Nice design with extra door opening, and arrangement inside. Lot's of room to store a variety of foods.

We upgraded from a side by side that was smaller. This unit seems huge, enough room for everything we need to store. The showcase is nice to be able to put drinks and other items and not open the door completely. We also like the location of the water filter. Easy access for changing. The LED lighting is nice and the lights are everywhere, There is not a dark corner inside. Very happy we splurged a little and bought Samsung.

Would total recommend this to a friend!! Looks great and is spacious!! Very quiet and is just great!!

This refrigerator is set up nicely. I like the wide side by side door that you can open up only a small portion to get a drink or condiments from inside of the door or half of the refrigerator unless you are moving a large object. Much nicer than the the side by side with fridge on one side and freezer on the other. This you are not limited in space to small boxes. Freezer has a nice drawer as well and can fit numerous large boxes.

We have had this fridge for 4 years. About 2 years in we started having issues with the ice maker. It freezes up and discontinues to make ice. While the cycle would occur water would leak into the cheese tray. Now as time has passed so much water fills the area under the cheese tray, which then leaks into the freezer drawer and out to the floor. This is a definite issue with wood floors. Luckily we've been home the last two occurrences to clean it up, but I am afraid to go out of town and this happening. I have a video that shows there was so much water I could splash it. Web research shows there are known issues with the freezer and a class action lawsuit. We've had our dryer heating element go out in the same timeframe. They should stick to phones and tvs... regret buying Samsung.

At first I was concerned about a bottom freezer drawer but now I love it. It has so much room and I can see everything so that nothing gets lost or is hidden in the back therefore, I won't forget what I have bought. Ample space in the fridge as well. I think the placement of the water filter is ideal.

Love the refrigerator / freezer combo. We have noticed that our fresh produce seems to spoil rapidly. We really enjoy being able to access the Milk, condiments, shelves without opening the whole refrigerator to let the cold air escape. This is a very eye-appealing unit with our only complaint being the short- fresh produce shelf life.

The fridge is goodThe fridge is good. Touchpads are easy to use. I like the adjustable shelves a lot.

We purchased this Friidge because my husband wanted a French door with ice and water, I just wanted a bottom freezer

I love the french doors and the access to items on the shelves! So fun!! However, my only complaint is that when I get water the fridge continues to pour water after I remove my cup and release the pressure on the mechanism. Also the ice bin is very hard to get in and out. Otherwise a perfect fridge!!

Our last fridge died and we needed a new one quick. After shopping around at all the box stores we chose this one from BestBuy and have been very happy with it. Don't care for the pullout bottom drawer freezer as it is hard to see and get at items in the freezer though.

I've had the fridge for just about a month and I love it. The display door is a new must have. Samsung you set the bar high!!

It replaced a month old Whirlpool the looked like the stainless front had rusted. Best Buy was great about exchanging it for the Samsung. So far I can't find anything I dislike. the draws are great it has a large deli draw that can fit a large tray in. The bottom freezer is roomy. The refrigerator is a lot quieter than most new frigs I've seen..

Any new fridge takes some getting used to, where to find things and how to organize. But we love the open space and the door in door access. One note, there is a lot of power to the water dispenser stream. Can easily spray over. It will likely drop off with use.

What I really like about this unit is the third door allowing frequent drink visits to be quick and not open the entire refrigerator. Its a nice unit, very big for almost any size family. I really recommend this as your next appliance purchase.
