Plenty of space for a family of 6! Door within door handy for small items

Great refrigerator. Plenty of space in the freezer and fridge. Great idea with the water pitcher.

I read the negative reviews on Samsung appliances but went ahead against my gut feeling and bought an entire kitchen suite on Black Friday last year. They were installed the first week of 2020. The refrigerators ice maker would never keep up with a family of four from the very beginning. Then it started making a loud noise which the manual says this is possible. Then last week the ice maker quit completely. I’m waiting on a call back from Samsung to schedule a service appointment. I’m told someone should be here to look at it within a week. Since it is less than a year old I’m told it’s covered under warranty. If you decide to go with this purchase anyway I encourage you to buy the extended warranty. It’s sad to say but you’re probably going to need it.

excellent arrangement of the storage areas. Most happy with the middle drawer and the small door on the right frig door.

Have only had a short time; but like the size, 4 doors, water/ice dispenser, and interior water pitcher.

so far I am very happy with my new refrigerator. I would rather give an opinion in a year or two because I have heard how now a days these items, refrigerators, washers, dryers, do not last as long as they used to. The refrigerator I replaced had lasted 19-20 years. I am hoping this one will last as long. So check back with me at a later date. As of today I am very happy with it and all the neat features it has.

I love my new refrigerator. I’ve always wanted a French door refrigerator and now I have one. The only negative I have on it is that sometimes I like to reach into the ice tray compartment and get ice instead of using the ice maker on the door and I can’t do that with this refrigerator. Anyway, problem easily resolved. I keep individual ice trays in my freezer so I can get ice that way.

The family really this this refrigerator. It took as a while to decide on this model after our old frig broke. The only negative thing we can say is the built in removable water container leaks when pouring water on a glass. It seems that the water container's seal is not stopping the water to leak when pouring. Other than that the refrigerator it self is great!

Well designed. Thought the cold water pitcher would be useless but we use it quite often.

I had concerns about purchasing another Samsung but so glad we did purchase this refrigerator. I love the middle drawer it saves so much space inside. I love that I can quickly grab my milk or other drinks by opening just the front portion keeping food inside cold. I have been drinking so much more water as the pitcher inside the door allows me to place fruit, or any vegetable to infuse the flavor of the water. The pitcher automatically refills. I am so happy with this purchase!!

I received this Samsung refrigerator in December 2019 and it has all of the features that I was looking for and then some . There are adjustable storage areas in the mid-drawer along with the ability to cool by that zone. The pitcher that infuses fruit works great and there is an alarm if you leave doors open too long that also can be sent via Wi-Fi if you choose to set it up that way. Overall great choice and I am looking forward to this lasting a long time.

Lots of room inside. Love my new fridge and all the room inside.
