I spent an inordinate amount of effort researching refrigerators before finally landing on this model. It delivers all of the promised features and has a plethora of configurable internal space. We have only had it for about a month but like it so far. It was priced a bit higher than I was looking to spend but not out of range from competitor's pricing.

First time buyer of Samsung appliances but my first impressions have already exceeded my expectations!

We love our new refrigerator! It's roomy and the interior light is really great. Plus, the door-in-door feature is extremely handy. We keep the items that we use most often, such as milk, juice and jelly inside this area to conserve energy by not having to open the entire door. The ice maker is very powerful and provides plenty of ice. The delivery crew was really great too.

For the most part, this appliance seems OK. I am a little concerned about condensation that seems to constantly appear on the edge of the doors, apparently resulting from the "Through the Door" feature. The condendation drips and leaves small puddles on the top of the freezer drawer. The ice dispenser works slower than I had hoped, but there is always plently of ice available (and I use ice often!). I could use some instructions on which areas of the refrigerator work best for various food groups or items.

Looks nice works good some minor issues with shelving but just need to get used to it

Got this on sell for $1899, plus used points from buying washer and dryer a month earlier for a grand total of $1523. Can't beat that deal. It's quiet, seams to work perfectly, and looks good. Got the five year protection plan for "just in case."

After a great deal of research my husband and I finally settled on this little gem from Samsung. To say that we are satisfied is truly an understatement. This refrigerator's only flaw is the ease with which the surface smudges, but let's be honest, smudges are a sign of use, and use means that we are either constantly hungry or well fed...or maybe both!

It's beautiful, large, and quiet. Best fridge I've owned.

So far so good. No issues. Love it. The fridge is nice and bright. It has a lot of space.,The kids and I love that we don’t have to open the entire fridge door to get our drinks

We bought the fridge off the show floor for a better price. We love the look and it is a perfect compliment to our kitchen. The only complaint is that time to time the ice gets stuck at the top of the ice maker and therefore will not make ice. Clear the ice out by the end of the day the ice bucket will fill.

Great purchase. Large refrigerator, space but left door racks are kind of slim. Not much fits other than maybe freshly dried herbs and spices or slender bottles. This is my only complaint. Love the water/ice and door ajar alarm and on screen temp. We love the dual right door openers to just grab a drink without having to open the entire door.

This fridge is awesome. The only one complaint that I have is the door space on the left door. It could be bigger for drinks and such.

We love this refrigerator. It had a minor damage when delivered. But Best buy was great in sending out a replacement one quickly and now we love our refrigerator. Its silent and no issues so far..

Works great. Like the way the doors are laid out. The through the door feature is worth it and we use it more than we thought we would.

Got this fridge for our new home. The secret cubby door to gain access to drinks is probably the best part of it. Everyone is wowed when we show them it. Plenty of space and the ability to slide and move some shelves is a great feature when you larger items . Plenty of storage space and a drawer in the freezer make this a no brainer when picking out a fridge.

Great refrigerator ! Great Buy !! We bought it on sale . That makes it even better. Great people to work with too.

I wasnt looking for any fancy bells and whistles but we ended up purchasing the model with the display door. The door comes in very handy for my kids' snacks and small items. I thought it was a gimmick but it turned out to be pretty useful. The water dispenser works great with our external reverse osmosis water filter as well.

After reading reviews on how noisey it was I thought I had made a mistake in buying it and was getting ready to cancel my order. After having it for 3 weeks it is very quiet and not sure about why others said it was loud when the compressor comes on. They must have just got a bad one and should have returned it for a new one.
