This refrigerator is exactly what I had wanted. We keep cucumbers in the water infuser and it is so nice to have the pitcher always ready! The fingerprint resistance is also a big plus!

Love the drawer for quick cooling. Window in door convenient for often used items. Soacious freezer. Ice and water in door is convenient.

Love the food showcase. And the flex drawer is great for keeping drinks extra cold. The pitcher is already starting to crack and i only hand wash it. That would be the only bad part.

So far, love this refrigerator. It looks great, has lots of room, I love the water pitcher feature, and the organization it allows is great!

We love the middle drawer, and the quick open door.

Previous Samsung models had ice maker issues constantly freezing up and 1000’s of complaints. This model has a new updated ice maker. So far no issues at all

The refrigerator is overall very good. I have a little issue with the ice despenser, but I will get use to it.

If it were not for a lack of support by Samsung this would be a decent refrigerator. A couple of days after receiving my new fridge I noticed an issue with the finish in the dispenser opening. I reached out to Samsung and was informed they do not warranty the finish even for a day, that's correct, not for one day on a fridge in this price range. Thankfully when I reached out to Best Buy they were very responsive. It was only one part with an issue but Best Buy sent an entire new fridge to replace the defective one. With my consent, they just swapped out the one door since everything else was fine and guess what, the new door had an identical issue. So, it would seem there is a manufacturing issue and as previously stated, Samsung does not care. The fridge does have a lot of great features but, after the small issue I had I researched the issue and found that Samsung has had a litany of issues with this finish. So, I would highly recommend Best Buy, they have been awesome! I would absolutely discourage purchasing anything Samsung after this, they do not support their products even when it's a manufacturing issue.

During these stressful uncertain times, the last thing I needed was for my refrigerator to quit working. While many people may think to go to some of the big hardware stores my first thought was Best Buy! I have bought several appliances and they have always done me right. The salesman helped me look at the features of each brand and in the end, I choose a Samsung 4 door French door model. It has all the features we were wanting and then some. The freshwater pitcher has been a pleasant surprise. But in the end, I want to thank the salesman at my local Best Buy store for going above and beyond to help us out when we needed a refrigerator so quick you made it happen!

Although the refrigerator was dented on delivery it is a great unit. Really like indoor pitcher you can infuse water that is constantly filled. food showcase is a cool feature also.

Works well only thing I’ve noticed is that in door pitcher can be finicky about refilling itself. Fridge itself is quiet.

Great fridge, terrible ice maker. Ice is very cloudy and takes forever to dispense.

This refrigerator is excelente purchase, and work fine

this is a beautiful fridge, and it does everything it is supposed to do. We’re not going to take away a star for this, but the color in the picture is extremely deceiving. At most, it has a hint of this shade. And in very specific lighting. It just looks like stainless steel. It’s a good thing we did not have our hearts set on this exact shade. Another thing is that it does not come with a waterline, Best Buy tries to sell you one on the spot for $42. We had our own from our previous fridge but they would not install it and how to do it ourselves. Overall we are very happy with the fridge, quality, performance, and everything else. Just beware of these things.

Not much room for tall products. Freezer is a little awkward since you have to dig to find stuff

I love this fridge, the only thing that I've found do far is the pour for the water infuser in the door. I have to pour over the sink because it leaks out and makes a mess when I pour.

There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer sections, and the flexible shelves allow for taller items as well as large food platters.
