Likes: flex drawer, food showcase, black stainless steel. Shows some prints. Lighting is mediocre. Wish there was a small door shelf on freezer door.

This refrigerator is the best I have owned. Features and space are excellent!

Great refrigeration! We’ve only had it for a couple weeks so far but my family loves the double paneled door so we can quickly grab the milk or juice. I love the water pitcher and the extra drawer.

I like the looks of this refrigerator. But after using it for a short period of time it is not very spacious. The double door that you would generally put 2 gallons of milk is too small so one of the gallons is always smooshed. For cleaning the shelves and needing to take out is a nightmare. It took us a long time to figure out how to remove the bottom shelf. The ice maker always gets jammed up and unable to make ice. Again a nightmare to take out the icebin. I had to you tube how to do this. The ice maker gets frozen water in the back of the bin freezing the motor or rotating mechanism. So it makes this awful noise like the motor is going to blow up. The internet recommends you empty you ice bin a defrost the frozen water in the back at least 1-2 times a week! Once you have done all of that it takes up to a day to get the bin full again for ice. And have to stand on a chair and push up and out on the ice bin is difficult for anyone. We had to use a screw driver to chip out all of the frozen water that was stopping the motor from pushing the ice out into your cup. I only give this 2 stars which is above what it deserves due to the fact that this refrigerator has almost put me in tears when i need to clean it or get ice or even put groceries in it so they all fit. Not very roomy. And best buy said that I cannot exchange it so im stuck with a $2000 refrigerator. Anyone else having the same issues ??

This is my second "drawer" refrigerator. Love all the features. I have the same issue as another reviewer about the shelves not being versatile in placement and they really can't be moved from where they are. My other issue is the water pitcher located in the door has a design flaw. The seal leaks under the pour spout when you're pouring. I called Samsung for a replacement pitcher but the replacement leaks also.

Amazing refrigerator well worth it have everting Samsung and they have not let me down yet

We like the modern look and the features of the fridge as well as the internal space. However, it seems to “over power” our kitchen.

Loved everything about this fridge. Recently moved into a new house with an old standard side by side, this fridge was a Million times improvement over that setup. Fit, form, & function, hands down better over anything I've seen.

Everything is really nice.problem with the ice maker. Shuts off before cup is full. I will give it a bit more time. Wish doors had more room for gallon container.

This refrigerator is awesome. perfect fit. My wife loves that the water pitcher gets automatically refilled every time. Love the food showcase door. I can just reach in an grab a something quick and easy. It has lots on inside room too.

Such a beautiful and functional addition to our new home!! We received negative feedback from family members regarding the functionality of the freezer section on their french door refrigerators, so we weren’t sure that a french door refrigerator would be a good fit for us - but we actually love it! I added a turntable to the top shelf of the refrigerator (found at Container Store -OXO brand) and it fits perfectly and makes finding smaller items like condiments so much easier. Plus it looks like it is original to the fridge! We weren’t sure that we would use the pitcher much, but we really like it. Especially love the middle cooler drawer. Finally, with Best Buy’s price guarantee we just saved $500 because this refrigerator went on sale within 15 days of delivery. The Best Buy customer service dept. and delivery team were awesome.

I love this fridge! I still check the ice maker to make sure I don’t have any buildup, so far so good! The ice is exactly the way I like it. I have plenty of room for everything.

That is plenty of room and the shelves and trays are easy to remove for cleaning, however side to the configuration of shelves, it is sometimes hard to place large family meals inside without breaking down to multiple Tupperware. The main reason for the rating is the ice tray leaks within its compartment. This causes the tray to become stuck very securely. This tends to lead to a mess on the floor because you must defrost with warm water in order to get the tray out. This fridge is only a year old

Love it! The freezer has a lot of space with a big section and then a smaller section which is perfect for ice cream etc. We love the flex draw, very convenient. The water pitcher with diffuser is perfect. We are hooked on lemon water.

We love it. It replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool side x side. love the features.

I am very happy with this purchase. I really like the water pitcher that refills itself. Also like the drawer that I can set the temperature on. Installation guys were very courteous and knew what they were doing.

This is our second Samsung refrigerator. I LOVE the fourth drawer, though we've realized that the reduced space in the main part of the fridge is kind of disadvantageous. The freezer doesn't have a top inside container like our previous model does, either (like the small shelf on the door inside the freezer that you can put ice packs, etc in)... or ours didn't come with one (but it seemed like it wasn't included). The ice machine freezes on us if we don't use it regularly and we've had to defrost the entire unit in order to defrost the (stupidly designed) ice machine. That is the biggest drawback, IMO.
