Stay away from Samsung

It worked very well for almost a year when our ice maker froze up. It could have happened sooner because we didn’t really use much ice so we are unsure how long it was frozen. We have had Geek squad out at least 3 times for repairs since 12/2020 with another big repair happening this Friday 5/2021. We are being told that ice makers are convenience items except we purchased this refrigerator with an ice maker as part of the entire thing not just for convenience. Instead of giving us a full refund to reselect, they will continue to spend money to repair this every few months until our warranty runs out. I have purchased a Bluetooth thermometer to check temps because I have seen so many complaints that these also run warmer than set temp and we can’t have people getting sick or wasting food.

We are trying out Samsung this time so we will see how it goes. So far everything is good on the fridge and we love it. Remember when buying these fridges get the warranty.

After two days freezer would not get cold enough. Called Samsung they sent out a service man. Needs a mother board. Called BB they sent me a new replacement. It’s only been a few weeks but working perfectly. We use a lot of ice and so far no problems. We love the automatic pitcher fill. So far very pleased.

Horrible product and even worse service

Overall fridge ok but ice maker failed

It can't make cubed ice only crushed and the ice maker sounds like it's working way harder than before.
