Roomy refrigerator

Issues after that not a year

If I unplug it and plug it back it I works half the time but that’s not a real solution. Dissatisfied with how quickly this fridge started having issues

Flex drawer doesn’t freeze

It will not get cold enough to keep ice cream from melting, or frozen foods from thawing. I’m not sure we would have not bought this fridge, even if we’d have known; but we were, in fact, buying this fridge for that specific purpose...using the flex drawer as a freezer for my elderly dad who cannot bend over far enough to reach into the lower freezer drawer.

Love the Fridge, but Best Buy...

The center door panel was scratched getting it through the door. The bottom drawer handle came loose. Best Buy had me call the Best Buy service number, which I waited on hold for 45 minutes. Only to hear I needed to call the store (that I originally called. It should not take hours to schedule service on a $3K refrigerator.
