It is a great refridgerator with many useful features, esepcially efficiency and layout. However, hte shelves are too close together to contain milk jugs and similar tall products like pitchers. Alsoi,m there is little door space for things like condiments.

This is a huge refrigerator. I would def reconmend

a lot of room and the bottom freezer works out perfect for me

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 17 year old side by side unit. We really like how big the refrigerator space is. Can easily see everything with the French doors open. The show case door is nice to put drinks and frequently needed items, the drawers slide so both sides are accessible. Not sure yet how we like having a freezer on the bottom, looks like it could easily get disorganized. Other reviewers have mentioned the noise of the unit. We do not notice it running unless we listen for it but it is louder than our old unit. Yes ice dropping into the tray is louder as well but not problem. The icemaker does seem to be small. I can easily see that it may have trouble keeping up if the family is larger or uses a lot of ice.

I really like the door in door feature!! I use it all the time.

Love this fridge! This is our second Samsung refrigerator. The first one was a French door refrigerator. This one has so much more room. You can fit a large casserole dish and a large pizza box in it. Love it!

Delivery was good, they knew how to do everything, and installed quickly, They came out, checked the doors, they are level, not sure why they don't just shut when you release them, you make sure they are shut. everything else is quite satisfactory

First fridge delivered did not fully work. Company insisted on a new fridge delivery instead of a tech visit-Thank you for that. I am now totally thrilled with my purchase and its functionality. All my friends jealous

Great refrigerator lots of room Ice maker is quick and quite

This refrigerator was exactly what I was looking for. It has the size and space that is perfect for my family. It looks really nice in my kitchen with the other matching appliances.

We took 4 days to make up our mind about this fridge- size, reviews, how much it holds, etc. One big deciding factor was the fridge door that opens for milk, etc. - another fridge displayed actually is designed very poorly and could break the door easily. The pullout drawer for lunchmeats/ cheese is nice, although have to have both doors to open. Shawn was an amazing salesmen and very patient pointing our other various features. The freezer has a lot of space, and when comparing it to the 4 door fridge also on display, we realized we would use the freezer space most of the time. It keeps the food nice and cold. I am not sure about the water leaking issue in the drink spot- it just started doing it every so often.

We purchased this fridge from Best Buy for a Fantastic price. We have had it about 5 weeks now. I do not understand some peoples very negative reviews. We believe this is an Excellent fridge. Have No problems whatsoever. This unit is Very quiet. We did have a little water dripping from water (in door) dispenser for 2 days. Stopped on it's own. No more drip. The Best Buy installers did a Great job and we are Very happy with the entire purchase and install. So, for all the people who gave negative reviews, I am sorry about your problems but we have nothing but Praise for this unit model (RF28HDEDPBC) 27.8 CF showcase (Samsung). We would not hesitate to Highly recommend this product as we are Very satisfied.

We originally purchased the black stainless finger print resistant color, but when it came the door has 3 dents on it. We requested to switch a new one. Because we saw how it looked in the kitchen, we decided to switch it to regular stainless steel. We wish they make it stainless fingerprint resistant. The show case door does not work very well though for both fridge. when you squeeze the handle, the whole door opened instead of just the show case door. That just loose the purpose of it.

Great looking fridge and we got it for a super great price. When we purchased we looked around and no one would come close to the $2085 we paid. I believe the price has since come down.

Paid 1700$ before taxes for this fridge thats supposedly 3200 originally, so felt like we got a good deal. We love how bright and spacious this fridge is compared to our side by side that died. Only suprises were the front isn't magnetic, I've been told because magnets scratch the finish, and the compressor is loud when it kicks on. Our old fridge we never heard the compressor.

We purchased this refrigerator as an open box item and were thrilled with the price. The compartments inside are great for easy access and organization. We love the small door that opens from the front to give you access to only a few items, and keeps you from wasting energy by opening the entire refrigerator. The only issue we have is that the ice maker is really loud when it drops new ice, regardless of how much ice is already in there. I have never heard one quite this loud. Otherwise we are thrilled with the purchase.

I love this refrigerator. It is very spacious making it easy to see and find items you want. The door inside the door is great when you only want to get the milk or other items on those shelves.

This is by far the best refrigerator I have ever own!

Not only does my Refrigerator look beautiful in my kitchen it is practical and useful. I have two young grandchildren so the door in a door is a wonderful energy saver as well as the vegetable and fruit bins that can be used by just opening one of the doors. Very Energy efficient. I had a side by side that wasted so much space. Now, I have more space in the refrigerator then I could ever imagine! The freeze is perfect too. A large top draw, helps to keep me organized. In the large draw, I can see what is at the bottom easily so less food discarded. Another favorite feature is the alarm that goes off if the fridge or freezer is left open! All in all the best appliance purchase I have made in years!
