The refrigerator is layed out well and makes for more room in it.

Hopefully it works as well as it looks. It did take a full 24 hours before it got to proper temps

We are pleased with our Samsung Refrigerator. Our only concern is the ice maker. We work at emptying the ice, but after being away for a long weekend, it freezes up and will not rotate to dispense ice. After searching online, it appears it’s a Samsung ongoing issue.

This is a great fridge, previously had same one at house we recently sold. Only negative was the wrong color was ordered though by store so we had to have it exchanged. The black stainless is sharp, just didn't match our other appliances.

No problems as of now. First time user of Samsung appliances

I didnt think I would ever be saying I love a fridge, but I love this fridge! The convenience of the acess to the front storage, the size, the water pitcher, it is all so wonderful. I like the sleek look of the front and the freezer has great storage.

Love this refrigerator. It’s only drawback is that it doesn’t have enough flexibility in shelf placement in the main refrigerator. Freezer is great and middle deli drawer is wonderful! Fridge has many more positives than negatives. Love this fridge!

Purchased on sale. Great bang for the buck. Beautiful addition to our kitchen. So much so, that we went out and bought matching appliances!.Highly reccomend. Love the middle drawer where I put all ingredients for a green smoothie.

Excited to install and start using this awesome fridge. The features are just what we wanted-/full size, finder print resistant, door ice maker/water dispenser with separate controls, door showcase, adjustable extra drawer, water pitcher and so many more. Best Buy was a great help in our decision making.

We purchased this for our old home 2 years ago and then again for a new home we just purchased. Love the black stainless, that one of the shelves is retractable for beverages. Have not had any issues with the icemaker so far. Our old model would push itself out when it pushed the ice to the front, so you'd constantly be pushing it tight. We had it replaced in the old model, but told it was addressed with newer models. So far so good.

Great fridge, keeps things nice and cold, unlike my old one which had stopped doing that. Minus a point because the water pitcher leaked, but a quick call to Samsung and they're sending me a replacement. Wish I'd been able to wait for it to be discounted by $1,000.

Something on the water/ice down-spout isn't working properly. A normal drinking glass is not big enough to catch crushed ice. I have a technician coming out next week to check it out.

The product would easily be a 4 or 5 if not for the ice maker issue. Go and google french door Samsung refrigerators ice makers. It is not a situation where you think it will not happen to me or teh one I buy. IT WILL. This is not a BEST BUY problem at all, I love shopping at BEST BUY. I also love Samsung products have them all over the house. I am reaching out to Samsung to see if they are willing to do anything to make me whole on this problem. If they make it right, I will come back and report. (Also there is a class action lawsuit on this issue)

Love the water container in the interior compartment

Love my new fridge, it has an elegant look to it. It is very spacious and I love the double drawer. It has a built in pitcher that water fills automatically with diffuser. The WiFi is an added bonus specially if you have little kids forgetting to close the door. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

The refrigerator is great so far. The convince of only opening half the right door is great. The dividers in the refrigerator drawer and the freezer drawer make things much easy to organize and access. The water pitcher of cold water is nice when filling water glasses on the table.
