We bought the showroom model of this frige a couple of months ago and I still love it as much today as the day it was delivered (the delivery experience was wonderful as well - they were extremely nice and helpful, removed my door and put it back on when they were done, even plugging it in and testing everything for me before they left)! I love the way the front right panel opens for easy access to the baskets without having to open the whole frige! We keep our beverages and snack cheese there since those are the items we most frequently require. And it keeps us from opening the whole frige (saving energy) and seeing any other food that we might suddenly have the urge to snack on when we see it (saving calories)!

Boy did I need this larger one, so much room to keep everything!!!

Excellent refrigerator with so many great features, different compartments for different temperatures and the best of all is the door in door. No more door open all the time, the kids have access to milk on the door and the fridge stays cold.

Lots of room in this fridge. Love the access door feature. It looks beautiful in the kitchen but does show fingerprints. Only true complaint is that the ice maker fills glasses slowly.

Based on my research, this is the latest model you can get before the expensive 4 door fridge, so if you are not fan of 4 door fridge but want the newest model, then this is the model you want to get. Touch screen interface is not intuitive on first use.

Never run out of ice with four people easy a cess to everything lots of room

So much space! Products are easy to see quickly when opening doors. Everything at eye level since freezer on bottom. Showcase door holds the "most frequently used items" (milk, orange juice). One small issue-shelves around icemaker are small.

This is our second refrigerator in a year both SAMSUNG. Had the first one serviced 5 times and they could not fix the loud noise, waste of our time as well, the refrigerator was replaced and this SAMSUNG refrigerator is loud as well, popping noise and loud motor. I have never heard a refrigerator run this loud in my life. Don't buy until you read all the reviews about SAMSUNG, we did not, if we did we would not have bought a kitchen suite of SAMSUNG PRODUCTS...NEVER AGAIN

Love the "Showcase" Door, great for beverages and things that we use the most!

Only had it a few weeks but so far really like it ! it's very large! holds lots of food ! seems to run really quiet so far no complaints got a great deal on the sale

This is the second Samsung fridge I have bought, and the first one is still going strong. I love the way the drawers slide easily and the storage capacity inside. I like not having to fully open the fridge to get milk.I bought the new one to replace a side by side, and the layout is so much better. I wish it had a bottom ice maker. I did buy a Samsung ice bucket for the bottom. What I was really surprised at, and delighted with, was the Geek Squad installation. These guys gave excellent customer service. The interior light didn't come on after delivery, and they sent a tech right away to fix it. A sensor wasn't plugged in, but they made it clear that they would replace the fridge if there was a real problem.This was my first big appliance buy at Best Buy, but it won't be my last!

Fan motor went out on Kenmore after 10 years. Researched this model and really liked all of it's features. Purchased it on SALE and less than ten days after purchased it went on SALE for an additional $50. Made a trip to local store and gladly refunded us the difference. Very Satisfied with store personnel and the refrigerator, our first Samsung appliance.
