We have only had our fridge for a few months now but so far it is wonderful. Everything works exactly as advertized, looks great and runs quietly. The quick freeze and cool options allowed us to use it at normal temperatures almost immediately after installation and I love the layout of the drawers, especially the deli drawer. The fridge doors don't look like they hold as much as some others but I have found that they hold more than I initially had thought. The body of the fridge is plenty deep and tall to hold anything that does fit anyways. My only issue is that the freezer drawer doesn't open quite as wide as I would like because of the fridge doors being so thick but I can still get a pizza into both the the top shelf and large drawer so it isn't enough to really limit anything I would want to put into it. It might be a little difficult to fit a huge turkey through the opening, even though there would be plenty of room in the body of the drawer, but I'm not sure since I didn't cook one since we have owned it. I would also recommend getting the warranty since all of these newer fridges seem to be expensive to fix, although mine hasn't had any issues yet.

very pleased with SAMSUNG refrigerator features and functionality. The door in door concept works very well. Definitely a quality device. Plenty of useful space. Placement of ice maker utilizes space more efficiently than typical refrig. Did have issue with removal of shipping glue stuck on protective covering over surface of stainless steel door and the freezer ice "bucket" was missing but Best Buy is pursuing an adjustment for us.

Love this fridge, just bought it about a month ago when we remodeled our kitchen. Interior lighting is very bright, roomy inside with plenty of room. (we even fit two pizza boxes in there last night after a halloween party. The door in a door is awesome, especially since the drawers slide out. We are very happy with it and I would only have two "cons" if I had to list some:: The straw for the water dispenser is angled back some on ours, so put a small mouthed glass under there and you may be in for a geyser if you miss the cup. And it comes out like a water hose fast. The freezer door/drawers do not come out far enough in my opinion. Its still plenty adequate, but could have used another 1-2" to make putting stuff in/out easier. Other than that, I highly recommend it!!

I purchased the 4 door unit but return it because the center draw did not get cold enough when at to coldest setting - I get 39F vs the 29F setting. This one is so much better. - The ice water gets cold. - It is relative quite when running - I don't usually notice standing next to it. - Lots of space for a family of 5. - The door allows my children to reach for milks, yogurt and other snacks while letting less cold air out. - Like the dual coil for better cooling and separation of the freezer and refrigerator. My old one sometimes have the vents freeze so the refrigerator doesn't get cold. Took out a star for the price.

I love having the freezer on the bottom. The drawer makes it easy to access your freezer items. And with the freezer at the bottom most of the refrigerator items are from waist level to eye level. Very roomy, and easy to find what you are looking for. There is also an en extra door inside the right hand door which opens just so you can access the items in the door. We put our milk in there and it is kept extra cold with the metal panel on the door, just for this reason. We can get our milk out without having to open up the whole main door. This keeps the warm room temperature air out of the main part of the refrig. I definitely recommend this refrigerator.

So far we're very pleased with this refrigerator. Love the use of space, the deli drawer is very handy and the fruit a vegie drawers are very roomy leaving plenty of shelf space for everything else. The third door giving quick access to commonly used items is also neat. Only thing is the ice maker does take away the door space where I'm used to putting condiments, but there's plenty of shelf space for them so no worries. The freezer space holds all my goods that I had in two previous freezers! Very happy with the overall design.

This fridge has to many negatives to actually recommend. Cons: Fridge is loud. Every few minutes it makes a loud noise like it is filling with water or something. In addition, the ice maker is insanely loud. I cannot begin to describe just how much noise the ice makes as it falls into the bin. It will startle you even if you are 30 feet away and the TV is on and turned up. I really warn you on this one. If your family room is close to the fridge, this loud noise happens often and you should really consider this. The ice that comes out of the fridge is wet, like it is already starting to melt. You put it in a glass of soda and by the time you get back to your seat, a good portion of the ice will have melted already. In addition, being wet, causes any soda poured into the glass to foam excessively. It takes a long time to crush ice when you push the button. In addition, and very annoyingly, if you switch to cube ice for the next glass, it will load up a lot of crushed ice before it spits out the cubes. So be prepared for a mix of crush (a lot) and cubes if you use both. The crushed ice is also just large chunks of ice and nowhere near "crushed" ice. It makes ice all day long. Odd, we use about 8 cubes a day (all at once in the evening) and don't use ice the rest of the day, but a couple times an hour it will drop ice into the bin instead of making a lot at once (which is annoying based on the noise level reported above). No light on the outside of the fridge makes it hard to know which button to push and what setting it is on (water/ice) at night. Pros: The door in door is convenient and prevents you from having to open the entire fridge to grab commonly used items. Spacious..

Beautiful appliance with all the features we were looking for in a new refrigerator. We love the space it affords us and the way the shelves are laid out inside. We took all the groceries out of our old side-by-side and put it in this new frig the day it was delivered. The old frig was cramped for space to say the least. Once in the new frig, it looked like we were going to starve to death if we didn't get to the grocery store quick. Bottom line is that we love it!

I am still getting used to the three door design. The door in a door is very handy. The shelves could use bigger space in between. Tall items don't fit well. It also make a high pitched noise that gets annoying when the house is quiet. The ice maker is pretty small. I still like the design and would recommend this fridge.

Nice layout and design. LOVE the through the door feature. One thing I dislike, is that it shows the smudges and fingerprints. BUT, I didn't get it with this feature, unfortunately. Overall the fridge maintains the right temp throughout. Bottom freezer is awesome.

Perfect size and capacity for our family. The showcase door is ideal for drinks ands condiments for a quick grab to save energy. Very happy with this purchase. Also, depending on where you live and who supplies your electricity you could be eligible for an energy rebate.

This refrigerator has very convenient features. Quick access to things you use often. It is very spacious inside. you have shelves that slide in case you you need higher storage. Also, a flip up shelf and a huge temperature controlled drawer. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. Extremely quiet running, excellent lighting inside.

This has everything we were looking for and more. The preview door is one of my favorite features and 2 of the drawers with the preview door pull out for even easier access. The freezer space gave us so much more room and flexibility options. The inside with the options to pull out or flip up shelves makes it super easy to store things. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a fridge.

Bought the refrigerator to go with our newly remodeled kitchen and it looks fantastic. But apart from looks, the space it offers is perfect for what we have. Though the door with the water and ice maker doesn't have a lot of space, the shelves make up for that. I absolutely love the "third" door. We had been looking at this one with that feature and the other one that didn't have this but had the separate deli draw and went with this one instead. It has the deli draw but you can't access it without opening both doors and I'm ok with that. The third door makes it very easy to get to the milk or juices or whatever we have in it without having to open the entire thing. Seems so petty and trivial but since we keep the most used things there, I don't have to sort through a bunch of stuff to find what I need. Can't really comment on how effective the freezer size is cause I have an extra freezer in the garage, though I think if I didn't have it, this one by itself would suffice.

I recently purchased this Samsung refrigerator to replace an older one. I wasn't planning on getting the one with the extra thru-the-door ice and water model and extra ice maker but it was priced the same as the one without so I decided to get it. We've enjoyed the new one, it gives us much more room for items. The hard part is figuring out where to put everything. The extra door has been handy to just grab drinks or milk. Looking forward to having this product for years to come.

Couldn't have made a better choice, perfect size, love the lighting and most of all the showcase door!

1st fridge had a defect and tripped the circuit. replacement is perfect, very quiet,showcase door looks and functions great, this is our first fridge with thru=door ice and water, full size pitcher fits for filling our extra large keurig. Also I want to say Thank You to the employee's at the Florence Ky store, Geoff and Melanie for their excellent customer service,they are to be commended,for addressing my issue.

Just had the fridge delivered to our new house and it's been great so far. I love all the storage room and the increased flexibility with the shelves. The only downside is our younger kids can't reach the top shelf and filling up water bottles is a little more difficult due to the way the water flows.

This is an awesome fridge. Had for about a month and no issues. Very quiet and the internal lighting is very nice, you can see everything. This appears to be a well built appliance. During my in store comparison to the LG models it seems the Samsung it made more solid. A much needed upgrade to my 17 year old Whirlpool side by side.

We are so pleased with this samsung refrigerator. It is everything we were looking for when it comes to design, ease of use and a lot of storage room. It runs so quiet we can't hear it at all. Also, Samsung offers the best warranty of all brands on the market.
