Love the large freezer on this with the extra drawer. We use the option on the door all the time to access things in the door area. Definetly happy with the purchase

Enjoy the thru the door cards which minimizes opening the fridge a million times. Plus the on the door water ice dispenser makes life easier as we'll.

I don't care for the ice maker and water in the door it is weird the way it works. But the fridge works fine.

Great fridge so far. My favorite feature is the quick access door. You can easily get drinks without opening the entire fridge.

The door in door is a great energy saving. Sleek and nice looking but I haven't had it long enough to comment on how it operates long term

My experience was bad with best buy delivery. I initially received a defective piece and later they scheduled a date to exchange and they brought another defective piece, without delivering inside they loaded back in truck and again rescheduled to another day where they didn't show up and even didn't call me. Later they called me after 2 days to schedule the delivery and finally brought non defective piece and its been a week. I lost 2 working ways because of their service and 6 trips to best buy store. Moreover best buy store sales associate promised me that I will receive a call from corporate office within 24 hours to talk about this service but I never received a call. Tried water and ice which are working good as expected.

It is quiet, it has great features and a lot of room

So far it's too early to review, still have a few issues to be repaired, will give a review when service is complete.

Keeps food and drinks cold. The ice is frozen as advertised. Only downside is my magnets will not stick on the front.

I bought this because of the door in door feature after owning an LG French door fridge for 3 years. We were moving so I left my LG and thought I'd give the Samsung a try. I like the door in door feature, but the ice maker is slower than the LG when dispensing ice, and takes up a lot sf space in the fridge, which is already less cubic feet than my 30 cu ft LG. This Samsung cools nicely with the metal door cooling feature, but I miss the space in the fridge. It's also difficult to get things out of the top slide out drawer in the freezer because it doesn't pull out beyond the fridge doors vey far. I like the two vegetable drawers in the Samsung as opposed to the three in the LG, but overall I prefer the LG to the Samsung.

Not impressed with this fridge. The third door compartment didn't keep food at the same degrees as the rest of the refrigerator. We came home after a week of vacation and our not yet expired milk was already curdled. We had the other half of that same milk with us in the trailer and it was fine. Another day a couple of weeks later my husband had some cereal and the milk was not very cold. The fridge has been set at 37 degrees the whole time. The layout of the shelves are kind of odd also. Doesn't really fit the food well, even though it's a big fridge. The ice maker takes up a lot of fridge space also. The stainless steel was a pain. Have to clean it daily. Needless to say after about 27 days we are exchanging the fridge for a different one.

I am pleased with the product and with Best Buy. I am waiting for someone to contact me as my refrigerator has a dent on the door.

We love the Fridge and it works great. Only down side would be if the freezer door could come out more. Other than that, we love it

The ice maker, the water dispenser and the cooling only worked intermittently. Best buy replaced the entire unit. One week with replacement and all is working well. I appreciated Best Buy quickly replacing the faulty unit

Love this appliance. The only issue I have had is adjusting the shelves. This was a great choice when looking for new refrigerators.

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. Very happy with the quality and functionality. Would recommend this product.
