We love the Showcase door feature. We use it all the time for frequently used items. I also love the ice maker. The crushed ice is great.

Runs very silently. Access to the top shelf in the freezer is a bit limited bit still workable.

This Samsung French door Refrigerator has plenty or room in both the fridge and the freezer. Makes plenty of ice and we absolutely love the door in door.

The only complaint I have with this frig is the ice maker. If you use the water and then switch to the ice maker water still comes out and makes a mess all over the front of the frig door. Otherwise plenty of space in this product.

I enjoy my refrgeratior but I had to learn how to clean the stainless steel so it wouldn't stream. I do like the feature of just being able to open a portion of the door to reach the most used things

Works as expected. The beverage door is a nice add on. Makes plenty of ice. Water dispenser leaks a little after use.

I've always wanted a French door fridge but after purchasing I quickly found out they are not my favorite. The ice maker takes up a lot of room making even less room inside. Besides the inside of the door, there is very limited space for tall products like milk, orange juice, etc. I do like the energy saving door to easily access the inside of the door. Freezer is kind of small as well.

We've only had this refrigerator for two weeks but it's been great! The one thing we like the best is that it is QUIET! Our previous Frigidaire Gallery series was very loud at everything so the quietness of the Samsung is very welcome. It has a small ice maker but we don't use what it produces daily so it's not been a problem for us. I thought the "drink door" was a little gimmicky but I actually like it a lot now that we have it.

Bought 05/2015 love my frig awesome space inside and in the freezer. Love the extra large deli drawer. Over all excellent!

Overall performance has been good. Had an issue where freezer stopped working, used one power freeze and have not had the issue since.

The design of this refrigerator is very functional. Interior layout is exceptional. The lower freezer compartment has great capacity.

We love Samsung and are not disappointed! The size has fit all of our groceries for our large family!

My first Samsung fridge and I love it. I would only add cosmetic changes such as displaying the Oz of water dispensed from the door. Small sacrifice for all the room and openness.

Originally had some trouble getting it delivered due to shipping damage, but once installed, wow! This is the best refrigerator we have ever owned. Huge capacity, great led lighting, and exceptional ice maker. It would be nice if the deli drawer was split, but that would make it smaller. The door in door is a wonderful, convenience feature. It will be hard to go back to a"normal" refrigerator after this one!

Great looking fridge. Very quiet with fast ice maker. Only complaint I have is the left door has very small shelves

I must say I love this refrigerator. It looks beautiful, it functions well, it fits greatly with my house, and it costs the best price I could ever have seen (thanks to BestBuy!).

Sleek, stylish, and comes with plenty of storage space for both refrigerated and frozen foods. Alarm feature comes in handy if you ever happen to not close the door completely.

I was so excited to get this refrigerator. Its quiet until the compressor comes on. I never had a fridge this loud. It doesn't stay on long but, its loud!!! I checked the owners manual and it states this is normal. I'm going to call Samsung to verify. In hind sight I would've gotten the extra drawer instead of the door in door. Both fridge doors have to be open to open the large meat and cheese draw. Thats just consumer preference and having the extra draw would have been better for me.. Product is beautiful. Works well. The ice maker is fine. The shelves on the left door by the ice maker are rediculous and useless. I still found some use but very oddly shaped. I read other reviews about it being noisy and ignored them, my bad. The noisy compressor lost my 5 star rating which it would've gotten if it wasnt so noisy. Thank God it only goes on for a few minutes.

We explored lots of refrigerators before buying this one. An excellent buy, I mus say. The double door feature is an edge within this price range. No noise, excellent cooling.

Really enjoying this refrigerator---only concern is the ice dispenser--cubes appear immature and frequently crushed ice particles fly out while cubes are being dispensed.
