We have been very pleased with this Refrigerator. Quiet, very roomy and the crushed ice is a great added feature.

The fridge itself is very nice and gets the job done. However, the finish could be a little better as it will shows marks easily, and the show-case door could have a stronger magnet (or whatever technology is used) to hold the main door closed when the showcase portion of the door is opened, as when the showcase portion is opened, it tends to pull the main door out with it, which could potentially worsen in the future.

We replaced a side by side GE with this Frech door style. I read the reviews on this site and many others that complain about the ice dispenser. i do find it a bit bothersome to remember to hold my glass a different angle for ice and water to ensure either will not spill. But, I enjoy the size of the ice itself better. Another reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is the showcase door handle is already experiencing a worn latch- making it difficult to open the door to access the full fridge. Since the fridge is still under warranty I plan to initiate a claim to replace the latch. I am confident that either Samsung or the geek squad will take care of the issue. Aside from those two issues, I am really pleased with the design and space of both the fridge and freezer compartments.

Absolutely love this fridge. Tons of space and so far no issues. The only thing that I don't love is that there is very limited space for tall items like milk cartons.

This is a nice refrigerator unit, really enjoy the convienence and the abundance space that this unit has. only draw back would be that the water stops following when the refrigerator door is open. also the ice dispenser is a bit wild if you do not have the your glass right under the unit.

I love this fridge so far. I had a 30 cu.ft. side by side refrigerator before I bought this one. I have way more usable space in this fridge than that one had. Everything is easy to reach. I love not having to open the whole fridge to get something out of the door. The water and ice dispensers work well, and the fridge interior is well-lit. I have no regrets about this purchase at all.

So far no issues , i dont think its loud in my house, and ice maker so far so good. had it for 3 months bought display for $1100 and 5 year warranty

Love the new refrigerator. Love the 3rd door feature. Ice and water dispenser is kind of strange. Shoots the water at an angle and cubed ice comes out slightly crushed.

The refrigerator is all that we expected it to be. It is quite excellent in the use of space and the door-in-door I have found to be quite handy. As advertised the metal plate in the door keeps the temperature cold consistently throughout except for the trays around the ice maker. I kept a couple of bottles there and they wound up freezing a bit, so I had to move them. One drawback is that to use the wide tray at the bottom of the main compartment, you have to pen both drawers to open it. The fact that you can set what types of foods to store there makes it very useful but also we need to access it often. One MAJOR issue accompanying the drawback is that the poor delivery people did not level the doors well and now one door continuously wants to swing close. It has gotten progressively worse after they supposedly "fixed" the leveling; so now the doors will have to be leveled up again - there is about a 1/4 inch drop on one door which causes it to swing close all the time. We are quite disappointed with the delivery service. Arcgate

It is a wonderful appliance. It looks good, easy access to to all areas and love the bottom freezer. We are very happy.

Great delivery by Best Buy and set up. Fridge is great with the pass through door. Freezer drawer and space is large.

The kitchen is our busiest place in our home, and this frig delivers. You can find room for anything and everything. The freezer drawer allows for great organization. Slide out shelves would be a plus but as it is, things are easy to see with the great lighting inside.

So far this refrigerater has done everything it was designed to do. There are no major issues. The compressor is not noisy and the temperature holds steady. The ice maker does clunk when the ice drops into the tray and could be distracting but by and large this is a good product.

This fridge/freezer is exactly what I was looking for. I love the adjustable shelves, and the door shelves that allow for grabbing items you use the most without having to open the entire fridge. Very roomy freezer on bottom. The sides of the fridge are magnetic even thought the front is not. Touch screen display is very user friendly also. Can't speak to the longevity of the fridge as I have only had it about 2 weeks, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase!

We are using this guy since three weeks and we are very much satisfied with the result... somewhere in review i read it makes noise but i didn't feel at all.

Great layout and keeps the freezer and refrigerator at a constant set temperature. LED lighting is nice. You will need extra width to fully open both doors!

It looks great, it's quiet, its huge, it has a 10 yrs coverage, energy efficient. Price match saved us $1100.

It's pretty, functional and provides plenty of storage.
