside! Believe me the metal cooling works! This is a very stylish refrigerator and works as well as it’s beautiful too! Just wish Samsung had better water filters. None of the newer ones do! That’s the only draw back.

Very happy with our new refrigerator. Easy to use and lots of room and plenty of ice. Delivery and installation was professional and timely.

I wish there was more space in the main refrigeration compartment. The ice container takes up a lot of space in the main refrigeration compartment. I love the pitcher feature. The color is beautiful; it's the deep charcoal colored finish. The door in door is not used by my family much. It would be if there q was more storage in the main compartment, but, I need that space for other things besides beverages.

Been a great fridge sofar. Nice to have drinks in the door. Kinda limited shelf placements though and door trays are not tall enough for some condiments

Beautiful fridge. Was easy to install, don’t forget to purge the water- about 2 gallons before drinking the water/ice-as recommended. Compressor is super quiet, nice interior Led lighting. Wife loves the flex drawer- can operate in a range of Temps. And loves the flex drawer adjustable organizer. The door within a door feature is super cool, if you’re in to that stuff. And the price at BB beat out the other home stores, fast free delivery- would of had to wait 14-17 days with other stores- only took 4 day’s delivery to my front door- thank you BB!

Beautiful refrigerator. Easy to use. Holds the temperature beautifully. Has all the bells and whistles you need. So far so good with everything in it.

Quality seems to be very good. Will know for sure in years from now, but so far, I love it. Can connect to your SmartThings, but make sure to use Android phones for that. Does NOT work with iPhone, at least right now.

This was a great price and delivery was on time I highly recommend this if you need appliances.This refrigerator is everything I've ever wanted from the French Doors to the beverage drawer to a huge capacity freezer drawer and the large capacity fridge compartment, just perfect.

It is a nice refrigerator. Pros: Middle drawer great for drinks. The panel door is really nice. Cons: Had a real hard time figuring out how to get the freezer off of the display mode. I lost an entire freezer woth of food. I did not appreciate that at all. The crush ice not good. If you really enjoy good crushed ice, this one doen't do the best job, and throws the ice everywhere.

The refrigerator is very sleek. It is also spacious and well laid out. Runs quiet. The freezer is also spacious. Loving it!!

It’s a beautiful fridge. The freezer is an issue. It has a leak on the seals and I constantly need to break ice buildup on the ice dispenser motor.

This thing is huge. It has a ton of room inside. We grocery shop and the thing still looks empty! Really nice features and holds a ton of stuff. It looks nice too. Replaced a Kitchen Aid 5 drawer that kept breaking. No issues with this fridge so far.

We unfortunately waited just over a month to get it but it was worth the wait. This unit replaced ~ 20 year old side x side. First off, this unit runs so quite! Beyond that, we love the features such as the auto-fill water picture used for filling our coffeemaker with filter water each morning. Additionally, the flexibility with a temperature adjustable drawer is amazing as it allows us to be ready for everyday needs of storing deli items but them we can rapidly change the drawer to hold beverages and appetizes for hosting events.

We like just about everything about this fridge. Especially the drawer, which has been a surprisingly great feature. The only drawback is that the shelves are a little shorter because of the drawer, but it takes some getting used to. Highly recommend it.

Easy to get to stuff. Larger freezer. Found the area at the top smaller for storing juice, milk etc. Love the water pitcher idea. Not suitable for a big family. Very attractive.

We really were Hesitant on purchasing another Samsung fridge, as the ice maker on our first Samsung fridge died in 2 years. The salesman said they have since fixed the issue. Well, here we are almost 3 years later and the ice maker is broken! I called Samsung, they said sorry here’s a list of 3rd party companies we work with. You will need to pay out of pocket to fix it, we can’t do anything for you. After doing some research this is a common issue with them, so common there is a lawsuit against Samsung. I now have 2 non functioning ice makers. Do not buy! We are spreading the word as far as we can.
