Love the clean look of this refrigerator, ample storage space. Giving it 4 stars because we seem to have to replace the filter for the water/ice dispenser often. Since this is in our vacation home, we would think the filters would last longer since it is not used much.

took a while for water to cool down even after a obligatory 4 gallon dispensed but after a few days water tastes great cools very well advise though getting a stainless steel cleaner as it is a fingerprint magnet ice maker quiet but when ice drops its noisy at night

Overall has all the needed items. This was a replacement for a nearly identicallly-featured refrigerator from another manufacturer (Maytag). In comparison, the Maytag was much quieter and dispensed ice much faster. The Maytag deli drawer and freezer drawers worked better than this Samsung,too, but overall this is an acceptable replacement (we bought it to match a 'suite' of other newly purchased Samsung appliances (dishwasher and gas range) when the Maytag quit working. But we really like the Samsung wider door storage and 'showcase' access to them. The shelving is nicely configurable, too.

We've only had the refrigerator for a little over a month, but so far, we really like it. Being vegetarians, we go through a lot of produce, and we're really impressed with the consistent temperature. The door-in-door feature with the cooled inner door liner keeps milk and condiments, or whatever is stored there chilled properly. The refrigerator is very quiet. So far, so good!

I love the refrigerator , it could use adjustable shelving so taller item s and more than two milk gallons could fit. You loose an entire shelf space due to ice maker. Door storage is nice but limited to only on one side. I love Samsung and this time around the 10 year warranty was also a selling point.

I like the viewing door. The fresh food drawers are very helpful with organizing and separating food.

We loved the refrigerator for the first year and 2 months. The flexibility of the storage is excellent and the showcase door is a great feature that saves us from opening the entire refrigerator door and letting all the cold air out. We probably use the showcase door 2-3 times for every time we open the entire refrigerator. Unfortunately at about the 14 month mark, our refrigerator started to make a large clunking sound and loud spinning noise and stopped cooling. Perfect timing because the warranty expired at 1 year. Contacted Samsung customer support via their website, took 3 days to receive a phone call, which I wasn't able to answer due to being in a meeting. The voicemail left said sorry we couldn't reach you, we're closing your ticket as resolved, call us if you are still having problems. FWIW, Samsung's "24 hour" response time is "24 business hours" so think 2-3 days, not one. Ended up calling Samsung the next day. They said they would schedule a repair. 3 days later I received an email saying a repair was schedule for 3 days after that. During the interim we scheduled to have a local appliance repair company look at the refrigerator in case it was a non-warranty item. They concluded the compressor need to be replaced, which is still under Samsung's warranty, $130 bill. Fast forward 3 days and Samsung's contracted repair person comes. They seemed utterly unfamiliar with Samsung refrigerators and was walked through the whole process over the phone. They determined that it was an inverter board and charge us $130 for the call. We scramble and are able to find a replacement part ($150) in our area and have it installed the next day. Does not resolve the issue, as a matter of fact, symptoms are identical regardless of if the new or old board is installed. Clearly, Samsung's technician miss diagnosed the problem. We're now going on 12 days with out a refrigerator we've now spent about $400 and our fridge still doesn't work. You can count the Samsung warranty as essentially worthless unless you can afford to go 2+ weeks without a refrigerator. You can count me as someone who will never buy a Samsung product again.

The refrigerator is huge. I love the double door. It's great for grabbing something quick without opening the whole refrigerator door. The freezer is big too.

The single door for door access is awesome. The issues that we have is that we run out of space and need better storage arrangement on the doors. The ice machine takes up space but is definitely not a negative as we never need to run out to get ice.

It holds so much food but doesn't really seem to take up much space. Love it.

This fridge was a real upgrade from our old top freezer model so take my review with a grain of salt. This fridge holds a lot of food and the freezer is cavernous. The ice-maker is adequate, we haven't had any shortages yet. There is a little noise when the fan kicks on, but I really do mean little. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase at the ~1 month mark.

It's a long story about how we found our way to the Samsung refrigerator with the cool outside door. But we are really glad we did. Great product, so far.

This fridge has more features than I'd expected compared to other fridges I've ever used. I thought I bought enough groceries but now I feel like I need to buy more because there was so much space left over. I was able to marinate a 15 lbs. turkey overnight in a baking tray without worrying about making space for it. I'm sticking with Samsung if I ever need a new fridge.

One of the best buys on a fridge. I almost bought from Sears but I checked you out first before buying from them. Good service and people to work with.

Product is good. Limited area's on the side doors to put condiments. Hard to figure out removing ice maker drawer. Ice maker stopped working 2 weeks into having it installed. Not happy about that. When ice works, the crushed ice option and cubes doesn't come out very fast.

Delivery was on time and efficient. Refrig works great.

Good service and deal from Best Buy. I am having this Samsung Showcase RF28HDEDBSR for couple of weeks and we like it. I will recommend this to others.

overall pretty happy with this purchase. I do get a bit of condensation around the doors though. not sure if its because of a leak, or if the door is not being closed properly. will look into it and see what happens.
