I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase! I have never had a refrigerator with this much space. The flex zone is a godsend.

Great Fridge! Looks Amazing! Cools Great! Wish you could get ice out without having to use the dispensor through the door.

Mostly everything is great but the flex zone should be eliminated so the top fridge could be expanded for more space.

the sales person tried selling us on the Amazzzzzing ice maker (don't be mislead and believe that the ice maker is something to write home about) because it isn't!!!! We still have to use our hands and get the ice out :( not worth the hype and especially the amount of $ we spent!!!! Keep looking

I have only had my new refrigerator for a few months, I really like it. It has lots of room and I was surprised on how much room the freezer has.

As two chefs in the house this fridge is perfect for our home. Plenty of storage space and perfect for holiday get togethers and cookouts!

Awesome product with great quality and design and always Samsung brands are best.

So far we are very satisfied with the space the refrigerator offers.

Fantastic fridge. Great features for the price level. We love the auto fill pitcher, and I do believe my husband will finally abandon single serve plastic water bottles! Another fave feature is the door within a door, that has been very useful. We got the Flex drawer and find that in deli mode, it’s still cool enough for a few beverages. The freezer has been working like a champ, keeping to 0 degrees without issue. Some minor frosting on the top drawer of the freezer, nothing to be concerned about at this point.

just installed. did have to wait 2 months, but it appears to be worth the wait! Quiet, extra door is great for just grabbing a drink or a condiment.

I like the features and the size. The only real drawback is the sliding shelf is the only adjustable shelf so you can't have a lot of tall items in the fridge.

This product is not only good in color, but also good because it can put a lot of food and ingredients, and it makes storage neat. Very nice and nice

Best Buy started out great, delivery was on time, everything was good. Then, the freezer would not freeze. I called Best Buy and was told that because there was no technician in the area, they could not help me, that I had to call Samsung. I called, they sent someone out, he changed the circuit board and the freezer started working, but the compressor was louder than the one on our dying fridge. As I was within my return window, this fridge went back, and the refund so far, has been smooth. The shelves cannot be moved so storing multiple tall items is not a possibility.
