We recently moved and replaced the fridge that came with our house with this one, as it’s the newest version of our old fridge. We love the “Food Showcase” feature, which gives us quick access to the things we use all the time. The beverage drawer is fantastic and perfect for entertaining. My only complaints are the water pitcher isn’t dishwasher safe and the drawer isn’t lined in stainless anymore—it was in our old fridge. These are minor gripes though. We love this fridge.

It's been over a year and I am still impressed with this item

The fridge is spacious and easy to organize. I think we will "lose" fewer items as the French door design and the well lit interior allow for improved visibility and organization over our side-by-side fridge. I love the middle drawer and the door-within-the-door feature for frequently used items. The access is truly easy and quick. The only negative thus far is the relative "clunkiness" and noise when opening the bottom freezer drawer.

We have owned this refrigerator for only 6 months and the ice-maker is completely locked up. We use ice regularly so it isn't an issue of the ice sitting too long. Very frustrated because the person that sold us this refrigerator specifically told us the new ice-maker design resolved this very same issue. Can't even get the ice bin out to figure out what the issue is. Ugh!!

Iam in love with this product and I love Samsung really good quality

I have had one refrigerator for the last 15 years. That speaks volumes about my last frig but it was time for a new one. I absolutely fell in love with the design and features of the Samsung. The food showcase is sleek and attractive, the room inside the refrigerator is great and I could not have been happier with the model. If you wanted to be wow'd by a product, this one will do it. I am a new owner and still in the early phases but so far, its fantastic.

Everything has worked well so far. It cools with even temperature. It looks nice too.

Great storage space nice design my only issue is the the ice maker keeps breaking. I have had it repaired twice within the past 2 years. If they can come up with a better ice maker for this brand of refrigerator l would give it 5 stars

Happy with refrig so far. The ice maker inside the main refrigerator takes up more room than we would like. It does a better job cooling in the door area as compared to the LG we had before. The water pitcher in the door is a nice feature. It is always full and always cold.

Would have given 5 stars but the ice maker is slow but overall it’s an outstanding refrigerator so far. As for the delivery and setup man I could not have asked for it to had been any better. The crew was outstanding and knew there stuff. A lot of other delivery people should take notes from these two. Thanks

I bought this refrigerator last July 2020 and unfortunately I failed to read the reviews before I did. If I had, I would have read the dozens and dozens of reviews that said the ice maker would freeze up every few months and the "in door" automatic water pitcher leaked when you poured it. Mine did exactly that after I had it about 3 months. When I called Samsung to fix both issues, they said they didn't have a service center in my area so they wanted to give me credit at Best Buy to get a new one. I didn't want a new one because I actually like all the other features on this fridge and just wanted them to fix the ice maker and the pitcher. Besides I knew that any new Samsung refrigerator I replaced it with would have the exact same problems... because these issues appeared a year or so BEFORE I bought mine and Samsung had obviously done nothing to fix these issues. It's no wonder that I see this model selling for a greatly discounted price at this time. I'm sure Samsung wants to phase this model out completely and start from scratch since they don't seem to be able to fix the ice maker problem. The repairman who just replaced my ice maker said that he replaced one earlier for another customer (he told me he has replaced many for many other customers recently) and that the replacement part started freezing up... so I don't have 100% confidence that my new replacement part will work any better and by the time it will start to freeze up, I'll be out of warranty because it's taken so long to get this first one fixed. The other issue I had was trying to remove the lower shelf to clean it. I had to go to YouTube to see how to do it and it was still so difficult that the repair man that was here to replace the icemaker had a heck of a time doing it and I can't repeat what he said about Samsung's design and engineering. Being able to remove shelves easily to clean is one of the most basic things any good refrigerator should have and I cannot imagine how they thought this design was 'easy'. It was not. I have bought many other Samsung products over the years including cell phones, tablets and even a new microwave, range and dishwasher last year when I purchased this refrigerator and I always liked their products. I really like all the other features this refrigerator has... but if I had to do it all over again, sadly I would not buy it nor recommend anyone else to do so.

Havent had the problem that every speaks off which is the dispenser breaking. I have had this fridge for a month so only time cane tell. If the disoenser dies break soon i would only suggest metal gears and auger instead of plastic. With that said the ice stoage area should have a separate freezing zone since it sits in the fridge

I’ve been using this refrigerator for about a month and so far it is best refrigerator for my needs. Features are really impressive. I definitely recommend this for those who are looking in this price range.

I have been wanting a French door refrigerator for some time. This 4-door model has been a wonderful addition to my busy kitchen! Lots of room in the upper, middle and lower sections. My only complaint is the door bins are not adjustable and the only one that is the perfect size is the one designed to hold a gallon of milk. My favorite "extra" on this is the auto fill pitcher in the door. Would recommend this fridge to anyone looking for a new one.

Like this refrigerator for the following reasons; Dual Cooling Metal Cooling Food Showcase allows for 3 segment cooling. Ice Maker on top allows for more storage in freezer. Water/ice in door Large Freezer with tray Finger print resistant stainless easy to clean Best buy delivered/installed in less than 30 min. 2nd Samsung Refrigerator and am pleased with the design.

The jar that comes inside the fridge leaks every time I pour water, it’s not a big deal but it really becomes annoying when you try to be clean

Love this refrigerator goes well in our family especially the water pitcher, only problem the pitcher leaks when you pour it out.

Nice Black Stainless steel finish and convenient to use with 4 doors and food showcase. Not completely fingerprint resistant.

Did the job. Very spacious. Easy to clean. We purchased this fridge a month ago now and really like it. The only thing I didnt like with the whole shopping process was the delivery, the company who delivered our refrigerator get a C-, they did a rush job, set it up minimally (only put the major parts together, didnt take any stickers out etc.). They were nice but work ethic was no so great.
