Awful. I bought this refrigerator and then found out that the product had a significant deficiency and was being recalled by Samsung. This information was not provided to me prior to purchasing, and then Best Buy couldnt help me. The refrigerator is awful!

the added drawer with multiple cooling options is nice. the use of shelf space and door storage in the upper compartment is not great. Overall the refrigerator works great and the food showcase door is nice, but again shelf space is not well optimized.

We have really enjoyed having this new refrigerator. Still haven’t activated all the features like the auto fill Ice water pitcher. However, the refrigerator is roomy and we love the flex drawer! It’s been about 3 years since we had an ice maker and this one really delivers.

We had the older model of this fridge and loved it. When we moved, we got this and we were pleasantly surprised of the new updates. The pitcher is a great feature, but so is adding smart technology. It is limited on what you can do on the app, but it does alert you if a door was left open on your phone. Overall, great quality and well worth the money!

My wife and I love our new fridge. I thought the auto fill pitcher was kind of gimmicky, but it's really nice always having a pitcher of cold and filtered water readily available. Haven't tried the fruit infuser because I am afraid of etching the plastic. The fridge works well and the freezer is surprisingly spacious.

Previously another Samsung and with the new house we upgraded to this one - excellent choice! The only issue we had was the warehouse damaged the side that’s hidden by the wall. Best Buy discounted the price to compensate. Install team did a good job an explained how to clear the water line.

Flexzone works well. Love ease of use and access to things.

I have had this fridge for a little over a week and I love it! it makes ice, lets me access water and ice from the door, and it tells me if I have left the door open too long! It is so easy to see what is in the fridge and with the showcase door, I don't have to open the whole fridge to get to much used items.

I love this 4-door refrigerator. Easy to separate my foods and liquids and easy to find them when ready to use. The icemaker and water are easily accessible and really like the pitcher inside the door to use for filling coffee maker and filling more than one glass.

First the color make it looks fancy. Good size ....

Seems to be a good refrigerator. I'm not sure the things kept in the showcase stay as cold as in the main part and the ice cubes seem to be smaller than my old refrigerator but overall it's doing the job.

What to say, its awsome great features, hooks up to samsung phone lets me know if the door is left open or the temp and if i want to change the middle draw to a freezer. Thw water picture is my favorite thing it fills up by it self

We are very pleased with the refrigerator, but disappointed in the delivery process. Item did not arrive on the designated date, we were not informed of the delay, and when delivery was finally made we had to pay extra to get it fully installed.

Lots and lots of flexibility for all types of storage

We got exactly what we wanted! The salesman said it wasn’t available until the end of July...but then he kept searching the internet until he found a refrigerator very similar (slight upgrade) and then he gave us a discount/price that was just right!

To be clear, I do like the design of the fridge. It's perfect. The flex drawer, the snack door, and especially the ice maker location. Everything is designed well. Thats where the pro's stop unfortunately. The main issue with this fridge, is it does not do its primary function well or even at all, which is to cool. My fridge is set to 37 F but will fluctuate between 39-50 F. I have lost food and baby food over this. The flex drawer does not seem to really work at all. It stays a constant 45 F no matter what setting I use. The freezer seems to work fine however. I have set up a return for this item and will look elsewhere. Best Buy Geek Squad was not very helpful. They stated they could not send a tech over to look at it because Im not a total tech member even though they sold and delivered a defective appliance. I will update this review once I receive more details on my return but as it sits now, I will avoid Samsung when it comes to appliances (which sucks because I absolutely love samsung).
