Lots of great features and built solid. Love the door-in-a-door feature for quick access to milk and other things. This is my first fridge with the freezer in a pull-out drawer. It's really convenient and I think it holds more than the side-by-side fridges.

My husband & I are so happy with our purchase of the Easy Access Refrigerator. It is so unique compared to other refrigerators. Very spacious at top & bottom freezer sections. Love having the easy access section on the front door for quick reach of drinks, etc. Very pleased with our purchase.

We have had this refrigerator for about 1 month and couldn't be happier.

As a Samsung fan I may be slightly bias but this fridge is great. The size w/o doors does not take into consideration the screws or cables on the back of the fridge.

Fridge is great. I'm not a fan of the ice dispenser or water dispenser. It works but I dislike the way the water is pointed and I'd like the dispense area to be more friendly to taller water bottles.

I absolutely love this fridge. When I moved, I finally decided it was time to switch to the French doors and I absolutely love it! The extra space that this fridge offers is incomparable and all of the space the freezer has is outstanding! Definitely a must have for the kitchen.

This was a replacement for a 12 yr old Maytag wide-by-side. Seems to have efficient cooling. Great interior lighting. Really like the flip-up shelf next to the ice maker. Had some fresh lettuce from garden that was fine 1 week old in the fridge. When the house is quiet, I can sometimes hear the compressor kick on, but is not as loud as I had feared, having read some other reviews online. Only downside is the doors don't seem to open wide enough. Otherwise, so far, so good. Have had it for about a month now.

I love my new fridge but I wish the ice maker wasn't so slow or loud.Other than that its pretty cool.

We love our new Samsung refrigerator with the 'showcase' door. You can open the showcase door for often used items without opening the big doors. Great large freezer drawer that will store a big box of waffles or other large frozen foods.

Wished the freezer drawer would open a little bit more

Love this refrigerator. Upgraded from a side by side and love the change. I wish the door on the ice maker side had a little bit deeper shelves for condiments but overall this is a great refrigerator.

The Showcase Samsung is perfect for me! Love it!!!

All areas easily accessible and organized Main complaint is in usage of ice machine. Ice chips and even ice cubes spill onto floor despite holding glass securely.

Very happy with the refrigerator! Best Buy came to my home and installed it. I work in food safety and I'm happy I can adjust the temperatures in both the freezer and fridge.

I did a lot of looking at refrigerators before buying. This Samsung is even better than I had expected. It's roomy, the bottom freezer is convenient and the stainless steel looks great.

Very happy with the fridge. Amazing space and great lighting. Really like the second door for easy access. Wasn't sure I would like the freezer below, but it has not been an issue. Having the extra space up top makes it worth it.

I love this refrigerator, the design is very different from any other I have ever owned, the showcase door makes it easy to just grab a soda without warming up the whole fridge and the ice maker and water dispenser is handy as well, I would totally buy one again.

This is a very good product at a very right price.
