This was our 2nd choice but glad we picked it because it matches the kitchen and other appliances better and was much cheaper priced. Works perfect and the delivery process went smooth.

Fridge works great so far. Getting it hooked up to the wifi was a bit confusing but being able to adjust the middle shelf temperature is a nice feature. The adjustable fridge shelves work with all sorts of products and the Food Showcase Door is great for things like condiments and other quick access foods.

My wife really wanted a new refrigerator and this one met all of our requirements and more. We especially love the pop drawer and the filtered water inside the door!! There is so much more room in this refrigerator than in our old one. Thanks!!

The showcase door is so convenient for heavily used items and the extra drawer is perfect for the amount of cold drinks we like to have on hand. The water pitcher is my favorite because it makes it so very simple to add filtered water to our coffee maker.

Love the fridge but after the first six months, we’ve had nothing but trouble with the ice maker. Freezes up, stops making ice etc... I would not buy it again.

Salesman, was friendly but not the most knowledgeable. Delivery people friendly and careful not to wreck anything and cleaned up when finished! Overall very satisfied so far!

Great fridge easy to control and very easy set up.

I've only had this refrigerator for 8 months and have had to call for service on the ice maker twice. After three months of use, the cubed ice dispenses crushed ice, there's some water leakage out of the ice maker, and then the ice maker completely freezes over and doesn't dispense anything at all. The repair person replaces the ice maker and then the whole process starts again in three months. To put insult to injury, I need to defrost the ice maker before the repair person comes. But there's not a simple way of defrosting. Each time, I have to unplug the entire unit and find another way to store my perishables. This is the worst!

This refrigerator, both in design and function is mostly flawless, it is a wonderful product, I would highly recommend to anyone. The only small disappointment is the light over the water dispenser is very dull and does not illuminate the water dispenser.

Lots of room and very convienent front door access. Love the refrigerator drawer. Only issue is the auto fill pitcher inside the door is leaking. Samsung is supposed to replace it as it is a known issue.

I love everything about this refrigerator. From the color, to the water and ice dispenser, and the door that opens two ways. I'd have to go back in and check out what is the appropriate name but love that feature as you can grab milk or juice without opening up the entire right side door.

So far this fridge has been perfect for us. Haven’t had any issues with the ice maker or even pouring of the pitcher that’s inside. The only thing I do t like is that the freezer doesn’t start cooling down till after the fridge part and didn’t get completely cold till like day 3.

The refrigerator is good. The brand is good. The only problem I have experienced is the infused water pitcher leaks when being poured, not in the refrigerator. Best Buy replaced the pitcher and the new one leaks as well. I think it is a design flaw.

Got this for christmas and the delivery people refused to put it in the house. Had to leave it in my garage for 2 weeks before they would come back and install. Thought I would like the drawer, not really useful. Very little space inside the fridge and freezer. I'm getting a regular refrigerator next time. Had to change the water filter and the button flashes at you until you change it, well we couldn't get it to stop flashing for 2 weeks. Fridge never keep temp for first month.

Samsung 27.8 Cy ft 4 Door French door looks great but has some interior space design flaws with shelves that do not fully extend to rear. It gets the job done but again has space concerns.

Great fridge, very nice, drawer and easy access door are awesome. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the buttons on the ice/water dispenser not easy to switch between

Really like this refrigerator, just no need for the pitcher on the inside of the door. Sounds nice but I’d rather have the extra shelf space. And ice maker is a little slow but not a deal breaker.

Works how I thought it would. No complaints as of yet. Took a little getting used to the compartments in the doors and their sizes. Love the snack drawer.

So far so good. Like the food showcase door. It is very convenient for quick access. One drawback is that the freezer tray in other Samsung models did not come with this one. That is disappointing in that it provides additional use of the freezer space. Great value overall.
